本发明涉及切割设备领域，公开了一种用于流水作业的切割机。该切割机包括切割台和切割架，所述切割台位于切割架下方，所述切割架包括切割刀轮、移动梁、支撑立柱、两个平行的上横梁和两个紧压板，所述上横梁位于支撑立柱顶端，所述上横梁上设置有移动导轨，所述移动梁两端分别与两个上横梁的移动导轨滑动连接，所述切割刀轮连接于移动梁下方，所述两个紧压板分别通过液压缸连接于两个上横梁下方，且两个紧压板之间预留有切割通道，所述切割刀轮的运动轨迹与切割通道一致，所述切割台中部开设有切割口，所述切割口与切割通道一致。该切割机通过紧压板对需要切割的材料进行固定，然后再进行切割，因此不会出现偏移现象，切割效果好，效率高。

背景技术
在工业生产中，常需要对一些原料货产品进行切割，但是对于强度较强的材料，在流水线上进行切割十分不便，切割过程中容易发生偏移等现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于流水线上切割的切割机。
本发明公开的用于流水作业的切割机，包括切割台和切割架，所述切割台位于切割架下方，所述切割架包括切割刀轮、移动梁、支撑立柱、两个平行的上横梁和两个紧压板，所述上横梁位于支撑立柱顶端，所述上横梁上设置有移动导轨，所述移动梁两端分别与两个上横梁的移动导轨滑动连接，所述切割刀轮连接于移动梁下方，所述两个紧压板分别通过液压缸连接于两个上横梁下方，且两个紧压板之间预留有切割通道，所述切割刀轮的运动轨迹与切割通道一致，所述切割台中部开设有切割口，所述切割口与切割通道一致。
优选地，所述紧压板两端分别设置有压紧导杆，所述压紧导杆穿套于紧压板上。
优选地，该用于流水作业的切割机包括无动力运输辊道，所述切割台位于无动力运输辊道中部。
本发明的有益效果是：该切割机通过紧压板对需要切割的材料进行固定，然后再进行切割，因此不会出现偏移现象，切割效果好，效率高。

本发明公开的用于流水作业的切割机，包括切割台2和切割架，所述切割台2位于切割架下方，所述切割架包括切割刀轮、移动梁33、支撑立柱31、两个平行的上横梁32和两个紧压板3，所述上横梁32位于支撑立柱31顶端，所述上横梁32上设置有移动导轨34，所述移动梁33两端分别与两个上横梁32的移动导轨34滑动连接，所述切割刀轮连接于移动梁33下方，所述两个紧压板3分别通过液压缸连接于两个上横梁32下方，且两个紧压板3之间预留有切割通道36，所述切割刀轮的运动轨迹与切割通道36一致，所述切割台2中部开设有切割口21，所述切割口21与切割通道36一致。
使用时，通过输送机构将待切割的材料运送到切割台2上，使切割刀轮对准切割部位，下压紧压板3，对材料进行固定，然后就可移动切割刀轮对材料进行切割。
为使紧压板3下降稳定，作为优选方式，所述紧压板3两端分别设置有压紧导杆35，所述压紧导杆35穿套于紧压板3上。
因为在切割过程中，材料需要固定，不能移动，为避免频繁启闭输送机构，作为优选方式，该用于流水作业的切割机包括无动力运输辊道1，所述切割台2位于无动力运输辊道1中部。

1.用于流水作业的切割机，其特征在于：包括切割台(2)和切割架，所述切割台(2)位于切割架下方，所述切割架包括切割刀轮、移动梁(33)、支撑立柱(31)、两个平行的上横梁(32)和两个紧压板(3)，所述上横梁(32)位于支撑立柱(31)顶端，所述上横梁(32)上设置有移动导轨(34)，所述移动梁(33)两端分别与两个上横梁(32)的移动导轨(34)滑动连接，所述切割刀轮连接于移动梁(33)下方，所述两个紧压板(3)分别通过液压缸连接于两个上横梁(32)下方，且两个紧压板(3)之间预留有切割通道(36)，所述切割刀轮的运动轨迹与切割通道(36)一致，所述切割台(2)中部开设有切割口(21)，所述切割口(21)与切割通道(36)一致。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于流水作业的切割机，其特征在于：所述紧压板(3)两端分别设置有压紧导杆(35)，所述压紧导杆(35)穿套于紧压板(3)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于流水作业的切割机，其特征在于：包括无动力运输辊道(1)，所述切割台(2)位于无动力运输辊道(1)中部。
