背景技术
目前钻孔采用的大部分是麻花钻,无论是直柄麻花钻还是锥柄麻花钻都是将钻头的前端做成一定的锥度,在工作段铣削出螺旋槽,这种螺旋槽有的资料叫排屑槽,在螺旋槽的前端和螺旋槽的侧面分别形成主切削刃和副切削刃,一般为了方便普通砂轮机磨钻头,大部分人使用的是两个螺旋槽的麻花钻,在目前的麻花钻中,主切削刃和副切削刃的刃口都是平滑的曲线,这导致麻花钻的切削面比较宽,加之麻花钻前端的横刃比较宽,所以钻削阻力比较大,大部分麻花钻是HSS或硬质合金材质,而HSS或硬质合金材质刚性比较强,但韧性不是很好,加之铣削出的螺旋槽比较深,因此,麻花钻折断的时候比较多。
发明内容
技术方案:制造钻头时,在钻头的螺旋槽铣削时,在螺旋槽表面铣削出一条或数条小的螺旋槽或铣削出一条或数条突出的螺旋筋,这些螺旋槽或螺旋筋和原有的螺旋槽的螺旋角相同,主切削刃的平滑曲线由此变成一定的齿形。
有益效果:将刃口形状由平滑曲线变成齿形,有利于减少钻削阻力,此外,也有一定的定位作用。
具体实施方式:齿钻适合于通孔或对钻削面光洁度没有多大要求的不通孔,从产品的强度看,螺旋筋比螺旋槽的强度好,但排屑能力受到一定程度的影响,二者权衡,优先推荐使用螺旋筋工艺,几条主切削刃采用齿钻工艺时,齿形最好相互错开,以保证每一条主切削刃的切削量大致相同。

1.齿钻是一种钻削刃具,其特征是:制造钻头时,在钻头的螺旋槽铣削时,在螺旋槽表面铣削出一条或数条小的螺旋槽或铣削出一条或数条突出的螺旋筋,这些螺旋槽或螺旋筋和原有的螺旋槽的螺旋角相同,主切削刃的平滑曲线由此变成一定的齿形。
