车辆用阀门装置
技术领域
本发明涉及用作车辆内的流体循环、限制流体流动等用途的车辆用阀门装置,更具体涉及能够大幅提高阀体孔口密封性的车辆用阀门装置。
背景技术
车辆在其内部具有不同类型的阀门装置,而这些阀门装置根据引擎的冷却、室内空间的制冷及制热、废气的再循环(EGR系统)等用途,能够对多种流体的流动进行分配、控制乃至限制。
另一方面,在这样不同类型的阀门装置中,旋转阀门(rotary valve)包括:阀体,具有2个以上的孔口;阀构件,在阀体内部以旋转轴为中心旋转,以选择性地开闭2个以上的孔口。这种旋转阀门主要用在内燃机引擎的冷却水循环回路中。
作为这种旋转阀门的一例,公开有US6315267B1(以下称专利文献1)。这种现有技术涉及的旋转阀门包括:阀体(valve body),具有与阀室(valving chamber)连通的流入孔口(inlet port)以及流出孔口(outlet port);阀构件(valve member),设置为在所述阀室内在开放位置及关闭位置之间旋转,呈圆筒状;弹性密封构件(resilient seal member),介于流入孔口或者流出孔口中的一个与阀构件之间,呈曲面状;力矩电机(torque motor),附着在所述阀体上,以旋转所述阀构件;以及弹簧单元,让所述力矩电机的转子和所述阀构件弹性偏向,从而使其开放。
这种现有技术中的旋转阀门构成为,当阀体的流入孔口或者流出孔口通过阀构件的旋转而被开放时,弹性密封构件弹性地介于阀体孔口和阀构件之间进行密封,以防止从流入孔口或者流出孔口处流体泄漏。
然而,现有的旋转阀门因其弹性密封构件的弹性弱,对阀体的流入孔口或者流出孔口的密封性低,存在发生严重的流体泄漏的缺点。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明旨在克服如上所述的现有技术的缺点,目的在于提供一种车辆用阀门装置,其构成为在阀体的任一孔口内表面上对阀构件的外表面进行弹性加压,从而保持对孔口恒定的密封性,同时可靠地阻止泄漏的可能性。
解决技术问题的方法
为了达到所述目的,本发明涉及的车辆用阀门装置,其特征在于,包括:阀体,在其外表面上具有至少2个孔口,且具有与所述孔口连通的内部空间;阀构件,可旋转地设置在所述阀体的内部空间中,以开闭所述孔口;密封单元,用于密封所述至少一个孔口;所述密封单元包括:密封构件,气密地设置在所述孔口的内表面上;一个以上的弹性构件,在所述密封构件的一端形成为同一体,并对所述密封构件施加轴向弹力,以使所述密封构件的另一端气密地接触于所述阀构件的外表面。
所述弹性构件也可构成为一对C形弹性部对称连接的结构,并一体地形成在密封构件的一端。
其特征在于,所述密封构件的另一端上形成有密封面,该密封面与所述阀构件外表面紧密接触;所述密封面包括:第一接触面,对应所述阀构件的曲面状外表面而形成为曲面状;第二接触面,以台阶状形成在所述第一接触面的内侧。
其特征在于,在所述密封构件的外表面上形成有环状槽,所述环状槽中设有环状的唇形密封圈(lip seal);所述唇形密封圈包括:嵌入体,紧密地嵌入并结合于所述环状槽的内表面;第一唇部及第二唇部,以可弹性变形的方式从所述嵌入体的两侧延伸;所述第一唇部紧密接触于所述环状槽的底表面,所述第二唇部紧密接触于所述孔口的内表面。
发明效果
根据本发明,在阀体的任一孔口内表面上通过弹性构件的弹力来使密封构件偏向(bias)阀构件的外表面,由此能够稳定地保持密封构件的密封面紧密接触于阀构件外表面的状态,从而能够保持对孔口恒定的密封性,同时可靠地避免泄漏的可能性。
特别是,本发明的弹性构件在密封构件的一面上形成为同一体,由此可对密封构件施加更高弹力,从而能够更加提高密封构件对孔口的密封性。
而且,本发明的弹性构件由对称连接的一对C形弹性部构成,由此能使密封构件被更高的弹力而向阀构件的外表面进行加压。
此外,本发明的密封面由台阶状形成的第一接触面和第二接触面构成,由此能够相对减小密封面的整体接触面积,因此能在动态摩擦时大幅减少密封构件磨损;并且密封面更加灵活地变形,使得密封面的第一接触面和第二接触面更加紧密接触于阀构件的外表面,因此能够大幅提高其密封性。
而且,本发明在密封构件的外表面上设有环状的唇形密封圈,由此能够可靠地保证密封构件的外表面和孔口内表面之间在圆周方向及/或半径方向上的密封性。
特别是,在唇形密封圈的嵌入体两侧可变形地形成有第一及第二唇部,由此当唇形密封圈的嵌入体嵌入到环状槽内时,第一唇部发生弹性变形,以向环状槽的外径方向弹性推压嵌入体,从而能使第二唇部的端部更加气密地接触于孔口的内表面。

