Abstract

本发明船用大容量圆柱型锂离子动力电池柜主要用于大容量锂离子动力电池使用。它主要由电池柜(13)、接线柜(5)、接线架(6)、电压、电流及温度监控模块(9)、多孔板(14)组成;电池柜(13)由柜门(1)、柜门转轴(2)、密封条(3)、柜侧壁(4)、滚轮(12)组成,多孔板(14)由多个孔A(7)、孔B(8)、导轨(11)组成;多孔板(14)可以推入电池柜(13)和拉出电池柜(13);电池柜(13)的上下开口端与通风散热装置相连,左右两侧的电压、电流及温度监控模块(9)分别放在左右两侧的接线柜(5)内,电压、电流及温度监控模块(9)输出的信号传入监控屏,并加入声光报警装置,完成自动监控。

船用大容量圆柱型锂离子动力电池柜
技术领域
本发明主要用于船用大容量锂离子动力电池。
背景技术
我国目前组装大容量锂离子动力电池普遍使用18650型圆柱锂离子电池,其体积大小比5号电池稍大,要组装成大容量锂离子动力电池就必须要成千上万个这样的锂离子电池进行并联或串连,组合成大容量锂离子动力电池,这就需要一种电池柜,存放及组合大量的18650型圆柱锂离子电池,同时对电池的电压、电流及温湿度进行监控;本人已申请的发明专利一种船用大容量锂离子动力电池散热装置及其应用,申请号2016100467145,也将用到这样的电池柜。
发明内容
本发明解决了上述问题,它由电池柜(13)、接线柜(5)、接线架(6)、电压、电流及温度监控模块(9)、多孔板(14)组成;电池柜(13)由柜门(1)、柜门转轴(2)、密封条(3)、柜侧壁(4)、滚轮(12)组成,多孔板(14)由多个孔A(7)、孔B(8)、导轨(11)组成;电池柜(13)的左右柜侧壁(4)装有多个滚轮(12),多孔板(14)的左右两端固定有导轨(11),导轨(11)的下端放在滚轮(12)的凹槽上,多孔板(14)可以沿滚轮(12)滑动,多孔板(14)能够推入电池柜(13)和拉出电池柜(13);单个锂离子电池(10)插入上下层多孔板(14)的孔A(7)内;电池柜(13)的柜门(1)通过柜门转轴(2)关闭后,由于密封条(3)的密封作用,电池柜(13)的四周是密封的,上下端是开口的,上下开口端与通风散热装置相连,通风散热装置吹出的冷气体通过多孔板(14)的孔B(8)给单个锂离子电池(10)散热;电池柜(13)的左右两侧有接线柜(5),接线柜(5)安装有接线架(6),电池柜(13)里的多个单个锂离子电池(10)每层分A组(15)、B组(16)两大组,A组(15)又分A1、A2、A3、A4或更多小组,B组(16)又分B1、B2、B3、B4或更多小组,A小组的电池经并联由电线通过电池柜(13)的左柜侧壁(4)的孔引出并接入左侧接线架(6)上,同样B小组的电池经并联由电线通过电池柜(13)的右柜侧壁(4)的孔引出并接入右侧接线架(6)上,左右两侧的电压、电流及温度监控模块(9)分别放在左右两侧的接线柜(5)内,电压、电流模块的电线引出端与接线架(6)相连,电压、电流及温湿度监控模块(9)输出的信号传入监控屏,并加入声光报警装置,完成自动监控。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参见图1,电池柜13由柜门1、柜门转轴2、密封条3、柜侧壁4、滚轮12组成,电池柜13的左右两侧有接线柜5,接线柜5安装有接线架6和电压、电流及温度监控模块9;参见图2,多孔板14可以推入电池柜13和拉出电池柜13;参见图3、图4,电池柜13里的多个单个锂离子电池10每层分A组电池包15、B组电池包16两大组,A组电池包15又分A1、A2、A3、A4或更多小组电池包,B组电池包16又分B1、B2、B3、B4或更多小组电池包,A小组的电池包经并联或串联由导线通过电池柜13的左柜侧壁4的孔引出并接入左侧接线架6上,同样B小组的电池包经并联或串联由导线通过电池柜13的左柜侧壁4的孔引出并接入右侧接线架6上,左右两侧的电压、电流及温度监控模块9分别放在左右两侧的接线柜5内,电压、电流模块的导线引出端与接线架6相连;参见图5,多孔板14有多个孔A7和孔B8;图6、图7主要示意导轨11,滚轮12的工作原理。
由于发明内容已经比较清楚地阐述了本发明的工作原理,这里不再重复,需说明如下:
一.本发明是利用抽屉原理将多个单个锂离子电池10每层放在两层多孔板14里,两层多孔板14组成一个抽屉,将抽屉推入或拉出电池柜13,便于单个电池的更换与维护。
二.本发明将多个单个锂离子电池10每层分A组电池包15、B组电池包16两大组,A组电池包15又分A1、A2、A3、A4或更多小组,B组电池包16又分B1、B2、B3、B4或更多小组,这样容易对每组电池进行监控,如果某个电池组冲放电出现问题,可以将出现问题的电池组取出更换,不会影响其它电池组工作。
三.本发明分左右两个接线柜5及接线架6主要是便于多个电池组接线,可以想象,多个电池组接线量很大,每个电池组还需要接电压、电流模块,接线太多,这就需要左右两个接线柜5进行左右分配接线,接线布局更合理。

Claims (1)

1.船用大容量圆柱型锂离子动力电池柜,其特征是:它由电池柜(13)、接线柜(5)、接线架(6)、电压、电流及温度监控模块(9)、多孔板(14)组成;电池柜(13)由柜门(1)、柜门转轴(2)、密封条(3)、柜侧壁(4)、滚轮(12)组成,多孔板(14)由多个孔A(7)、孔B(8)、导轨(11)组成;电池柜(13)的左右柜侧壁(4)装有多个滚轮(12),多孔板(14)的左右两端固定有导轨(11),导轨(11)的下端放在滚轮(12)的凹槽上,多孔板(14)可以沿滚轮(12)滑动,多孔板(14)能够推入电池柜(13)和拉出电池柜(13);单个锂离子电池(10)插入上下层多孔板(14)的孔A(7)内;电池柜(13)的柜门(1)通过柜门转轴(2)关闭后,由于密封条(3)的密封作用,电池柜(13)的四周是密封的,上下端是开口的,上下开口端与通风散热装置相连,通风散热装置吹出的冷气体通过多孔板(14)的孔B(8)给单个锂离子电池(10)散热;电池柜(13)的左右两侧有接线柜(5),接线柜(5)安装有接线架(6),电池柜(13)里的多个单个锂离子电池(10)每层分A组(15)、B组(16)两大组,A组(15)又分A1、A2、A3、A4或更多小组,B组(16)又分B1、B2、B3、B4或更多小组,A小组的电池经并联由电线通过电池柜(13)的左柜侧壁(4)的孔引出并接入左侧接线架(6)上,同样B小组的电池经并联由电线通过电池柜(13)的右柜侧壁(4)的孔引出并接入右侧接线架(6)上,左右两侧的电压、电流及温度监控模块(9)分别放在左右两侧的接线柜(5)内,电压、电流模块的电线引出端与接线架(6)相连,电压、电流及温湿度监控模块(9)输出的信号传入监控屏,并加入声光报警装置,完成自动监控。
