本发明属于汽车工业技术领域,尤其是一种防拱脚制动主缸。防拱脚制动主缸,包括缸体,与缸体连通的储液罐,缸体内设有活塞,缸体和活塞之间形成压力腔,压力腔连接有制动管,所述压力腔还连接有减压装置和与ECU连接的压力传感器,所述减压装置包括减压腔体,腔体顶端设有电磁铁芯体,电磁铁芯体外围设有绕磁线圈;腔体底端设有金属挡板,挡板和金属挡板之间设有回位弹簧,所述电磁铁芯体的控制开关由ECU控制,减压装置不工作时,金属挡板和压力腔外壁处于同一高度。本发明通过在主缸上增加减压装置,减压装置的工作状况通过ECU进行控制,由此来解决ABS工作由于储液器向主缸回油时产生的拱脚问题。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车工业技术领域,尤其是一种防拱脚制动主缸。
背景技术
ABS即“Anti-LockBreakSystem”,防抱死制动系统的简称,ABS能在车辆紧急制动时防止车轮抱死,保证车辆能正常转向,保障行车安全。ABS系统工作时要经过保压、减压、增压几个阶段,当系统处于减压阶段时,制动液经液压油泵加压从储液器向主缸回流,产生的反推力使制动踏板产生脉动而反复拱脚,将引发驾驶员的操作不适感,尤其是对于新手驾驶员,在其精神高度紧张时会严重影响驾驶安全。
发明内容
为了消除ABS紧急制动时产生的拱脚现象,提高驾驶舒适性和安全性,本发明提供了一种可在车辆紧急制动时避免制动踏板反复拱脚的制动主缸。
防拱脚制动主缸,包括缸体,与缸体连通的储液罐,缸体内设有活塞,缸体和活塞之间形成压力腔,压力腔连接有制动管,所述压力腔还连接有减压装置和与ECU连接的压力传感器,所述减压装置包括减压腔体,腔体顶端设有电磁铁芯体,电磁铁芯体外围设有绕磁线圈;腔体底端设有金属挡板,挡板和金属挡板之间设有回位弹簧,所述电磁铁芯体的控制开关由ECU控制,减压装置不工作时,金属挡板和压力腔外壁处于同一高度。
优选的,回位弹簧外部覆盖着绝缘涂层。
优选的,所述电磁铁芯体位于回位弹簧内部,且不与回位弹簧接触。
优选的,所述减压腔为一圆柱体,金属挡板为短圆柱形的,金属挡板外围加有密封垫圈。
优选的,所述制动主缸为双缸式制动主缸。
优选的,所述制动管上设有比例阀。
本发明中,当ABS处于增压和保压阶段时,4回位弹簧刚度足够,不会被压缩,5金属挡板始终和12压力腔外壁处于同一高度,减压装置(减压腔)不产生减压效果。当ABS处于减压阶段时,液压油泵工作使制动液回流到主缸,此时12压力腔处的压力会逐渐升高,当ECU检测到液压油泵开始工作且压力腔压力升高的信号时,会立即发出信号闭合1控制开关,电磁铁线圈通电,铁芯产生吸合力吸引5金属挡板慢慢上移,减压腔形成工作容积,部分增压后的制动液进入减压腔,避免了12压力腔中压力过大形成反推力从而发生拱脚现象。制动结束,驾驶员不再对制动踏板施加作用力后,12压力腔处压力明显减小,ECU即马上断开1控制开关,电磁铁断电,5金属挡板在弹簧回复力作用下慢慢将减压腔内的制动液压回12压力腔,为下一制动循环做准备。以上即为整个工作过程。
本发明通过在主缸上增加减压装置,减压装置的工作状况通过ECU进行控制,由此来解决ABS工作由于储液器向主缸回油时产生的拱脚问题。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种防拱脚制动主缸(双缸式制动主缸),包括缸体10,与缸体10连通的储液罐11,缸体10内设有活塞8,缸体10和活塞8之间形成压力腔12,压力腔12连接有制动管7,所述压力腔12还连接有减压装置和与ECU连接的压力传感器,所述减压装置包括减压腔体,腔体顶端设有电磁铁芯体2,电磁铁芯体2外围设有绕磁线圈3;腔体底端设有金属挡板5,挡板和金属挡板5之间设有回位弹簧4(回位弹簧4外部覆盖着绝缘涂层),所述电磁铁芯体2的控制开关1由ECU控制,减压装置不工作时,金属挡板5和压力腔12外壁处于同一高度。
所述电磁铁芯体2位于回位弹簧4内部,且不与回位弹簧4接触。
所述减压腔为一圆柱体,金属挡板5为短圆柱形的,金属挡板5外围加有密封垫圈。
所述制动管7上设有比例阀6。
本发明中,当ABS处于增压和保压阶段时,回位弹簧4刚度足够,不会被压缩,金属挡板5始终和压力腔12外壁处于同一高度,减压装置(减压腔)不产生减压效果。当ABS处于减压阶段时,液压油泵工作使制动液回流到主缸,此时压力腔12处的压力会逐渐升高,当ECU检测到液压油泵开始工作且压力腔12压力升高的信号时,会立即发出信号闭合控制开关1,电磁铁线圈通电,铁芯产生吸合力吸引金属挡板5慢慢上移,减压腔形成工作容积,部分增压后的制动液进入减压腔,避免了压力腔12中压力过大形成反推力从而发生拱脚现象。制动结束,驾驶员不再对制动踏板施加作用力后,压力腔12处压力明显减小,ECU即马上断开控制开关1,电磁铁断电,金属挡板5在弹簧回复力作用下慢慢将减压腔内的制动液压回压力腔12,为下一制动循环做准备。以上即为整个工作过程。

1.防拱脚制动主缸,包括缸体,与缸体连通的储液罐,缸体内设有活塞,缸体和活塞之间形成压力腔,压力腔连接有制动管,其特征在于:所述压力腔还连接有减压装置和与ECU连接的压力传感器,所述减压装置包括减压腔体,腔体顶端设有电磁铁芯体,电磁铁芯体外围设有绕磁线圈;腔体底端设有金属挡板,挡板和金属挡板之间设有回位弹簧,所述电磁铁芯体的控制开关由ECU控制,减压装置不工作时,金属挡板和压力腔外壁处于同一高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防拱脚制动主缸,其特征在于:回位弹簧外部覆盖着绝缘涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防拱脚制动主缸,其特征在于:所述电磁铁芯体位于回位弹簧内部,且不与回位弹簧接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防拱脚制动主缸,其特征在于:所述减压腔为一圆柱体,金属挡板为短圆柱形的,金属挡板外围加有密封垫圈。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的防拱脚制动主缸,其特征在于:所述制动主缸为双缸式制动主缸。
