Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种气提循环式芬顿反应器,包括反应器本体,反应器内设有曝气混合区、高效反应区、稳定区、循环反应区、药剂投加区、沉淀区六个工作区域,所述的曝气混合区为倒置漏斗形气提管,倒置漏斗形气提管下方设有漏斗开口,漏斗开口处设有曝气管道、进水管道和药剂管道,所述的稳定区为倒置漏斗形气提管上方设有导流板,导流板上方设有溢流堰,反应器顶部设有排气孔,反应器侧壁设有出水口。利用气提原理实现氧气的高效利用和形成芬顿反应药剂剧烈搅拌的反应器,具有高效低耗的特性。
Description
一种气提循环式芬顿反应器
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及市政、工业(如石油、化工、造纸、焦化、农药等)废水处理领域,具 体涉及一种气提循环式芬顿反应器。
背景技术
[0002] 1、芬顿工艺是一种利用反应药剂在搅拌混合状态下相互作用产生具有强氧化性 的羟基自由基来分解废水中的有机物的工艺,氧气的参与能够提高羟基自由基的产生效 率。
[0003] 2、目前,市场上应用较多的芬顿处理设备多以搅拌机、鼓风曝气的形式进行搅拌。 前者没有氧气参与反应,芬顿反应产生羟基自由基量较少,对废水中有机物的处理效果差; 后者氧气利用率低,在达到较好处理效果的情况下需要大量的空气进行搅拌,能源消耗较 大。
[0004] 3、现有工艺中,多以改变反应药剂的品质和数量来增加去除效果,取得了很好的 突破,但仅仅通过改变反应器结构就能实现处理效果的巨大改变的技术并没有做的突出的 成品设备。
[000S] 4、气提原理:气提是一个物理过程,它采用一个气体介质破坏气液两相平衡而建 立一种新的气液平衡状态,使溶液中的某一组分由于分压降低而解析出来,从而达到分离 物质的目的。 实用新型内容

[0020] 2、本实用新型具体对污水的处理流程如下:污水由进水管道进入反应器内部的倒 置漏斗形气提管底部,通过药剂管道投加药剂后,在曝气管道曝气搅拌并形成上流动力推 动下向上快速流动;污水和空气曝气混合区充分混合,沿倒置漏斗形气提管向上到达导流 板后气水分离,水流进入高效反应区进行反应,并逐步向下流重新进入倒置漏斗形气提管 底部实现循环反应;气体由顶部排气孔排出;污水循环反应30-150min后的在稳定区实现固 液分离,固体进入高效反应区实现循环利用,分离的处理后水在溢流堰溢流而出,经出水口 排出;反应器底部设有排泥口,用于清洗排泥。
[0021] 3、将气提原理与传统芬顿工艺进行结合改造,一方面解决了氧气利用率低,能耗 较大的弊端;另一方面更先进的搅拌方式使芬顿反应更彻底,减少了废弃物的排放的同时, 提高了废水中有机物去除的效果。节约了运行成本,实现了资源可持续利用的目的。
[0022] 4、污水采用下进上出式,气提管上部设一导流板,使污水能够迅速向下循环,提高 循环速度,增加了搅拌效果,氧化更充分。
[0023] 5、倒置漏斗形气提管下部留有循环进水口,高效反应区内的污水及沉淀的污泥通 过该进水口进入气提管,进行二次曝气,实现污水的循环处理。
[0024] 6、循环方式的实现,能够增加亚铁的利用效率,减少亚铁药剂投加量,同时减少污 泥的产生量。
[0025] 7、反应器采用罐形结构,高径比2:1至3:1范围,最大程度增加空气与污水的接触 时间与频率,曝气管道全部内置于漏斗形管道的底部,并均匀分布,减少了曝气面积。

[0033]参见图1和图2可知,污水由进水管道6进入反应器内部的倒置漏斗形气提管3底 部,通过药剂管道7投加硫酸亚铁和双氧水后,在曝气管道5曝气搅拌并在空气形成上流动 力推动下向上快速流动;污水和空气沿倒置漏斗形气提管3向上到达导流板8后气水分离, 水流从导流管重新流向底部,重复循环,空气从顶部的排气孔9排出;污水在反应30-150min 后的在导流板8上部稳定后在溢流堪1溢流而出,经出水口 2排出;反应器内的污水在反应过 程中形成的易沉降铁泥,通过循环实现重复利用,减少芬顿反应中铁的用量约20-50%;反应 器底部设有排泥口4,用于清洗排泥,反应器高径比在为2:1至5:1;反应器内置倒置漏斗形 气提管3,水流在管道内上升流速2-9米/min,直径为反应器外径的1/3-1/6,漏斗部分角度 为60-120度;曝气管道5全部内置于漏斗形气提管的底部,并均匀分布;倒置漏斗形管道顶 部设一圆形导流板8,直径与漏斗形气提管的底部直径相同;倒置漏斗形气提管3底部距离 反应器底部距离占反应器总高的1/10-1/20之间;反应器出水口 2高度距离导流板8距离占 反应器总高的1/10-1/20之间;进水管道6、加药管道依次内置于漏斗形管道的底部,并均匀 分布;
