Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型耐腐蚀的复合水箱用钢塑面板以及制备方法,其制备工艺包括如下步骤:首先,将304不锈钢或者Q235钢板裁剪成平板,然后通过重力压机将平板冲压成所需尺寸的模压板;其次,待模压板冲压好之后,通过喷砂工艺对该模压板的表面进行喷砂粗糙处理;其中,喷砂厚度为0.25~0.5mm,喷砂等级为Sa2.5;最后,将食品级的PE塑料粉喷涂在喷砂好的模压板的表面,再放进高温烤箱进行烘烤,使PE塑料粉完全贴合在模压板表面上,使得模压板表面形成PE塑料层;烘烤温度为180~300°。本发明的钢塑面板由食品级PE塑料和钢板复合制作而成,可以有效的杜绝了水源直接与钢板接触,从而达到抗腐蚀增加水箱使用寿命的作用。

一种新型耐腐蚀的复合水箱用钢塑面板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型耐腐蚀的复合水箱用钢塑面板以及制备方法。
背景技术
目前国内生活、消防储水箱多采用304不锈钢材质,但是由于目前自来水中存在的氯离子对304不锈钢有很强的腐蚀性,水箱使用不到2年就会出现漏水、锈蚀等情况,同时国家行业及技术领域也没有能解决氯离子对水箱腐蚀的办法。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种新型耐腐蚀的复合水箱用钢塑面板以及制备方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种新型耐腐蚀的复合水箱用钢塑面板,包括模压板,所述模压板的一侧设置有PE塑料层。
优选的,所述PE塑料层的厚度为0.25~0.5mm。
一种新型耐腐蚀的复合水箱用钢塑面板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
首先,将304不锈钢或者Q235钢板裁剪成平板,然后通过重力压机将平板冲压成所需尺寸的模压板;
其次,待模压板冲压好之后,通过喷砂工艺对该模压板的表面进行喷砂粗糙处理;其中,喷砂厚度为0.25~0.5mm,喷砂等级为Sa2.5;
最后,将食品级的PE塑料粉喷涂在喷砂好的模压板的表面,再放进高温烤箱进行烘烤,使PE塑料粉完全贴合在模压板表面上,使模压板表面形成PE塑料层,以得到钢塑面板;其中,烘烤温度为180~300°。
优选的,所述喷砂厚度为0.4mm。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的钢塑面板由食品级PE塑料和钢板复合制作而成,可以有效的杜绝了水源直接与钢板接触,从而达到抗腐蚀增加水箱使用寿命的作用。

具体实施方式
图1所示,公开了一种新型耐腐蚀的复合水箱用钢塑面板,包括模压板1,所述模压板1的一侧设置有PE塑料层2。优选的,所述PE塑料层2的厚度为0.25~0.5mm。
上述复合水箱用钢塑面板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
首先,将304不锈钢或者Q235钢板裁剪成平板,然后通过重力压机将平板冲压成所需尺寸的模压板1;
其次,待模压板1冲压好之后,通过喷砂工艺对该模压板1的表面进行喷砂粗糙处理;其中,喷砂厚度为0.25~0.5mm,喷砂等级为Sa2.5;
最后,将食品级的PE塑料粉喷涂在喷砂好的模压板1的表面,再放进高温烤箱进行烘烤,使PE塑料粉完全贴合在模压板表面上,使模压板表面形成PE塑料层2,以得到钢塑面板;其中,烘烤温度为180~300°。
优选的,所述喷砂厚度为0.4mm。
具体实施时,可将上述304不锈钢或者Q235钢板裁剪为1060mm*1060mm和560mm*560mm的平板,然后通过350吨的压机将平板冲压为1000mm*1000mm和500mm*500mm的标准模压板。
根据上述工艺制得的钢塑面板采用螺栓拼接的方式进行组装,可组合成任意尺寸的水箱。
水箱实验如下:
水箱拼接好之后,将水箱的出水口封堵起来,让后从进水口注入满水,经过24小时候的满水试压,如无发现渗漏或水箱变形等情况,可证明水箱制作合格。

1.一种新型耐腐蚀的复合水箱用钢塑面板,其特征在于,包括模压板,所述模压板的一侧设置有PE塑料层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型耐腐蚀的复合水箱用钢塑面板,其特征在于,所述PE塑料层的厚度为0.25~0.5mm。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的复合水箱用钢塑面板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
首先,将304不锈钢或者Q235钢板裁剪成平板,然后通过重力压机将平板冲压成所需尺寸的模压板;
其次,待所述模压板冲压好之后,通过喷砂工艺对所述模压板的表面进行喷砂粗糙处理;其中,喷砂厚度为0.25~0.5mm,喷砂等级为Sa2.5;
最后,将食品级的PE塑料粉喷涂在喷砂好的模压板的表面,再放进高温烤箱进行烘烤,使PE塑料粉完全贴合在模压板表面上,使模压板表面形成PE塑料层,以得到钢塑面板;其中,烘烤温度为180~300°。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种复合水箱用钢塑面板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述喷砂厚度为0.4mm。
