Abstract

本发明属于日用护理品技术领域,公开了一种褪黑素面膜及其制备方法。所述制备方法为:将乳化剂吐温‑60加热至65~72℃搅拌均匀然后冷却至室温得到预处理后的乳化剂;将茶多酚溶于甘油和丙二醇的混合溶液中,然后加入部分去离子水搅拌混合均匀,再加入预处理后的乳化剂、褪黑素、柠檬酸、氢化蓖麻油、甲基异噻唑啉酮、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和剩余去离子水,搅拌均匀得到混合液,然后将混合液均质处理,得到褪黑素面膜。本发明通过选用吐温‑60为乳化剂,并对乳化剂进行预处理;通过优选各组分的百分含量和优选的制备工艺,最终得到性质稳定、透明、均一的褪黑素面膜。

Description

一种褪黑素面膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于日用护理品技术领域,具体涉及一种褪黑素面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
褪黑素是一种诱导自然睡眠的体内激素,被称为天然的“安眠药”,它通过调节人的自然睡眠而克服睡眠障碍,提高睡眠质量。现广泛用于医药保健品,能增强人体的免疫机能,防止老化回复青春,是迄今(2012年)发现的最强的内源性自由基清除剂,且因其可以使青蛙皮肤颜色变浅而得名。
随着生活节奏加快,职业压力增大和年龄的增长,特别是35岁以后,体内自身分泌的褪黑素明显下降,平均每10年降低10%~15%。研究表明现代职业女性普遍压力大,内分泌功能下降,尤其是褪黑素水平降低导致的失眠和皮肤迅速衰老的现象,常常困扰着她们。
发明内容
基于以上现有技术,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种褪黑素面膜的制备方法。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种通过上述方法制备得到的褪黑素面膜。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种褪黑素面膜的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
将乳化剂吐温-60加热至65~72℃搅拌均匀然后冷却至室温得到预处理后的乳化剂;将茶多酚溶于甘油和丙二醇的混合溶液中,然后加入部分去离子水搅拌混合均匀,再加入预处理后的乳化剂、褪黑素、柠檬酸、氢化蓖麻油、甲基异噻唑啉酮、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和剩余去离子水,搅拌均匀得到混合液,然后将混合液均质处理,得到褪黑素面膜。
优选地,所述的均质处理是指在50~60℃温度下和25~35MPa压力下均质10min。
所述制备方法中,各物质的质量百分含量为:

