本发明的目的是提供一种定型机废气高压静电除尘装置及进行静电除尘的方法。

一种定型机废气高压静电除尘装置,其组成包括:底座,所述的底座分别安装有风机、一级喷淋除尘器、二级静电除尘器、变压器、控制器,所述的风机与废气入口管连接,所述的废气入口管与所述的一级喷淋除尘器连接,所述的一级喷淋除尘器与弯管A连接,所述的弯管A与直管连接,所述的直管与弯管B连接,所述的弯管B与竖直管连接,所述的竖直管与弯管C连接,所述的弯管C与所述的二级静电除尘器连接。
[0006] 所述的定型机废气高压静电除尘装置,所述的二级静电除尘器上方具有净气出口,所述的二级静电除尘器一侧安装有接头,所述的接头与连接管连接,所述的连接管与所述的变压器连接,所述的变压器侧面通过管线与所述的控制器连接。
[0007] 所述的定型机废气高压静电除尘装置,所述的一级喷淋除尘器侧面分别安装有2个进水管接头,所述的进水管接头分别与进水管A、进水管B连接。
[0008] 所述的定型机废气高压静电除尘装置,所述的进水管A的另一端与所述的进水管B连接,所述的进水管B的另一端与循环水泵连接,所述的循环水泵侧面与油水分离箱连接。

[0010] 一种定型机废气高压静电除尘装置及进行静电除尘的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:首先是定型机产生的高温废气经过前处理后进入废气净化器,在导流区经缓流、均流、扩散后进入一级喷淋除尘器,烟气在所述的一级喷淋除尘器与高压水雾紊流接触,废气中的有害气体、纤维、尘、油雾被水雾捕集后经净化器底部排水口流入油水分离水箱中;
经喷淋净化、降温后的气体由喷淋区进入脱水区,脱水后的洁净气体由净化器排风管道排入到二级静电除尘器;
油水分离箱捕集到有害气体、纤维、尘、油雾的循环水由净化器底部排水口汇入回水总管,靠水位落差流入油水分离水箱,污水经两级过滤后,其中的中长纤维和较大体积的杂质被滤除,细碎纤维、尘在自然沉降作用下积聚于箱底,细小油珠则依靠自身浮力上浮到水面聚成浮油层,浮油积聚到油槽后经排油管排入预置的油桶内。经沉淀、浮油后的水,也就是洁净水再通过循环水泵供入净化器循环利用,油水分离水箱的碳钢材质及顶部敞开式结构有利于循环水充分降温;
经过水喷淋处理的定型机废气导入脱水脱油设备进行脱水脱油降温处理,最后进行静电除尘处理,静电除尘原理是利用高压脉冲静电场作用,使亚微米级的油雾与水雾颗粒一同被高密度的电子附着,荷电向极板内壁作定向迁移,并被收集捕获产生电离、吸附、分解、碳化。净化后的烟气经顶部的排气管排入大气,高压放电产生的臭氧和等离子体,有效消除废气的刺激性恶臭气体,从而解决和消除了废气中有机蒸汽和油雾烟气这种大气中破坏臭氧层的物质和PM2.5的重要来源物质。

1.本发明是将定型机高温废气进行初级治理后,进入热能回收设备,可将高温废气降到120度左右,同时将回收的大量热能再次导入定型机设备内部使用,起到节能降温作用,从而达到大气排放二级标准或颗粒物浓度不超20mg/m3,油烟浓度不超30mg/m3,废油能够有效回收,用于废气净化的水可以循环利用。
[0012] 本发明主要是定型机产生的高温废气经过前处理后进入废气净化器,在导流区经缓流、均流、扩散后进入一级喷淋除尘器,烟气在所述的一级喷淋除尘器与高压水雾紊流接触,废气中的有害气体、纤维、尘、油雾被水雾捕集后经净化器底部排水口流入油水分离水箱中,这种结构有利于工作环境的环保。

[0017] 本发明整体设备可拆卸,便于清洗、维护、检修,同时净化设备使用不锈钢制作,耐腐蚀,使用寿命长,设备安全性能高,设备配有电气保护系统与灭火装置,设备高压部分电压与电流可根据废气了与浓度灵活调整,使设备处于最佳除尘状态。
8.本发明的热回收设备使用超导热管,换热效率高,热管可单根拆卸清洗,分散式热回收设备无需外加动力设备即可运行,有效的降低了设备运行与维护成本。

一种定型机废气高压静电除尘装置,其组成包括:底座15,所述的底座分别安装有风机1、一级喷淋除尘器3、二级静电除尘器11、变压器13、控制器14,所述的风机与废气入口管2连接,所述的废气入口管与所述的一级喷淋除尘器连接,所述的一级喷淋除尘器与弯管A4连接,所述的弯管A与直管5连接,所述的直管与弯管B6连接,所述的弯管B与竖直管7连接,所述的竖直管与弯管CS连接,所述的弯管C与所述的二级静电除尘器连接。

1.一种定型机废气高压静电除尘装置,其组成包括:底座,其特征是:所述的底座分别安装有风机、一级喷淋除尘器、二级静电除尘器、变压器、控制器,所述的风机与废气入口管连接,所述的废气入口管与所述的一级喷淋除尘器连接,所述的一级喷淋除尘器与弯管A连接,所述的弯管A与直管连接,所述的直管与弯管B连接,所述的弯管B与竖直管连接,所述的竖直管与弯管C连接,所述的弯管C与所述的二级静电除尘器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定型机废气高压静电除尘装置,其特征是:所述的二级静电除尘器上方具有净气出口,所述的二级静电除尘器一侧安装有接头,所述的接头与连接管连接,所述的连接管与所述的变压器连接,所述的变压器侧面通过管线与所述的控制器连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的定型机废气高压静电除尘装置,其特征是:所述的一级喷淋除尘器侧面分别安装有2个进水管接头,所述的进水管接头分别与进水管A、进水管B连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的定型机废气高压静电除尘装置,其特征是:所述的进水管A的另一端与所述的进水管B连接,所述的进水管B的另一端与循环水泵连接,所述的循环水泵侧面与油水分离箱连接。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的定型机废气高压静电除尘装置,其特征是:所述的一级喷淋除尘器下方装有回水管,所述的回水管与所述的油水分离箱连接。
