[0002] 通常,空调机是通过排放空气到室内空间而使室内空间通风或冷却/制热室内空间的设备。各种过滤器设置在空调机中以过滤空气。因为过滤器阻挡空调机中的气流,所以相对于其它种类的风机而言,产生高静态压力的离心风机应用于要求高风阻的空调机。
[0003] 空调室内机上应用的过滤器,一般是电子集尘器、HEPA、蜂窝状电介质除尘器或纤维过滤网等,不仅重量大,不能实现轻量化,而且只能去除灰尘,不能过滤PM2.5,空气过滤效果较差。还有,过滤器不易拆卸更换,随着除尘效率的不断提高,过滤器的效率越来越高,当空气净化效率提高到一定程度时,设置在进风口或出风口处的过滤器的风阻成倍增加,造成室内机的驱动电机的负荷沉重,严重影响室内机的进风与出风量,进而影响其制冷和制热效果。
[0004]另外,现有的离心风机大多只安装一个,使得单位时间内的出风量小,进而影响制热和制冷效率。CN104329272公布了一种离心风机及具有其的空调器,该离心风机包括:底壳,底壳包括相对设置的第一侧面和第二侧面,底壳上设置有至少两个风道,各风道均从第一侧面延伸至第二侧面,各风道均具有位于第一侧面的第一出风口和位于第二侧面的第二出风口,且位于第一侧面的至少两个第一出风口的出风方向一致;至少两个离心叶轮,至少两个离心叶轮——对应地设置在至少两个风道内。CN104314877A公布了一种空调及其风机,其风机包括蜗壳,蜗壳内设置有第一风道,第一风道包括第一出风口和第二出风口,且风机还包括第一运动挡板,第一运动挡板位置可调节地设置在第一风道内,使第一运动挡板遮挡住第一出风口或第二出风口 ;其中,第一出风口的出口端设置有第一导风板,第二出风口的出口端设置有第二导风板。CN104314878A公布了一种空调及其风机,其风机包括底壳,风机还包括多个风道和与多个风道一一对应的多个风叶,且风道设置在底壳内,多个风叶可旋转地设置在相应的风道内。
[0005]上述三个技术方案虽然都可通过增加风机数量及各个风机的风道数量来提高单位时间内的出风量,从而可以提高制热和制冷效率,提高人体的舒适度,但它们的风机均安装在同一底壳上,会导致安装、维修很不方便,而且安装在同一底壳上,通用性和灵活性差,当出风方向不合适时,需要再次设计风道出风口的出风方向,大大提高了设计强度,提高了制作成本。
发明内容
[0006]本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种组装简单,成本低廉,生产周期短,密封性好,过滤效果好,出风量大,舒适度高的空调室内机。

(2)经过滤的空气依次进入蒸发器和底盒,将底盒内的风道出风口进行不同方向的摆放,从而增加整个离心风机的产风量,进而提高空调室内机的制冷或制热效率,提高人们的舒适度,使自身处于一个极其洁净的环境下,有利于身心健康;
(3)蒸发器与进风盖板之间通过可拆卸式连接,蒸发器、进风盖板与过滤器之间通过橡胶圈密封,既避免漏风,又可拆卸,便于更换和维修。

具体实施方式

[0035]如图1所示:本实施例的空调室内机,沿空气流动路径依次设置有进风盖板1、过滤器2、蒸发器3和风机组件4。下面将对以上结构进行详细介绍。
[0036] 如图2和图3所示:进风盖板I的表面设有进风口,进风口由若干个通风孔11组成,通风孔11可以布满整个进风盖板I表面,也可以是排布一部分。通风孔11的形状可以是圆形、方形、椭圆形、平行四边形、蜂窝状等,本实施例优选为蜂窝状。进风盖板I是组成空调室内机外壳的一部分,位于过滤器2的前侧,采用主动式送风,即横向进风,进风面积大,风阻小,室内机的风量有明显提高,有利于整机性能的发挥和安装的便利,且实现了轻量化;相比于其它结构(如格栅式)而言,不易堆积灰尘,进而减小风阻,且不易变形。
[0037]进风盖板I的右下方还设有显示面板13,包括温度设置、运行状态指示、定时指示、电源指示、故障指示以及对码按键。其中温度设置中,制冷范围为16〜32°C,制热范围5〜28Γ。

