Abstract
本发明提供一种电池盒成型模具及其成型方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:将原料放入模具,模具合模十秒后,后倒入油缸处于顶出动作,后倒入杆顶出,形成电池盒的50个边孔,开模前十秒,后倒入油缸回退,后倒入杆归位;电池盒的侧向孔采用斜顶成型,侧向孔的脱模方向和侧面燕尾槽保持一致,并且按照斜顶的运动方向做1.5度的脱模斜度;模具开模后斜顶随顶针板顶出,脱离产品;电池盒中间的碰穿孔采用上底板设置的镶块和下底板设置的芯子碰穿成型,碰穿孔周边的四个孔做芯子孔,高度逼空0.2mm,产品按减胶方式做3度脱模斜度。本发明能够使所有孔位采用模具上成形,减少后续投入,提高了生产效率,保证了产品孔位的精度及一致性。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电池盒成型模具及其成型方法。
【背景技术】
一种新结构的SMC材质复合材料电池盒上壳有72个孔,原采用产品模压成型后采用人工钻孔,需增加钻孔工装,钻孔耗时长效率低,产品的孔位尺寸精度一致性没有保证;采用机器人钻孔,需投入机器人钻孔设备及钻孔工装,投入大,效率也较低;且投入的工装为专用工装。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题之一,在于提供一种电池盒成型模具,所有孔位采用模具上成形,减少后续投入,提高了生产效率,保证了产品孔位的精度及一致性。
本发明是这样实现上述技术问题之一的:
一种电池盒成型模具,所述电池盒成型模具包括下底板、顶针板、顶针固定板、后倒入板、二模脚、B板、型芯、上底板以及二斜顶,所述型芯的形状与电池盒形状相对应;
所述二模脚设置在下底板上,所述B板架设在二模脚上,所述顶针固定板设置在顶针板上方,所述后倒入板设置在B板的下方,所述顶针板、顶针固定板以及后倒入板均设置在二模脚之间,所述上底板架设在B板上方,所述型芯设置在B板上并位于上底板的下方;
所述后倒入板上设置有50个后倒入杆,各所述后倒入杆与电池盒上对应的边孔位置相匹配,所述后倒入板与后倒入油缸相连;
所述斜顶包括一斜顶本体以及设置在斜顶本体下方的支杆,所述支杆的另一端设置在顶针板上,所述斜顶本体抵靠在型芯上与电池盒侧向孔相对应处;
所述上底板下方设置有镶块,与下底板上的芯子相对应,二者配合形成电池盒中间的碰穿孔。
本发明要解决的技术问题之二,在于提供一种电池盒成型方法,所有孔位采用模具上成形,减少后续投入,提高了生产效率,保证了产品孔位的精度及一致性。
本发明是这样实现上述技术问题之二的:
一种电池盒成型方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤10、将原料放入模具,模具合模十秒后,后倒入油缸处于顶出动作,后倒入杆顶出,形成电池盒的50个边孔,开模前十秒,后倒入油缸回退,后倒入杆归位;
步骤20、电池盒的侧向孔采用斜顶成型,侧向孔的脱模方向和侧面燕尾槽保持一致,并且按照斜顶的运动方向做1.5度的脱模斜度;模具开模后斜顶随顶针板顶出,脱离产品;
步骤30、电池盒中间的碰穿孔采用上底板设置的镶块和下底板设置的芯子碰穿成型,碰穿孔周边的四个孔做芯子孔,高度逼空0.2mm,产品按减胶方式做3度脱模斜度。
本发明具有如下优点:
本发明发明采用所有孔位采用模具上采用斜顶、碰穿、后倒入成型的方式成型电池盒产品的所有孔位,减少了后续投入,保证了产品的一致性,节省了产品孔的后处理,特别是采用后倒入的方式成形50个φ8mm边孔,既解决了直接在模具上成型导致产品此次孔的成型时形成的熔接痕影响孔强度问题,又可以保证孔位在模具上成形,减少了后续工序,提高了效率和经济效益。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1~5所示,对本发明的实施例进行详细的说明。
如图1~4所示,本发明所涉及的一种电池盒成型模具,所述电池盒成型模具包括下底板1、顶针板2、顶针固定板3、后倒入板4、二模脚5、B板6、型芯7、上底板8以及二斜顶9,所述型芯7的形状与电池盒100形状相对应;
