背景技术
卷板机是一种对板料进行连续点弯曲的塑形机床，在金属板材加工中应用广泛。卷板机借助一根上辊的下压及两根下辊的旋转运动，使金属板经过辗压，产生永久性的塑
性变形，卷制成所需要的圆筒、锥筒等。若所需卷压的材料不是板面状，当经过卷压机的压辊时，材料则会被辗压变形，特别是针对细窄的板材，侧向变形情况更为严重。

本实用新型为了解决现有技术的问题，提供了一种可限位的卷板机，大大降低了压制过程中板材侧向变形的问题，提高了板材的质量。
本实用新型所述的一种可限位的卷板机，包括底座以及设置在底座两侧的支架，支架上下分别设有上压辊和下压辊，上压辊一侧设有摇动把手；所述的底座上还设有限位装置，限位装置包括设置在底座上与两辊平行的一组移动槽，两个移动槽两侧设有可移动的一对限位机构，各个限位机构之间相互平行。
进一步改进，所述限位机构由移动杆与设置在移动杆上端的塑料板夹组成。
进一步改进，所述的移动槽内设有多个与移动杆相嵌合的卡槽，方便移动杆移动中定位。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型有益效果在于：该卷板机上设有限位装置，该限位装置固定住板材，不仅可以大大降低了压制过程中板材侧向变形的问题，还提高了板材的质量；还可以根据限位机构在移动槽上的移动，可以适用于不同宽度的板材，提供了生产效率，方便使用。

如图1所示，一种可限位的卷板机，包括底座1以及设置在底座两侧的支架2，支架2上下分别设有上压辊3和下压辊4，上压辊3一侧设有摇动把手5；所述的底座1上还设有限位装置，限位装置包括设置在底座1上与两辊平行的一组移动槽6，两个移动槽6两侧设有可移动的一对限位机构，各个限位机构之间相互平行；所述限位机构由移动杆7与设置在移动杆上端的塑料板夹8组成（如图2）。所述的移动槽内设有多个与移动杆相嵌合的卡槽，方便移动杆移动中定位。
