水处理工艺专用曝气装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水处理工艺,特别涉及到水处理的氧交换处理用的曝气装置。
背景技术
对于水处理工艺,为了让水中的微生物能构存活,或是水和空气充分接触以交换气态物质和去除水中挥发性物质的水处理方法,或使气体从水中逸出,如去除水的臭味或二氧化碳和硫化氢等有害气体;或使氧气溶入水中,以提高溶解氧浓度,达到除铁、除锰或促进需氧微生物降解有机物的目的。现有技术中的曝气装置大都结构简单,有的干脆直接通一根直管进入水,这些对于工业化处理水质是不够的,现有的曝气装置多是采用气体与水在水下的空间内进行相撞,从而产生水泡,随着水泡的上升与液体进行交换,随着气泡的破灭,气泡内的氧气与液体发生氧化反应;随着液体和气体的上升也将液体由下至上的输送,形成翻动。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的,提供另一种曝气方式,使之在曝气过程中产生强细微的气泡,从而加氧反应量。
为完成上述发明目的,本发明是这样实现的:一种水处理工艺专用曝气装置,它包括液体管路,气体管路,混合管路;所述的液体管路其底端进入液体,顶端排出液体;所述的气体管路设立在液体管路的腰部,混合管路设立于最上部;其特征在于:所述的液体管路内壁平滑段;外壁被气体管路包围,气体管路与液体管路之间的夹壁空间供气体穿过;混合管路的外围与气体管路连接。本专利与以往产品设计不同,在以往产品设计中,其实是用水来打散气流,从而产生结合,在交换过程中,由于水压的与都朝着同一方向,因此,其混合成分并不高,而本专利则不同,本专利是在起初阶段,液体在气体的中心运动,随后,液体管变迅速变粗也就是在混合管路段,由于液体压力受到鼓胀,在混合管路段,液体向外挤压包围他的气体,从而向四面方向将气体打散,由于气体与液体的接触面大,从而产生的水泡很小,也就是真正的实现了全面的接触。
对上述技术方案作进一步的改进,所述的混合管路的内壁设有搅拌齿。所述的搅拌齿设有多排,其中各排错落分部。所述的混合管路是由若干个带有搅拌齿的齿环构成,所述的带有搅拌齿的齿环垂直排列,并且搅拌齿相互错落排列。
在上述方案中,气体被强压挤散后,液体与气体基本完成混合,但是这种混合并没有完全深入,这与流水量的大小,以及气量的多少有关,但是无论怎么,在经过本方案以后,气体与液体可以完全实现混合了,管内的搅拌齿可以让液体与气体进行搅拌,通过搅拌完成混合。
对上述技术方案作进一步的改进,在气体管路和混合管路之间设有一段混合过度段,该混合过度段的内壁光滑;外围与混合管路外围相接。该混合过度段的主要作用是让液体由细管向粗管过度,由于液体会突然胀开,而在其周边又有压缩气体进入,从而形成,液体对气体的横向挤压,将空气强行挤入液体中,由于液体在该部分体积被放大了,从而也给液体留了空间。
对上述的技术方方案作进一步改进,所述的气体管路和液体管路之间供气体流通,在在两管之间间断的设置双向气孔,即一个气孔向上,一个气孔向下。所述的双向气孔一个向上一个向下,向上的气孔与向下的气孔错开设置。采用本方案目的在于上下通气,会产生更多的气泡,特别是细小的气泡。

如图所示,一种水处理工艺专用曝气装置,它包括液体管路4,气体管路2,混合管路5;所述的液体管路4其底端进入液体,顶端排出液体;所述的气体管路2设立在液体管路4的腰部,混合管路5设立于最上部;所述的液体管路4内壁平滑段;外壁被气体管路2包围,气体管路2与液体管路4之间的夹壁空间供气体穿过;混合管路5的外围与气体管路连接。
混合管路:
混合管路5是由若干个带有搅拌齿的齿环5构成,混合管路的内壁设有搅拌齿51,搅拌齿设有多排,其中各排错落分部。有搅拌齿的齿环垂直排列,并且搅拌齿相互错落排列。
所述的气体管路和液体管路之间供气体流通,在在两管之间间断的设置双向气孔21,即一个气孔向上,一个气孔向下。所述的双向气孔一个向上一个向下,向上的气孔与向下的气孔错开设置。
在气体管路和混合管路之间设有一段混合过度段3,该混合过度段3的内壁光滑;外围与混合管路外围相接。
在使用过程中,水流从中心被压缩通过,气体从进气口1进入气体管路,液体从压液体管路段进入一段较宽的空间,但这空间的周边都是压缩气体,被液的自然鼓胀力冲破,从而在液体的内部产生气泡,随着液体和气体的混合体向前流动,遇到搅拌齿环后被均匀的打散,从而起到最佳氧交换的作用。