所述二模脚5设置在下底板1上,所述B板6架设在二模脚5上,所述顶针固定板3设置在顶针板2上方,所述后倒入板4设置在B板6的下方,所述顶针板2、顶针固定板3以及后倒入板4均设置在二模脚5之间,所述上底板8架设在B板6上方,所述型芯7设置在B板6上并位于上底板8的下方;
重点参阅图3,所述后倒入板4上设置有50个后倒入杆41,各所述后倒入杆41与电池盒上100对应的边孔101位置相匹配,所述后倒入板4与后倒入油缸42相连;
重点参阅图4a与图4b,所述斜顶9包括一斜顶本体91以及设置在斜顶本体91下方的支杆92,所述支杆的另一端设置在顶针板上,所述斜顶本体抵靠在型芯上与电池盒侧向孔相对应处;图4a与图4b是斜顶的两种不同实施例,斜顶的形状与侧向孔的形状相匹配;重点参阅图5,图4a中的斜顶对应电池盒100的A方向孔102,图4b中的斜顶对应电池盒100的的C方向孔103。
所述上底板8下方设置有镶块,与下底板上1的芯子相对应,二者配合形成电池盒100中间的碰穿孔,如图5中的B方向孔104和D方向孔105。
本发明还涉及一种电池盒成型方法,所述电池盒成型模具如上所述,所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤10、将原料放入模具,模具合模十秒后,后倒入油缸42处于顶出动作,后倒入杆41顶出,形成电池盒100的50个边孔101,开模前十秒,后倒入油缸42回退,后倒入杆41归位;
步骤20、电池盒100的侧向孔(如图5中的A方向孔102和C方向孔103)采用斜顶9成型,侧向孔的脱模方向和侧面燕尾槽保持一致,并且按照斜顶的运动方向做1.5度的脱模斜度;模具开模后斜顶9随顶针板顶2出,脱离产品;
步骤30、电池盒100中间的碰穿孔(如图5中的B方向孔104和D方向孔105)采用上底板8设置的镶块和下底板1设置的芯子碰穿成型,碰穿孔周边的四个孔做芯子孔,高度逼空0.2mm,产品按减胶方式做3度脱模斜度。
本发明发明采用所有孔位采用模具上采用斜顶、碰穿、后倒入成型的方式成型电池盒产品的所有孔位,减少了后续投入,保证了产品的一致性,节省了产品孔的后处理,特别是采用后倒入的方式成形50个φ8mm边孔,既解决了直接在模具上成型导致产品此次孔的成型时形成的熔接痕影响孔强度问题,又可以保证孔位在模具上成形,减少了后续工序,提高了效率和经济效益。

Claims (2)
1.一种电池盒成型模具,其特征在于:所述电池盒成型模具包括下底板、顶针板、顶针固定板、后倒入板、二模脚、B板、型芯、上底板以及二斜顶,所述型芯的形状与电池盒形状相对应;
所述二模脚设置在下底板上,所述B板架设在二模脚上,所述顶针固定板设置在顶针板上方,所述后倒入板设置在B板的下方,所述顶针板、顶针固定板以及后倒入板均设置在二模脚之间,所述上底板架设在B板上方,所述型芯设置在B板上并位于上底板的下方;
所述后倒入板上设置有50个后倒入杆,各所述后倒入杆与电池盒上对应的边孔位置相匹配,所述后倒入板与后倒入油缸相连;
所述斜顶包括一斜顶本体以及设置在斜顶本体下方的支杆,所述支杆的另一端设置在顶针板上,所述斜顶本体抵靠在型芯上与电池盒侧向孔相对应处;
所述上底板下方设置有镶块,与下底板上的芯子相对应,二者配合形成电池盒中间的碰穿孔。
2.一种电池盒成型方法,其特征在于:所述电池盒成型模具如权利要求1所述,所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤10、将原料放入模具,模具合模十秒后,后倒入油缸处于顶出动作,后倒入杆顶出,形成电池盒的50个边孔,开模前十秒,后倒入油缸回退,后倒入杆归位;
步骤20、电池盒的侧向孔采用斜顶成型,侧向孔的脱模方向和侧面燕尾槽保持一致,并且按照斜顶的运动方向做1.5度的脱模斜度;模具开模后斜顶随顶针板顶出,脱离产品;
步骤30、电池盒中间的碰穿孔采用上底板设置的镶块和下底板设置的芯子碰穿成型,碰穿孔周边的四个孔做芯子孔,高度逼空0.2mm,产品按减胶方式做3度脱模斜度。
