本发明公开了一种抗氧化防脱落保温材料及其制作方法,按重量份计,其组成原料为:纯丙乳液3035、多异氰酸酯2530、中空纤维1520、月桂酸钠45、轻粉2530、二氧化硅粉末57、乳化硅油34、羧甲基纤维素23、十二烷基苯磺酸钠45、二苯胺24、聚二甲基硅氧烷34和丙酮2025;本发明的保温材料配方原料及配比通过多次试验得到,在具备优良保温性的基础上,同时具有抗氧化、防脱落、耐候性好等特点,本发明的配方中二氧化硅粉末、轻粉阻燃效果好,安全系数高,与附属物粘结更牢固、性能更稳定,同时本发明材料绿色环保,节能减排。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑保温材料,具体涉及一种抗氧化防脱落保温材料及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前使用的保温材料抗氧化性能较差,特别是与水泥墙体的粘结力较差,易开裂,龟裂,甚至脱落,特别是对清水混凝基层的涂刷或喷刷的粘结力均较差,而且成本高,涂层龟裂或脱落,降低涂层的美感,且易破坏市容的整洁与和谐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗氧化防脱落保温材料及其制作方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
抗氧化防脱落保温材料,按重量份计,其组成原料为:纯丙乳液30-35、多异氰酸酯25-30、中空纤维15-20、月桂酸钠4-5、轻粉25-30、二氧化硅粉末5-7、乳化硅油3-4、羧甲基纤维素2-3、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4-5、二苯胺2-4、聚二甲基硅氧烷3-4和丙酮20-25。
抗氧化防脱落保温材料,按重量份计,其组成原料为:纯丙乳液32、多异氰酸酯28、中空纤维18、月桂酸钠4.5、轻粉28、二氧化硅粉末6、乳化硅油3.5、羧甲基纤维素2.5、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4.5、二苯胺3、聚二甲基硅氧烷3.5和丙酮22。
抗氧化防脱落保温材料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将丙酮加入搅拌机中,然后向其中依次加入纯丙乳液、多异氰酸酯、中空纤维,加热至45-60℃,并持续搅拌混合均匀;
(2)称取轻粉、二氧化硅粉末,充分研磨粉碎,然后与月桂酸钠、乳化硅油、羧甲基纤维素搅拌混合均匀,备用;
(3)按重量份称取十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二苯胺,加热至40℃-50℃,以800-900转/分的速度继续搅拌45-60分钟,得到混合物,备用;
(4)将上述步骤(2)、步骤(3)两者的备用料加入上述步骤(1)搅拌机中,并加入其它剩余组成原料,充分搅拌混合均匀,最后将浆料倒入模具中,放于室内通风处自然成型。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的保温材料配方原料及配比通过多次试验得到,在具备优良保温性的基础上,同时具有抗氧化、防脱落、耐候性好等特点,本发明的配方中二氧化硅粉末、轻粉阻燃效果好,安全系数高,与附属物粘结更牢固、性能更稳定,同时本发明材料绿色环保,节能减排。
具体实施方式
实施例1:抗氧化防脱落保温材料,按重量份计,其组成原料(斤)为:纯丙乳液32、多异氰酸酯28、中空纤维18、月桂酸钠4.5、轻粉28、二氧化硅粉末6、乳化硅油3.5、羧甲基纤维素2.5、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4.5、二苯胺3、聚二甲基硅氧烷3.5和丙酮22。
抗氧化防脱落保温材料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将丙酮加入搅拌机中,然后向其中依次加入纯丙乳液、多异氰酸酯、中空纤维,加热至45-60℃,并持续搅拌混合均匀;
(2)称取轻粉、二氧化硅粉末,充分研磨粉碎,然后与月桂酸钠、乳化硅油、羧甲基纤维素搅拌混合均匀,备用;
(3)按重量份称取十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二苯胺,加热至40℃-50℃,以800-900转/分的速度继续搅拌45-60分钟,得到混合物,备用;
(4)将上述步骤(2)、步骤(3)两者的备用料加入上述步骤(1)搅拌机中,并加入其它剩余组成原料,充分搅拌混合均匀,最后将浆料倒入模具中,放于室内通风处自然成型。

1.一种抗氧化防脱落保温材料,其特征在于,按重量份计,其组成原料为:纯丙乳液30-35、多异氰酸酯25-30、中空纤维15-20、月桂酸钠4-5、轻粉25-30、二氧化硅粉末5-7、乳化硅油3-4、羧甲基纤维素2-3、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4-5、二苯胺2-4、聚二甲基硅氧烷3-4和丙酮20-25。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化防脱落保温材料,其特征在于,按重量份计,其组成原料为:纯丙乳液32、多异氰酸酯28、中空纤维18、月桂酸钠4.5、轻粉28、二氧化硅粉末6、乳化硅油3.5、羧甲基纤维素2.5、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4.5、二苯胺3、聚二甲基硅氧烷3.5和丙酮22。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的抗氧化防脱落保温材料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将丙酮加入搅拌机中,然后向其中依次加入纯丙乳液、多异氰酸酯、中空纤维,加热至45-60℃,并持续搅拌混合均匀;
(2)称取轻粉、二氧化硅粉末,充分研磨粉碎,然后与月桂酸钠、乳化硅油、羧甲基纤维素搅拌混合均匀,备用;
(3)按重量份称取十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二苯胺,加热至40℃-50℃,以800-900转/分的速度继续搅拌45-60分钟,得到混合物,备用;
(4)将上述步骤(2)、步骤(3)两者的备用料加入上述步骤(1)搅拌机中,并加入其它剩余组成原料,充分搅拌混合均匀,最后将浆料倒入模具中,放于室内通风处自然成型。