图1至图5示出了本发明的一实施例涉及的车辆用阀门装置。
如图1至图3所示,根据本发明的车辆用阀门装置包括:阀体10,具有2个以上的孔口11、12;阀构件20,可旋转地设置在阀体10内;一个以上的密封单元20,设置在阀体10的至少一个孔口11、12处。
如图3所示,阀体10在其外表面上具有2个以上的孔口11、12,用于流体流入乃至流出。并且阀体10在其内部具有与孔口11、12连通的内部空间15。在图1和图2中例示出形成有2个孔口11、12,然而本发明并不限定于此,孔口的数量以及位置等可以配置成更为多样。
如图1至图3所示,阀体10具有突出于其外表面的2个以上的法兰13、14,并且如图3所示,各孔口11、12分别形成在各法兰13、14的内部。形成为管道状或管状的孔口接头(valve fitting)16、17的法兰部16a、17a分别结合于阀体10的法兰13、14。

各弹性构件32也可构成为一对C形弹性部32a、32b对称连接的结构,并在密封构件31的一端形成为一体。通过这种一对C形弹性部32a、32b对称连接的结构,密封构件31能够对阀构件20的外表面施加更高的弹力。
密封构件31在其另一端上具有与阀构件20的外表面紧密接触的环形密封面34。密封面34包括:第一接触面34a,对应阀构件20的曲面状外表面而形成为曲面状;第二接触面34b,在第一接触面34a的内侧形成为台阶状。
由此,在设置阀门装置的初期,密封面34的第一接触面34a接触于阀构件20的外表面,以相对减小密封面34的整体接触面积,从而能在动态摩擦时大幅减少密封构件31的磨损。然后,在设置阀门装置之后经过规定时间时,通过密封面34的第一接触面34a和第二接触面34b的台阶状结构,密封面34更加灵活地变形,以使密封面34的第一接触面34a和第二接触面34b更加紧密地接触于阀构件20的外表面,从而可大幅提高其密封性。
另一方面,密封构件31由聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)等摩擦系数小、耐化学性良好的材料构成。如此,通过由摩擦系数小的材料构成密封构件31,能够减少阀构件20外表面与密封构件31之间旋转接触(动态负荷)时的动态摩擦负荷,从而可大幅减少密封构件31磨损。
此外,在密封构件31的外表面上形成有环状槽35,以用来设置环状的唇形密封圈(lip seal)36;唇形密封圈36包括:嵌入体36a,紧密地嵌入并结合于环状槽35的内表面;第一及第二唇部(lip portion)36b、36c,在嵌入体36a的两侧可变性地向外延伸。
唇形密封圈36由三元乙丙橡胶(ethylene propylene diene monomer,EPDM)等容易弹性变形的材料构成,以确保更加气密的密封性。
通过这种唇形密封圈36的结构,当嵌入体36a嵌入到环状槽35内时,第一唇部36b发生弹性变形,能够使其端部与孔口11、12的内表面气密地接触。
并且,当嵌入体36a嵌入到环状槽35内时,第二唇部36c在环状槽35的底表面发生弹性变形,沿环状槽38的外径方向弹性推压嵌入体36a,从而能使第一唇部36b的端部与孔口11、12的内表面更加气密地接触。

密封单元,用于密封所述至少一个孔口;
所述密封单元包括:密封构件,气密地设置在所述孔口的内表面上;一个以上的弹性构件,在所述密封构件的一端形成为同一体,并对所述密封构件施加轴向弹力,以使所述密封构件的另一端气密地接触于所述阀构件的外表面,
所述弹性构件形成为一侧的C形弹性部开放的C形结构,
所述C形弹性部为对称连接的一对,开放的一侧朝向相反的方向,
所述弹性构件中,构成为所述一对的所述C形弹性部形成一组,一组C形弹性部为多个,沿着所述密封构件的圆周方向以隔开的状态位于所述密封构件的一端而与其形成为一体。