[0039]如图4〜图6所示:本实施例优选为过滤器2为单一高效过滤器,这样既可以保证过滤效果,又可以减小厚度和体积。高效过滤器的过滤部22采用过滤纸折叠而成,过滤纸包括多个褶部221,每个褶部221可以打胶也可以不打胶。如果打胶,每个褶部221侧壁均粘结有打胶后形成的胶筋222,相邻的胶筋222在褶涧处相接。采用胶筋222既实现了轻量化,又保证了相同的折间距。将过滤纸进行折叠,避免过滤纸出现漏风现象,相比于过滤网而言,过滤纸不会产生缝隙,进而不会存在部分污浊空气没有被过滤的现象,大大提高过滤效率。由于传统空调通常采用惯流风机或其它电动机等,具有风量大,风压小的特点,如果再在其前面设置过滤器2,会导致风压更低,风量急剧减小,制冷或制热效果大幅度下降,舒适度也大大降低。本实施例采用离心风机43,具有风量大、压头大的特点,配合这种过滤器,能够保证风量足够大,不会影响制冷或制热效果,进而保证舒适度。且配合蜂窝状的进风盖板I,又会大大提高离心风机43的风量。
[0040]采用过滤纸过滤,与活性炭、过滤网或其它过滤器相比,具有重量轻、体积小、阻力小、单位重量、单位体积过滤性能好等优点;且传统空调室内机采用的过滤网等结构的过滤器只能除蚊虫、纤维等大颗粒,不能过滤PM2.5,本实施例中的过滤器2可以高效过滤PM2.5、烟雾等,彻底隔绝了空气污染和雾霾,大大有利于人们的健康。
[0041] 本实施例中,高效过滤器的尺寸为:长800mm,宽350mm。过滤部22的折高为40mm,折间距为3mm。过滤部22与过滤器壳体21的内壁通过胶体密封,胶体密封是保证过滤效果高的关键因素,使得过滤效率大于99%,空气阻力小于3mmH20。
[0042] 过滤器的结构在另一个优选的实施方式中,也可以是:初效过滤器、中效过滤器和高效过滤器沿空气流动路径依次设置(图中未示出),每个过滤器的过滤部均采用过滤纸折叠而成,三个过滤部的折高和折间距相等。初效、中效和高效过滤所采用的过滤纸依次加厚。三个过滤部可以前后间隔排列,也可以紧密排列,三个过滤部分别与各自的过滤器壳体的内壁通过胶体密封。外界空气依次经初效、中效和高效过滤器过滤后所获得的洁净空气不含大颗粒和细小颗粒烟尘,使空气经粗过滤和细过滤后过滤效率又进一步提高。

[0046]如图7〜12所示:蒸发器3包括盘管组件和设于盘管组件外周的蒸发器壳体36,盘管组件具体包括护板31,护板31包括端板312和侧板311,其中,端板312的材质优选为镀铝锌板,在材质上能够满足耐腐蚀、耐高温等优点,且具有轻量化。护板31内设有若干换热铜管32,起着传导换热的作用,其换热性能直接影响空调器的换热效果。换热铜管32采用带内螺纹的紫铜管,其内壁加工成螺纹状可增大内壁面积,当介质在换热铜管32内流动时,可以增大两者之间的热交换面积,进而提高热交换效率。另外,紫铜管的组织结构极其致密,具有不可渗透性,有害物质不能穿过它而污染介质。蒸发器壳体36与盘管组件之间通过发泡剂35密封,密封性好,以防止串风,大大提高换热效率。

1.一种空调室内机,其特征在于:包括机壳,所述机壳上沿空气流动路径依次设有的进风口、过滤器、蒸发器和离心风机组件;所述过滤器为高效过滤器或者由高效过滤器与初效过滤器、中效过滤器中的一种或两种组合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:所述初效过滤器、中效过滤器和高效过滤器中的至少一个为折叠的过滤纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:所述初效过滤器和高效过滤器均为折叠的过滤纸,中效过滤器采用静电除尘器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:所述过滤纸包括多个褶部,过滤纸设于过滤器壳体内,过滤纸与过滤器壳体的内壁通过胶体密封。
5.根据权利要求4所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:所述每个褶部侧壁均粘结有打胶后形成的胶筋,相邻的胶筋在褶涧处相接。
6.根据权利要求1〜5任一项所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:所述离心风机组件包括至少一个风道和设置于风道内的离心风机,风道的侧面设有至少一个出风口。

16.根据权利要求15所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:所述蒸发器与进风盖板之间通过卡接或镶嵌的方式连接。
17.根据权利要求7所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:所述底盒为多个时,为水平间隔排列或上下间隔排列,排列间距为20~100mm。
18.根据权利要求6所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:所述风道呈蜗形,包括螺旋面、蜗舌和输出段;螺旋面的基准中心线与离心风机的中心线不重合,离心风机的中心线靠下偏离螺旋面的基准中心线2〜5mm。
19.根据权利要求18所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:所述蜗舌的截面型线为圆弧线,圆弧半径为1〜18mm。
20.根据权利要求19所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:所述输出段的截面型线为直线,出风口垂直于水平面。
21.根据权利要求6所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:所述离心风机包括轮毂和设于轮毂上的风叶,所述风叶设于轮毂边缘并间隔排布;叶片的内缘和外缘连线为弧线,风叶的上边缘连接导流环;相邻风叶之间的间距为8〜20mm。
22.根据权利要求6所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:所述风道的出风口处设有导风栅。
23.根据权利要求6所述的空调室内机,其特征在于:所述出风口上设有间隔排列的出风挡片。