优选地,所述第一次加入去离子水的质量为面膜总质量的20%。
上述制备方法中,需对乳化剂进行预处理,吐温-60为硬脂酸酯,常温下呈乳白色的絮状,故应先加热并控制在65~72℃左右以保持吐温的稳定性;另一方面冷却至室温以防止溶液混合时因高温降低褪黑素的活性。
上述制备方法中,由于茶多酚理化性质比较稳定,难溶于水溶液中,应先溶于多醇类的甘油与丙二醇中。
上述制备方法中,均质的作用可以使溶液中各种成分充分混合,使溶液保持均一、稳定性,以更好地发挥其有效成分,促进物质间的协同效应。
一种褪黑素面膜,通过以上方法制备得到。
本发明所使用的丙二醇、甘油为多元醇类的保湿剂,一来可达到保湿的功效,二来可以辅助防腐剂的防腐效果。
本发明所使用的茶多酚是一种脂溶性高效的酚型抗氧化剂,是针对褪黑素的理化性质而选择的,能有效保护褪黑素的活性。
本发明通过添加柠檬酸作为增效剂,可与体系中促进氧化的微量金属离子生成络合物,使金属离子失去促进氧化的作用。
本发明使用吐温-60为乳化剂,吐温-60是硬脂酸酯,配合本发明的组分可用来使脂溶性的褪黑素及茶多酚乳化后溶解于水液体中,完全发挥作用,另一方面能使水相和油相有较强的亲和力,显示出很强的乳化稳定作用和高悬浮能力。
本发明使用氢化菎麻油为表面活化剂,氢化菎麻油能有效降低本发明体系中油性物质的表面张力,通过搅拌分散在水中,形成稳定、透明、均一的溶液。
本发明使用甲基异噻唑啉酮和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯作为防腐剂,甲基异噻唑啉酮是一种高效杀菌剂,耐热之水性防腐剂,对于抑制微生物的生长有很好的作用,可以抑制细菌、真菌及霉菌的生长。
本发明的制备方法及所得到的产物具有如下优点及有益效果:
本发明通过选用吐温-60为乳化剂,并对乳化剂进行预处理;通过优选各组分的百分含量和优选的制备工艺,最终得到性质稳定、透明、均一的褪黑素面膜。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
将5g乳化剂吐温-60加热至68℃搅拌均匀然后冷却至室温得到预处理后的乳化剂;将0.01g茶多酚溶于8g甘油和6g丙二醇的混合溶液中,然后加入20g去离子水搅拌混合均匀,再加入预处理后的乳化剂0.03g褪黑素、0.02g柠檬酸、0.5g氢化蓖麻油、0.01g甲基异噻唑啉酮、0.01g对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和剩余60.51g去离子水,搅拌均匀得到混合液,然后将混合液在50℃温度和35MPa压力下均质处理10min,得到褪黑素面膜。
实施例2
将4g乳化剂吐温-60加热至70℃搅拌均匀然后冷却至室温得到预处理后的乳化剂;将0.02g茶多酚溶于8g甘油和6g丙二醇的混合溶液中,然后加入20g去离子水搅拌混合均匀,再加入预处理后的乳化剂、0.03g褪黑素、0.02g柠檬酸、0.5g氢化蓖麻油、0.01g甲基异噻唑啉酮、0.01g对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和剩余61.41g去离子水,搅拌均匀得到混合液,然后将混合液在60℃温度和30MPa压力下均质处理10min,得到褪黑素面膜。
实施例3
将4g乳化剂吐温-60加热至72℃搅拌均匀然后冷却至室温得到预处理后的乳化剂;将0.02g茶多酚溶于6g甘油和8g丙二醇的混合溶液中,然后加入20g去离子水搅拌混合均匀,再加入预处理后的乳化剂、0.01g褪黑素、0.01g柠檬酸、0.05g氢化蓖麻油、0.02g甲基异噻唑啉酮、0.02g对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和剩余61.87g去离子水,搅拌均匀得到混合液,然后将混合液在60℃温度和25MPa压力下均质处理10min,得到褪黑素面膜。
对比例
将0.02g茶多酚溶于8g甘油和6g丙二醇的混合溶液中,然后加入20g去离子水搅拌混合均匀,再加入4g乳化剂羧甲基纤维素钠、0.03g褪黑素、0.02g柠檬酸、0.5g氢化蓖麻油、0.01g甲基异噻唑啉酮、0.01g对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和剩余61g去离子水,搅拌均匀得到混合液,然后将混合液在60℃温度和25MPa压力下均质处理10min,得到褪黑素面膜。
实施例所得产物进行性能测试:
感官指标:液体:透明均一、无颗粒,常温放置30天无明显油水分离、沉淀等现象;手感:细腻、润滑,涂于手腕及耳背30min内无不良反应。
理化指标:Ph值范围:6.2~6.5;平均值:6.35;
稳定性测试:将样液放入45℃恒温箱和-5℃的冰箱中保持48h,取出静置、自然恢复至室温;无油水分离、沉淀等现象。
而对比例乳化效果一般,湿润液及其他原料不能充分与乳化剂混合,液体不均一,稳定性测试出现油水分离、沉淀等现象。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其它的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种褪黑素面膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下制备步骤:
将乳化剂吐温-60加热至65~72℃搅拌均匀然后冷却至室温得到预处理后的乳化剂;将茶多酚溶于甘油和丙二醇的混合溶液中,然后加入部分去离子水搅拌混合均匀,再加入预处理后的乳化剂、褪黑素、柠檬酸、氢化蓖麻油、甲基异噻唑啉酮、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和剩余去离子水,搅拌均匀得到混合液,然后将混合液均质处理,得到褪黑素面膜。
