Abstract

本发明提供了一种治疗口腔溃疡的复方蜂胶组合物，由以下重量份的药物制备而成：蜂胶15‑45份、白花蛇舌草15‑35份、一点红10‑30份、穿心莲10‑30份、淡竹叶10‑30份、细辛10‑30份、灯心草10‑30份、甘草10‑20份、当归10‑30份、黄芪10‑30份、黄连10‑30份、黄芩10‑30份、黄柏15‑35份。本发明对口腔溃疡具有显著的疗效。

Description

一种治疗口腔溃疡的复方蜂胶组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗口腔溃疡的药物，具体涉及一种由中草药组方和蜂胶制备而成的复方蜂胶组合物。
背景技术
口腔溃疡俗称“口疮”，是一种常见的发生于口腔黏膜的溃疡性损伤病症，多见于唇内侧、舌头、舌腹、颊黏膜、前庭沟、软腭等部位，这些部位的黏膜缺乏角质化层或角化较差。舌头溃疡指发生于舌头、舌腹部位的口腔溃疡。口腔溃疡发作时疼痛剧烈，局部灼痛明显，严重者还会影响饮食、说话，对日常生活造成极大不便；可并发口臭、慢性咽炎、便秘、头痛、头晕、恶心、乏力、烦躁、发热、淋巴结肿大等全身症状，目前，西医治疗一般无法对症，中医药越来越受到重视，但临床上鲜有疗效确切的组方。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题，本发明提供了一种治疗口腔溃疡的复方蜂胶组合物。
本发明的技术方案如下：复方蜂胶组合物由以下重量份的药物制备而成：蜂胶15-45份、白花蛇舌草15-35份、一点红10-30份、穿心莲10-30份、淡竹叶10-30份、细辛10-30份、灯心草10-30份、甘草10-20份、当归10-30份、黄芪10-30份、黄连10-30份、黄芩10-30份、黄柏15-35份。
制备方法：取上述除蜂胶外的组合物用75%乙醇水溶液浸提24h，过滤得A液；取蜂胶粉用同体积的75%乙醇水溶液浸提24h，过滤得B液。取A液，B液，与40份聚乙二醇400，20份纯净水混匀，得红棕色澄清透明的成品组合物制剂。本品中蜂胶和中草药组合物具有清热解毒，活血止痛，调整体内正气，提高机体免疫力的作用；适量醇类消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌等具有快速杀灭作用，综上该组合物能够达到快速杀菌消炎、敛疮生肌的功效。
本发明也可以制备成喷雾剂或气雾剂。
本发明使用方法为每天含漱3-5次，一周一个疗程。
本发明的有益效果是：组方合理，制备简单，该组合物无毒副作用、刺激性小、不含抗生素、无耐药性，疗效非常显著，临床证明对治疗口腔溃疡有特效。
临床资料
选取86例诊断为口腔溃疡的患者，其中21例为反复发作溃疡患者，使用一周后观察疗效。
疗效标准：
显效：指1~2天内疼痛缓解或消失，溃疡面缩小1/2以上；3~4天内溃疡愈合；
有效：指3~4天内疼痛缓解或消失，溃疡面缩小1/3以上；5~6天内溃疡愈合；
无效：指疼痛超过4天，溃疡愈合超过7天；
实验结果：所有口腔溃疡的患者总有效率为91.86%，溃疡反复发作患者有效率为76.19％。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
称取蜂胶15份、白花蛇舌草15份、一点红10份、穿心莲10份、淡竹叶10份、细辛10份、灯心草10份、甘草10份、当归10份、黄芪10份、黄连10份、黄芩10份、黄柏15份；取上述除蜂胶外的组合物用75%乙醇水溶液浸提24h，过滤得A液；取蜂胶粉用同体积的75%乙醇水溶液浸提24h，过滤得B液。取A液，B液，与40份聚乙二醇400，20份纯净水混匀，得红棕色澄清透明的成品组合物制剂。
实施例2
称取蜂胶45份、白花蛇舌草35份、一点红30份、穿心莲30份、淡竹叶30份、细辛30份、灯心草30份、甘草20份、当归30份、黄芪30份、黄连30份、黄芩30份、黄柏35份；取上述除蜂胶外的组合物用75%乙醇水溶液浸提24h，过滤得A液；取蜂胶粉用同体积的75%乙醇水溶液浸提24h，过滤得B液。取A液，B液，与40份聚乙二醇400，20份纯净水混匀，得红棕色澄清透明的成品组合物制剂。
实施例3
称取蜂胶30份、白花蛇舌草25份、一点红20份、穿心莲20份、淡竹叶20份、细辛20份、灯心草20份、甘草15份、当归20份、黄芪20份、黄连20份、黄芩20份、黄柏25份；取上述除蜂胶外的组合物用75%乙醇水溶液浸提24h，过滤得A液；取蜂胶粉用同体积的75%乙醇水溶液浸提24h，过滤得B液；取A液，B液，与40份聚乙二醇400，20份纯净水混匀，得红棕色澄清透明的成品组合物制剂。
