本发明公开了一种防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱,包括:纸箱层和防护层,所述防护层设置在纸箱层的外表面,所述防护层为塑胶气泡膜,所述塑胶气泡膜由聚乙烯树脂和添加剂组成,所述添加剂包括增塑剂、阻燃剂、增白剂、开口剂和紫外线吸收剂,所述聚乙烯树脂在塑胶气泡膜中所占的重量份数为75~85份,所述添加剂在塑胶气泡膜中所占的重量份数为15~25份。通过上述方式,本发明所述的防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱,特别在纸箱层的外表面设置了一层对抗紫外线的塑胶气泡膜,提升纸箱层抗冲击和抗紫外线的能力,使用寿命更长,对物品的保护性更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装纸箱领域,特别是涉及一种防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱。
背景技术
包装箱是用来包装物品的箱体,根据材料主要分为纸箱和木箱。木箱的结构牢固,承载能力强,但是造价高,对木材要求高。
纸箱的成本相对低廉,但是防水性差,因此多在纸箱层的外侧表面设置一层塑胶薄膜进行防水,但是塑胶薄膜防紫外线能力差,容易褪色和损坏,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱,提升抗紫外线的能力和使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱,包括:纸箱层和防护层,所述防护层设置在纸箱层的外表面,所述防护层为塑胶气泡膜,所述塑胶气泡膜由聚乙烯树脂和添加剂组成,所述添加剂包括增塑剂、阻燃剂、增白剂、开口剂和紫外线吸收剂,所述聚乙烯树脂在塑胶气泡膜中所占的重量份数为75~85份,所述添加剂在塑胶气泡膜中所占的重量份数为15~25份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纸箱层和防护层之间设置有粘结层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述添加剂中各成分所占的重量份数为:增塑剂1~4份、阻燃剂2~3份、增白剂2~6份、开口剂3~8份和紫外线吸收剂7~10份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述添加剂中各成分所占的重量份数为:增塑剂1份、阻燃剂2份、增白剂2份、开口剂3份和紫外线吸收剂7份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述添加剂中各成分所占的重量份数为:增塑剂4份、阻燃剂3份、增白剂6份、开口剂3份和紫外线吸收剂9份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱,特别在纸箱层的外表面设置了一层对抗紫外线的塑胶气泡膜,提升纸箱层抗冲击和抗紫外线的能力,使用寿命更长,对物品的保护性更好。

本发明实施例包括:
一种防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱,包括:纸箱层和防护层,所述防护层设置在纸箱层的外表面,所述防护层为塑胶气泡膜,所述塑胶气泡膜由聚乙烯树脂和添加剂组成,所述添加剂包括增塑剂、阻燃剂、增白剂、开口剂和紫外线吸收剂,所述聚乙烯树脂在塑胶气泡膜中所占的重量份数为75~85份,所述添加剂在塑胶气泡膜中所占的重量份数为15~25份。
所述纸箱层和防护层之间设置有粘结层,利用粘结层把纸箱层和防护层贴合在一起,结构牢固,防水性好。
实施例1:
按照以下重量准备各原料:聚乙烯树脂85kg、增塑剂1kg、阻燃剂2kg、增白剂2kg、开口剂3kg和紫外线吸收剂7kg;
把原料混合后,经230度左右高温挤出吸塑成气泡的塑胶气泡膜;
在塑胶气泡膜背面涂布胶水而形成粘结层,然后把纸箱层贴合在粘结层上,导入压辊,挤压后风干,得到防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱。
实施例2:
按照以下重量准备各原料:聚乙烯树脂75kg、增塑剂4kg、阻燃剂3kg、增白剂6kg、开口剂3kg和紫外线吸收剂9kg;
把原料混合后,经230度左右高温挤出吸塑成气泡的塑胶气泡膜;
在塑胶气泡膜背面涂布胶水而形成粘结层,然后把纸箱层贴合在粘结层上,导入压辊,挤压后风干,得到防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱,防水性和防紫外线伤害的能力好,而且对物品的缓冲和保温性好,适合多种物品的包装,使用寿命长。

1.一种防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱,包括:纸箱层和防护层,所述防护层设置在纸箱层的外表面,其特征在于,所述防护层为塑胶气泡膜,所述塑胶气泡膜由聚乙烯树脂和添加剂组成,所述添加剂包括增塑剂、阻燃剂、增白剂、开口剂和紫外线吸收剂,所述聚乙烯树脂在塑胶气泡膜中所占的重量份数为75~85份,所述添加剂在塑胶气泡膜中所占的重量份数为15~25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱,其特征在于,所述纸箱层和防护层之间设置有粘结层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱,其特征在于,所述添加剂中各成分所占的重量份数为:增塑剂1~4份、阻燃剂2~3份、增白剂2~6份、开口剂3~8份和紫外线吸收剂7~10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防紫外线伤害的包装纸箱,其特征在于,所述添加剂中各成分所占的重量份数为:增塑剂1份、阻燃剂2份、增白剂2份、开口剂3份和紫外线吸收剂7份。
