本发明公开了一种耐磨输送带覆盖胶的制造方法,涉及橡胶制品技术领域,该方法包括:向密炼机加入50~80份丁苯橡胶、30~60份聚氨酯橡胶,在75~80℃的条件下塑炼25~30min,塑炼过程中打三角包5~7次,然后依次加入2~3份硫化剂、1~2份促进剂、3~5份氧化锌、2~4份硬脂酸、4~8份膨胀石墨、1~2份防老剂、4~5份硅烷偶联剂A‑172、棕榈油5~8份,混炼60~80min;升温至140~145℃再混炼15~20min,将混炼均匀的胶料在平板硫化机上进行硫化,硫化温度为150~155℃、压力为6~8Mpa、硫化时间为25~30min。本发明解决了现有输送带耐磨性能差的问题。

耐磨输送带覆盖胶的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶制品技术领域,尤其是一种耐磨输送带覆盖胶的制造方法。
背景技术
输送带被广泛应用于各种行业中,主要用于承载和运送物料,影响其使用寿命的因素有很多,其中对输送带使用寿命影响比较的因素之一是磨损,输送带的磨损包括物料与输送带相对滑动摩擦、裙板和刮板对覆盖层造成的磨损,以及输送带跑偏时,带边与托辊支架、机架接触而造成边胶磨损等。现有的以乙丙橡胶为基体的输送第覆盖胶的耐磨性较差,表面容易出现磨损和脱落等现象,导致输送带使用寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐磨输送带覆盖胶的制造方法,这种方法可以解决现有输送带耐磨性能差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种耐磨输送带覆盖胶的制造方法包括以下步骤:向密炼机加入50~80份丁苯橡胶、30~60份聚氨酯橡胶,在75~80℃的条件下塑炼25~30min,塑炼过程中打三角包5~7次,然后依次加入2~3份硫化剂、1~2份促进剂、3~5份氧化锌、2~4份硬脂酸、4~8份膨胀石墨、1~2份防老剂、4~5份硅烷偶联剂A-172、棕榈油5~8份,混炼60~80min;升温至140~145℃再混炼15~20min,将混炼均匀的胶料在平板硫化机上进行硫化,硫化温度为150~155℃、压力为6~8Mpa、硫化时间为25~30min。
上述耐磨输送带覆盖胶的制造方法的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述膨胀石墨的粒度小于3um。
进一步的,所述硫化剂为氨基甲酸酯硫化剂。
进一步的,所述促进剂为二丁基二硫氨基甲酸锌或二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:采用丁苯橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶和其它助剂,通过塑炼、硫化工艺参数的设置,可降低材料摩擦系数,提高胶体弹性,从而提高所得覆盖胶的耐磨耗性能,延长输送带的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例的耐磨输送带覆盖胶的制造方法包括以下步骤:向密炼机加入80份丁苯橡胶、30份聚氨酯橡胶,在80℃的条件下塑炼25min,塑炼过程中打三角包7次,然后依次加入3份氨基甲酸酯硫化剂、2份二丁基二硫氨基甲酸锌、5份氧化锌、4份硬脂酸、平均粒度小于3um的8份膨胀石墨、2份防老剂、5份硅烷偶联剂A-172、棕榈油8份,混炼80min;升温至140℃再混炼20min,将混炼均匀的胶料在平板硫化机上进行硫化,硫化温度为150℃、压力为8Mpa、硫化时间为25min。
本实例制得的耐磨输送带覆盖胶的性能如下:磨耗量55mm3,拉断强度17.2MPa,拉断伸长率416%。
实施例2
本实施例的耐磨输送带覆盖胶的制造方法包括以下步骤:向密炼机加入68份丁苯橡胶、52份聚氨酯橡胶,在78℃的条件下塑炼28min,塑炼过程中打三角包6次,然后依次加入2.5份氨基甲酸酯硫化剂、1.5份二丁基二硫氨基甲酸锌、4份氧化锌、3份硬脂酸、平均粒度小于3um的6份膨胀石墨、1.5份防老剂、4.5份硅烷偶联剂A-172、棕榈油6.5份,混炼70min;升温至145℃再混炼20min,将混炼均匀的胶料在平板硫化机上进行硫化,硫化温度为155℃、压力为7Mpa、硫化时间为25min。
本实例制得的耐磨输送带覆盖胶的性能如下:磨耗量47mm3,拉断强度16.5MPa,拉断伸长率456%。
实施例3
本实施例的耐磨输送带覆盖胶的制造方法包括以下步骤:向密炼机加入50份丁苯橡胶、60份聚氨酯橡胶,在75℃的条件下塑炼30min,塑炼过程中打三角包5次,然后依次加入2份氨基甲酸酯硫化剂、1份二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸碲、3份氧化锌、2份硬脂酸、平均粒度小于3um的4份膨胀石墨、1份防老剂、4份硅烷偶联剂A-172、棕榈油5份,混炼60min;升温至145℃再混炼15min,将混炼均匀的胶料在平板硫化机上进行硫化,硫化温度为155℃、压力为6Mpa、硫化时间为30min。
本实例制得的耐磨输送带覆盖胶的性能如下:磨耗量41mm3,拉断强度17.5MPa,拉断伸长率437%。

1.一种耐磨输送带覆盖胶的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:向密炼机加入50~80份丁苯橡胶、30~60份聚氨酯橡胶,在75~80℃的条件下塑炼25~30min,塑炼过程中打三角包5~7次,然后依次加入2~3份硫化剂、1~2份促进剂、3~5份氧化锌、2~4份硬脂酸、4~8份膨胀石墨、1~2份防老剂、4~5份硅烷偶联剂A-172、棕榈油5~8份,混炼60~80min;升温至140~145℃再混炼15~20min,将混炼均匀的胶料在平板硫化机上进行硫化,硫化温度为150~155℃、压力为6~8Mpa、硫化时间为25~30min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨输送带覆盖胶的制造方法,其特征在于:所述膨胀石墨的粒度小于3um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨输送带覆盖胶的制造方法,其特征在于:所述硫化剂为氨基甲酸酯硫化剂。
