Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种信息传输方法和装置,一种信息传输方法包括:基站确定第一传输资源;所述基站通过所述第一传输资源发送第一信息,所述第一信息包括系统信息和调度系统信息的控制信息中的至少一种;所述基站确定至少一个第二传输资源;所述基站通过第二传输资源向UE发送第二信息,所述第二信息包括寻呼消息、随机接入响应消息、竞争解决消息、调度寻呼消息的控制信息、调度随机接入响应消息的控制信息、调度竞争解决消息的控制信息中的至少一种。本发明实施例提供的信息传输方法和装置,在解决信息传输容量受限的基础上,避免了重复信息的发送,从而节约了系统资源。
