本发明公开了一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方,由以下按照重量组成分构成:聚氯乙烯树脂20‑40份,氢化丁腈橡胶25‑45份,石油脂4‑12份,偶联剂3‑15份,剥离剂2‑14份,防老化剂4‑14份,硼酸锌3‑9份。本发明具有阻燃效果好、抗屏蔽性能优越以及韧性好等优点,可以有效的抵挡外界电磁波对电缆的干扰,从而使设备的运行更加稳定可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,人们对电线电缆的需求量也越来越多,电缆在使用过程中,往往对其的屏蔽性能以及耐高温性能有着较高的要求,如果电缆的抗屏蔽性能不够好,外界的电磁波很容易对电缆造成干扰,使电缆传输的信号出现不稳定或失真的情况,这就会造成设备的不稳定,给人们的使用带来很大的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方及其制备方法。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方,由以下按照重量组成分构成:聚氯乙烯树脂20-40份,氢化丁腈橡胶25-45份,石油脂4-12份,偶联剂3-15份,剥离剂2-14份,防老化剂4-14份,硼酸锌3-9份。
上述的一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方,由以下按照重量组成分构成:聚氯乙烯树脂20-35份,氢化丁腈橡胶25-40份,石油脂4-10份,偶联剂3-12份,剥离剂2-12份,防老化剂4-10份,硼酸锌3-6份。
上述的一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方,由以下按照重量组成分构成:聚氯乙烯树脂30份,氢化丁腈橡胶35份,石油脂8份,偶联剂9份,剥离剂8份,防老化剂8份,硼酸锌6份。
上述的一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方及其制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)按权利要求3中原料的重量份得到聚氯乙烯树脂和氢化丁腈橡胶,将聚氯乙烯树脂和氢化丁腈橡胶放置在搅拌装置中充分搅拌,使原料混合均匀,然后将得到的混合物在混炼装置中进行混炼10-15分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将石油脂、偶联剂、剥离剂、防老化剂以及硼酸锌进行充分的混合,混合后将物料放置在开炼机中进行混炼,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A和混合物B再次进行混炼处理,混炼后得到的物料进行干燥处理,得到成品。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有阻燃效果好、抗屏蔽性能优越以及韧性好等优点,可以有效的抵挡外界电磁波对电缆的干扰,从而使设备的运行更加稳定可靠。

一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方,由以下按照重量组成分构成:聚氯乙烯树脂20-40份,氢化丁腈橡胶25-45份,石油脂4-12份,偶联剂3-15份,剥离剂2-14份,防老化剂4-14份,硼酸锌3-9份。
上述的一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方,由以下按照重量组成分构成:聚氯乙烯树脂20-35份,氢化丁腈橡胶25-40份,石油脂4-10份,偶联剂3-12份,剥离剂2-12份,防老化剂4-10份,硼酸锌3-6份。
上述的一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方,由以下按照重量组成分构成:聚氯乙烯树脂30份,氢化丁腈橡胶35份,石油脂8份,偶联剂9份,剥离剂8份,防老化剂8份,硼酸锌6份。
上述的一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方及其制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)按权利要求3中原料的重量份得到聚氯乙烯树脂和氢化丁腈橡胶,将聚氯乙烯树脂和氢化丁腈橡胶放置在搅拌装置中充分搅拌,使原料混合均匀,然后将得到的混合物在混炼装置中进行混炼10-15分钟,得到混合物A;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方,其特征在于,由以下按照重量组成分构成:聚氯乙烯树脂20-35份,氢化丁腈橡胶25-40份,石油脂4-10份,偶联剂3-12份,剥离剂2-12份,防老化剂4-10份,硼酸锌3-6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方,其特征在于,由以下按照重量组成分构成:聚氯乙烯树脂30份,氢化丁腈橡胶35份,石油脂8份,偶联剂9份,剥离剂8份,防老化剂8份,硼酸锌6份。
4.根据权利1-3所述的一种阻燃屏蔽电缆料配方及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
(1)按权利要求3中原料的重量份得到聚氯乙烯树脂和氢化丁腈橡胶,将聚氯乙烯树脂和氢化丁腈橡胶放置在搅拌装置中充分搅拌,使原料混合均匀,然后将得到的混合物在混炼装置中进行混炼10-15分钟,得到混合物A;
(2)将石油脂、偶联剂、剥离剂、防老化剂以及硼酸锌进行充分的混合,混合后将物料放置在开炼机中进行混炼,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A和混合物B再次进行混炼处理,混炼后得到的物料进行干燥处理,得到成品。
