本发明是多级变换流速滤烟器,由进烟管、烟腔室、多层烟分散滞留器、排烟管构成,其特征是,烟腔室下设有一个进烟管和一个多层烟分散滞留器,多层烟分散滞留器,在烟腔室内设有过滤烟污网状层,烟腔室下的多层烟分散滞留器内的过滤烟污网状层内,设有烟污滞留壁,多层烟分散滞留器设有排烟管,多层烟分散滞留器内底中部设有一个稳烟器,稳烟器内、外底部设有由锥形空心钢球开关控制的排污孔。该多级变换流速滤烟器,具有结构科学、烟道走向设计合理、环保、污染小、有利人体健康并可根据过滤需要可设多级的特点,是一种值得推广应用的多级变换流速滤烟器。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及一种排烟净化装置,具体地说是多级变换流速滤烟器。
背景技术:目前,我们普遍所使用的各种排烟管,一般都是将所要排放的烟,没经净化处理便从烟道口直接排出。这种排烟方式,由于排出的烟含大量有害杂质,故,这种没经净化处理的烟排放出去后,不仅污染空气、产生雾霾、破坏环境,而且人吸入后还有害人体健康。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于,设计出一种烟道结构走向科学、污染小、减少雾霾、有利环境和人体健康,根据过滤需要可设多级的多级变换流速滤烟器。其技术内容是,多级变换流速滤烟器,由进烟管、烟腔室、多层烟分散滞留器、排烟管构成,其特征是,烟腔室下设有一个进烟管和一个多层烟分散滞留器,多层烟分散滞留器在烟腔室内设有过滤烟污网状层,烟腔室下的多层烟分散滞留器内的过滤烟污网状层内,设有烟污滞留壁,多层烟分散滞留器设有排烟管,多层烟分散滞留器内底中部设有一个稳烟器,稳烟器内、外底部设有由锥形空心钢球开关控制的排污孔。其工作原理,烟道排出的废烟,从多级变换流速滤烟器的进烟管进入烟腔室后,经多层烟分散滞留器内的过滤烟污网状层内设有烟污滞留壁,将所排放的烟过滤后从排烟管排出;多层烟分散滞留器内的过滤烟污网状层内设有的烟污滞留壁,则将过滤下来的液体烟垢,从锥形空心钢球开关控制的排污孔排出。本发明和现有技术相比其先进之处在于,该多级变换流速滤烟器,具有结构科学、烟道走向设计合理、环保、污染小、有利人体健康并可根据过滤需要可设多级的特点,从而克服了现有排烟管在直排烟过程中,所存在的污染环境、不环保、不利人体健康的不足之处。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图对本发明再作进一步地描述,烟腔室8下设有一个进烟管9和一个多层烟分散滞留器4,多层烟分散滞留器4在烟腔室8内设有过滤烟污网状层2,烟腔室8下的多层烟分散滞留器4内的过滤烟污网状层2内,设有烟污滞留壁3,多层烟分散滞留器4设有排烟管1,多层烟分散滞留器4内底中部设有一个稳烟器5,稳烟器5内、外底部设有由锥形空心钢球开关7控制的排污孔6,以上便构成本发明。
