本发明公开了一种洁净效果好的高效送风口,包括送风口壳体、过滤器、散流板,所述送风口壳体包括底板与四个侧板,且所述底板上开有进风口;所述侧板与底板之间分别固定连接,且侧板上固定设置有连接部;所述连接部上卡持有压件,所述过滤器紧压在侧板上并设置于送风口壳体内;所述过滤器为层状结构,包括第一壳体与第二壳体;所述第一壳体远离第二壳体的一侧设置有外网,第一壳体与第二壳体之间依次设置有过滤网、叠片状硼硅微纤维网、抗菌网;所述散流板包括卡脚,所述卡脚与侧板顶部下翻边外侧的凸块卡接固定。本发明拆装便捷,运输成本低、加工难度小,安装安全性能优良,洁净效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及洁净设备领域,尤其涉及了一种洁净效果好的高效送风口。
背景技术
高效送风口为千级、万级、十万级净化空调系统较为理想的终端过滤装置,可广泛于医药、卫生、电子、化工等行业的净化空调系统。用来过滤空气中的尘埃粒子,从而改善和提高工作环境的空气质量。现有技术中的送风口的壳体主要是焊接而成,加工复杂,同时占据空间较大,运输成本高,同时设置于壳体内的过滤器在使用中易发生晃动,与送风口之间发生碰撞,这样影响过滤器与送风口使用寿命。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的就在于提供了一种洁净效果好的高效送风口,拆装便捷,运输成本低、加工难度小,安装安全性能优良,洁净效果好。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:一种洁净效果好的高效送风口,包括送风口壳体、过滤器、散流板,所述送风口壳体包括底板与四个侧板,且所述底板上开有进风口;所述侧板与底板之间分别固定连接,且侧板上固定设置有连接部;所述连接部上卡持有压件,所述过滤器紧压在侧板上并设置于送风口壳体内;所述过滤器为层状结构,包括第一壳体与第二壳体;所述第一壳体远离第二壳体的一侧设置有外网,第一壳体与第二壳体之间依次设置有过滤网、叠片状硼硅微纤维网、抗菌网;所述散流板包括卡脚,所述卡脚与侧板顶部下翻边外侧的凸块卡接固定。
作为一种优选方案,所述进风口处设置有均流板。
作为一种优选方案,所述侧板包括上侧板与下侧板,所述上侧板与散流板匹配连接。
作为一种优选方案,所述下侧板的顶部边缘向内弯折延伸形成下台阶,且下台阶向上弯折延伸形成下抵压部。
作为一种优选方案,所述上侧板的底部边缘向内弯折形成上台阶,且上台阶向上弯折延伸形成上抵压部。
作为一种优选方案,所述上台阶与下台阶叠合设置,所述过滤器与上抵压部、下抵压部紧密接触。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明拆装便捷,运输成本低、加工难度小,安装安全性能优良,洁净效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例:
如图1所示,一种洁净效果好的高效送风口,包括送风口壳体1、过滤器2、散流板3,所述送风口壳体1包括底板11与四个侧板12,且所述底板11上开有进风口13;所述侧板12与底板11之间分别固定连接,且侧板12上固定设置有连接部14;所述连接部14上卡持有压件15,所述过滤器2紧压在侧板12上并设置于送风口壳体1内;如图2所示,所述过滤器2为层状结构,包括第一壳体21与第二壳体22;所述第一壳体21远离第二壳体22的一侧设置有外网23,第一壳体21与第二壳体22之间依次设置有过滤网24、叠片状硼硅微纤维网25、抗菌网26;如图3、图4所示,所述散流板3包括卡脚31,所述卡脚31与侧板12顶部下翻边32外侧的凸块33卡接固定。实施时省去了焊接工艺,加工更加简单,组装便捷,,运输时占据空间大为降低,降低了运输成本;在送风口壳体1内增加连接部14结构,以装配压件15,客服了装配性能欠佳的不足,加工要求低,装配便捷且效果佳。
本发明优选所述进风口13处设置有均流板16,传送稳定。
如图5所示,所述侧板12包括上侧板121与下侧板122,所述上侧板121与散流板3匹配连接;所述下侧板122的顶部边缘向内弯折延伸形成下台阶1221,且下台阶1221向上弯折延伸形成下抵压部1222;所述上侧板121的底部边缘向内弯折形成上台阶1211,且上台阶1211向上弯折延伸形成上抵压部1212;所述上台阶1211与下台阶1221叠合设置,所述过滤器2与上抵压部1212、下抵压部1222紧密接触。实施时,利用压件15的低压力将过滤器2紧密贴合在上抵压部1212、下抵压部1222上,匹配过滤器2两面自带密封胶构造,降低了净化气流传送中的损失。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种洁净效果好的高效送风口,其特征在于:包括送风口壳体、过滤器、散流板,所述送风口壳体包括底板与四个侧板,且所述底板上开有进风口;所述侧板与底板之间分别固定连接,且侧板上固定设置有连接部;所述连接部上卡持有压件,所述过滤器紧压在侧板上并设置于送风口壳体内;所述过滤器为层状结构,包括第一壳体与第二壳体;所述第一壳体远离第二壳体的一侧设置有外网,第一壳体与第二壳体之间依次设置有过滤网、叠片状硼硅微纤维网、抗菌网;所述散流板包括卡脚,所述卡脚与侧板顶部下翻边外侧的凸块卡接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洁净效果好的高效送风口,其特征在于:所述进风口处设置有均流板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种洁净效果好的高效送风口,其特征在于:所述侧板包括上侧板与下侧板,所述上侧板与散流板匹配连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种洁净效果好的高效送风口,其特征在于:所述下侧板的顶部边缘向内弯折延伸形成下台阶,且下台阶向上弯折延伸形成下抵压部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种洁净效果好的高效送风口,其特征在于:所述上侧板的底部边缘向内弯折形成上台阶,且上台阶向上弯折延伸形成上抵压部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种洁净效果好的高效送风口,其特征在于:所述上台阶与下台阶叠合设置,所述过滤器与上抵压部、下抵压部紧密接触。
