Abstract

一种具有保温功能的硅藻泥地板,由以下原料制备而成:聚氯乙烯、硅藻泥、碳酸钙、硅酸盐、玻璃棉、胶粉聚苯颗粒、氧化聚乙烯腊、AC发泡剂、丙稀酸脂类高分子共聚物、碳纤维。本发明利用硅藻泥作为主料并搭配热塑聚合物以及高分子化合物、微孔发泡剂、增强剂、改性剂、碳纤维等辅助材料共混接枝、共聚改性经热塑溶合成型,使得该材料环保、无毒无味、防腐抗菌、零甲醛、不含任何有毒物质、具有很强的保温能力、原材料成本低、本地矿产开采易得、采用专利锁扣技术,安装方便,边角料、底料可循环利用。

技术领域:
本发明涉及地板行业技术领域,具体涉及一种具有保温功能的硅藻泥地板。
背景技术:
硅藻泥单细胞水生植物硅藻的遗骸沉积所形成。这种硅藻的独特性能在于能吸收水中游离硅形成其骨骼,当其生命结束后沉积,在一定的地质条件下形成硅藻土矿床。硅藻土属非金属矿,主要化学成份为非晶体二氧化硅,伴有少量蒙脱石、高岭石等粘土杂质和有机质。在显微镜下观察,硅藻土呈显形态各异的各种藻类形状,单个藻体大小从几微米到几十微米不等,内外表面分布着众多纳米级微孔,这是硅藻土区别于其它非金属矿物的基本物理特征,工业领域使用硅藻土都万变不离其宗地离不开它的显微多孔结构这一根本特性。因硅藻土具有多孔结构、密度低、比表面积大、吸附性能强、悬浮性能好、物化性能稳定、隔音隔热、耐磨、耐酸、无毒和无味等特殊性能,因此硅藻泥被广泛应用到很多行业中去,其中应用最多的就是家装行业,目前很多装饰材料都是利用硅藻泥进行加工生产的,其中在地板行业中开始逐渐使用到硅藻泥材料,而本专利就是就是提供一种高耐湿性硅藻泥地板,通过在配方和工艺上的进一步改进和创新从而制造出环保、无毒无味、防腐抗菌、零甲醛、不含任何有毒物质、具有很强的保温能力,原材料成本低、本地矿产开采易得、采用专利锁扣技术,安装方便,边角料、底料可循环利用的一种高耐湿性硅藻泥地板。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种环保、无毒无味、防腐抗菌、零甲醛、不含任何有毒物质、具有很强的保温能力、原材料成本低、本地矿产开采易得,安装方便,边角料、底料可循环利用的具有保温功能的硅藻泥地板。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种具有保温功能的硅藻泥地板,由以下原料制备而成:
所述聚氯乙烯可以用等量聚乙烯进行替代;
其中硅藻泥是一种非金属矿物质,具有多孔结构,密度低、重量轻、能吸附空气中甲醛等有毒物质,物理性能稳定,制品不变型抗伸缩,并具有隔音隔热、阻燃、耐磨、耐化学品、无毒、无味等优点;
热塑聚合物为高分子塑料,可采用聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等热塑性材料;
高分子化合物,加入一定比例的高分子材料,微孔发泡剂、增强剂、改性剂、稳定剂、碳纤维等辅助材料共混接枝、共聚改性经热塑溶合成型的一种新型材料,再配合硅酸盐、玻璃棉和胶粉聚苯颗粒,将其一起进行密炼塑化后能够增加材料的保温能力;
所述具有保温功能的硅藻泥地板,采用以下制备方法制作而成:
(1)将上述各种原材料共混,然后采用匀速搅拌设备进行搅拌;
(2)原料共混后经密炼机密炼塑化;
(3)将炼化后的原材料用螺旋式挤出设备热塑成型;
(4)将热塑成型的材料进入多棍压延机压延成3mm-20mm的薄片,然后进入定厚模具进行定厚;
(5)然后再经热压机多层热压合成硅藻泥塑料基材;
(6)根据需求对基材进行裁切和加工;
(7)对裁切后的基材板进行花纹膜热压复合;
(8)花纹印制完成后进行UV表面处理,使其具有超耐磨、防水阻燃等性能,此工序完成后地板制作完成;
本发明的有益效果是:利用硅藻泥作为主料并搭配热塑聚合物以及高分子化合物、微孔发泡剂、增强剂、改性剂、碳纤维等辅助材料共混接枝、共聚改性经热塑溶合成型,使得该材料环保、无毒无味、防腐抗菌、零甲醛、不含任何有毒物质、具有很强的保温能力、原材料成本低、本地矿产开采易得、采用专利锁扣技术,安装方便,边角料、底料可循环利用。

(5)然后再经热压机多层热压合成硅藻泥塑料基材;
(6)根据需求对基材进行裁切和加工;
(7)对裁切后的基材板进行花纹膜热压复合;
(8)花纹印制完成后进行UV表面处理,使其具有超耐磨、防水阻燃等性能,此工序完成后地板制作完成。
