本发明公开了一种棉织物防螨整理方法,该方法具有如下步骤:先将整理剂加水配制成水溶液,然后采用高压喷涂的工艺将水溶液喷涂在织物表面,最后烘干即可;所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:水50‑60份、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠8‑10份、硅藻土6‑8份、2‑甲基‑4‑异噻唑啉‑3‑酮15‑20份、柠檬酸钠6‑9份、大蒜汁11‑14份、胶态二氧化硅12‑14份、草酸钾2‑6份、松节油3‑5份、苄基三甲基氯化铵3‑5份、肉桂醛2‑4份、二癸基二甲基氯化铵3‑7份、高氯酸铵4‑7份。本发明棉织物防螨整理方法,安全而有效,使用本发明方法整理制得的棉织物,对尘螨、革螨和恙螨均具有良好的趋避性能,织物与皮肤表面长期接触,安全无刺激,为人们创造舒适的家庭生活环境。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种棉织物防螨整理方法。
技术背景
棉织物又称棉布,是以棉纱为原料织造的织物。棉织物以优良的服用性能成为最常用的面料之一,广泛用于服装面料、装饰织物和产业用织物。棉是最受欢迎的衣服和家纺织物。多功能、柔软、透气、吸湿、全年穿着的舒适性、性能优良和耐穿仅仅是棉布备受欢迎的众多品质中的几点。随着纺织印染加工的深入发展,棉织物品种日益丰富,外观和性能及档次也不断提高。
由于化学纤维的发展,出现了棉型化纤,其长度(一般为38毫米左右)等物理性状符合棉纺工艺要求,在棉纺设备上纯纺或与棉纤维混纺而成,这类纤维的织物以及棉织物统称为棉型织物。
棉型织物价格低廉,适用面广,吸水性强,耐磨耐洗,柔软舒适,冬季穿着保暖性好,夏季穿着透气凉爽,棉织物以其优良的服用性能而成为最常用的童装材料之一,是最为普及的童装面料。棉织物色彩一般比较鲜艳,多用于儿童夏装,休闲装,内衣,运动装等。
由于棉织物在穿着过程中,皮肤表面排出的汗液,皮脂、油垢等代谢废物和来自外部的食品残迹将附着于织物上,成为螨虫等微生物的营养源,螨虫能长时间在织物上生存繁殖,现代研究表明,螨虫是导致人类各种皮肤病的主要原因。螨虫是一种很强的过敏源,会给人们的生活和健康带来危害。其中尘螨的分布最广、影响最大,螨虫的尸体、分泌物和排泄物都是过敏源,会使人出现过敏性皮炎、哮喘病、支气管炎、肾炎、过敏性鼻炎等疾病,螨虫还是细菌、病毒、衣原体等疾病传播的媒介,因此螨虫严重危害人体健康。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,更注意自身居住的生活环境,行业内专家建议使用具有防螨抗菌功能的纺织品,不仅可以抑螨、驱螨,有效防止与尘螨有关的各种疾病,还可以抗菌,抑制细菌的繁殖,达到改善生活环境的目的。然而使用传统防螨整理剂的防螨效果较差,具有毒性,对人体安全性不可靠,耐久性和耐洗性不高。因此如何克服现有技术的不足是目前纺织领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种棉织物防螨整理方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种棉织物防螨整理方法,该方法具有如下步骤:先将整理剂加水配制成水溶液,然后采用高压喷涂的工艺将水溶液喷涂在织物表面,最后烘干即可;所述整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:水50-60份、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠8-10份、硅藻土6-8份、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮15-20份、柠檬酸钠6-9份、大蒜汁11-14份、胶态二氧化硅12-14份、草酸钾2-6份、松节油3-5份、苄基三甲基氯化铵3-5份、肉桂醛2-4份、二癸基二甲基氯化铵3-7份、高氯酸铵4-7份。
整理剂的制备工艺为常规工艺,为本领域普通技术人员熟练掌握。
所述喷涂过程中,水溶液的温度为70-80℃,喷涂时间为5-10min。
所述烘干温度为80-90℃,时间为30s。
所述水溶液的浓度为800-1000ppm。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明棉织物防螨整理方法,安全而有效,使用本发明方法整理制得的棉织物,对尘螨、革螨和恙螨均具有良好的趋避性能,织物与皮肤表面长期接触,安全无刺激,为人们创造舒适的家庭生活环境。
