本发明涉及一种还原氧化石墨烯聚合物散热片,包括一聚合物结构体和附着在聚合物结构体上的一石墨烯涂层,先在聚合物结构体上涂布氧化石墨烯涂层,再经过还原反应,将氧化石墨烯涂层还原得到石墨烯涂层。本发明所述的还原氧化石墨烯聚合物散热片,采用先涂布氧化石墨烯涂料,再进行还原的方法制备石墨烯涂层,利用了氧化石墨烯特殊的分子结构,更利于在涂料中分散,有更牢固的粘附力,便于在聚合物散热片表面形成牢固、均匀、致密的涂层,再通过还原氧化石墨烯获得导热特性较佳的石墨烯涂层。同时大规模制造氧化石墨烯的成本更低,使制备的散热片具有更高的性能价格比。本发明使用寿命更长,与传统的金属或陶瓷散热片相比,更轻薄、易加工,而且成本更低。
