一种汽车多功能后雾灯,由配光镜(1)、灯壳(2)、后雾灯光源组件(3)与倒车灯光源组件(4)组成;其特征在于:所述的配光镜(1)上设有三部分,第一部分为后雾灯反射碗(5)对应面,第二部分为倒车灯反射碗(6)对应面,第三部分为反射器花纹面(7),所述的后雾灯光源组件(3)上设有硅胶垫圈I(8)并通过硅胶垫圈I(8)密封连接在灯壳(2)上,倒车灯光源组件(4)上设有硅胶垫圈II(9)并通过硅胶垫圈II(9)密封连接在灯壳(2)上。本发明,利用汽车车灯的空间结构,提供了倒车灯与反射器功能,通过灯壳内表面的拱形花纹提高光的利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车车灯技术领域,特别是涉及一种汽车多功能后雾灯。
背景技术
由于汽车车灯内的灯较多,通常是后雾灯、转向灯、位置灯、制动灯和远近光灯等。这些车灯长时间或者频繁使用时,产生的热量较大;而汽车车灯内要求高密封性设计,从而保证雨水或者灰尘不能进入,以达到延长汽车车灯使用寿命,并提高汽车车灯的使用性能的要求。
但是高密封性能使得车灯产生的热量无法往外散发出来,同样也会影响汽车车灯的使用寿命。故此在保证汽车车灯高密封性能的同时,合理的设计汽车车灯的散热,对汽车车灯的使用性能和使用寿命具有极大的影响。另外现在顾客对灯具的要求也在不断提升,对灯具的美观性也提出了新的要求,灯具既要美观其配光性能也要满足国家标准要求。
发明内容
根据上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车多功能后雾灯,其目的在于充分合理地利用汽车车灯的空间结构,从而保证后雾灯具有较长时间的使用寿命,以及较高的安全性能,还提供了倒车灯与反射器功能。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种汽车多功能后雾灯,由配光镜、灯壳、后雾灯光源组件与倒车灯光源组件组成;所述的灯壳上设有后雾灯反射碗和倒车灯反射碗,后雾灯反射碗和倒车灯反射碗上分别设有光源组件安装孔,后雾灯反射碗的光源组件安装孔上安装有后雾灯光源组件,倒车灯反射碗的光源组件安装孔上安装有倒车灯光源组件,其特征在于:所述的配光镜上设有三部分,第一部分为后雾灯反射碗对应面,第二部分为倒车灯反射碗对应面,第三部分为反射器花纹面,所述的后雾灯光源组件上设有硅胶垫圈I,后雾灯光源组件通过硅胶垫圈I密封连接在灯壳上,倒车灯光源组件上设有硅胶垫圈II,倒车灯光源组件通过硅胶垫圈II密封连接在灯壳上。
所述的灯壳内表面为真空镀铝处理,并在后雾灯反射碗和倒车灯反射碗内设有拱形花纹。
所述的配光镜与灯壳通过焊接完成密封连接。
本发明结构简单,充分合理地利用汽车车灯的空间结构,从而保证后雾灯具有较长时间的使用寿命,以及较高的安全性能,还提供了倒车灯与反射器功能,通过灯壳内表面的拱形花纹提高光的利用率。

由图1知,一种汽车多功能后雾灯,由配光镜1、灯壳2、后雾灯光源组件3与倒车灯光源组件4组成;所述的灯壳2上设有后雾灯反射碗5和倒车灯反射碗6,后雾灯反射碗5和倒车灯反射碗6上分别设有光源组件安装孔,后雾灯反射碗5的光源组件安装孔上安装有后雾灯光源组件3,倒车灯反射碗6的光源组件安装孔上安装有倒车灯光源组件4,所述的配光镜1上设有三部分,第一部分为后雾灯反射碗5对应面,第二部分为倒车灯反射碗6对应面,第三部分为反射器花纹面7,所述的后雾灯光源组件3上设有硅胶垫圈I8,后雾灯光源组件3通过硅胶垫圈I8密封连接在灯壳2上,倒车灯光源组件4上设有硅胶垫圈II9,倒车灯光源组件4通过硅胶垫圈II9密封连接在灯壳2上,配光镜1与灯壳2通过焊接完成密封连接,配光镜1与灯壳2通过焊接完成密封连接,焊接加工效率高,操作方便。所述的灯壳2内表面为真空镀铝处理,并在后雾灯反射碗5和倒车灯反射碗6内设有拱形花纹。,通过拱形花纹将光源的发射出光进行多次反射、扩射,再通过真空镀铝处理大大提高了光线的反射效率,使灯具的配光性能满足国家标准要求。另外通过在配光镜1上的三部分分别设有花纹,给灯具增加了美观性,也助于光线上、下角度的扩大,外观美观且配光性能满足国家标准要求。

1.一种汽车多功能后雾灯,由配光镜(1)、灯壳(2)、后雾灯光源组件(3)与倒车灯光源组件(4)组成;所述的灯壳(2)上设有后雾灯反射碗(5)和倒车灯反射碗(6),后雾灯反射碗(5)和倒车灯反射碗(6)上分别设有光源组件安装孔,后雾灯反射碗(5)的光源组件安装孔上安装有后雾灯光源组件(3),倒车灯反射碗(6)的光源组件安装孔上安装有倒车灯光源组件(4),其特征在于:所述的配光镜(1)上设有三部分,第一部分为后雾灯反射碗(5)对应面,第二部分为倒车灯反射碗(6)对应面,第三部分为反射器花纹面(7),所述的后雾灯光源组件(3)上设有硅胶垫圈I(8)并通过硅胶垫圈I(8)密封连接在灯壳(2)上,倒车灯光源组件(4)上设有硅胶垫圈II(9)并通过硅胶垫圈II(9)密封连接在灯壳(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车多功能后雾灯,其特征在于:所述的灯壳2内表面为真空镀铝处理,并在后雾灯反射碗5和倒车灯反射碗6内设有拱形花纹。
