背景技术
随着人们的生活条件提高,汽车成为人们日常生活中常用的交通工具,为了提高舒适性、美观性以及冬季保暖性,人们通常会在汽车内安装汽车坐垫、脚垫或者其他车内装饰物件,传统的车内装饰材料通常会释放一些有害微量气体,如甲醛、氨、苯和人体产生的异味等漂浮在车内,车内空气受到污染,影响驾驶人员和乘坐人员呼吸,长期以往有害气体会侵害人体健康,存在极大的安全隐患。
目前的车内装饰材料在制作过程中通常会存在制作过程复杂、成本高且无法避免产生有害气体的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有的车内装饰材料会释放有害气体且制作过程复杂、成本高。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是提供一种消除有害气体且释放负离子的车内装饰材料制作方法,包括以下步骤:
将以下重量分数的原料放入容器内:电气石30-40份,砭石10-20份,锗石10-30份,稀土10-20份、硅藻土10-15份,阻燃剂1-10份,水1-10份,充分混合均匀,加热到130摄氏度,形成熔融状态;
将混合加热后的物料通过搅拌机搅拌均匀,再加入抗静电粉剂及碳酸钙、石英粉,加热升温到160摄氏度;
继续添加5%的稳定剂与PVC管材进行微空发泡成型,通过覆膜设备与优质透气的PU底面贴合;
降温到140℃,与天然优质橡胶贴合形成防滑层,后经裁剪加工制作成需要形状的车内装饰物件。

本发明,制作方法简单、方便、成本低,制作成的车内装饰材料能够释放高浓度负离子,有效吸收车内空气中的有害气体,并快速分解甲醛、苯、TVOC等有害气体,起到净化空气的作用,有利于人体健康。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做出详细的说明。
本发明提供了一种消除有害气体且释放负离子的车内装饰材料制作方法,包括以下步骤:
将以下重量分数的原料放入容器内:电气石30-40份,砭石10-20份,锗石10-30份,稀土10-20份、硅藻土10-15份,阻燃剂1-10份,水5-10份,充分混合均匀,加热到130摄氏度,此时,各混合后的原料呈现熔融状态,在这种温度下,各组分相互之间更容易亲和相融。优选的,容器选择钢化玻璃容器,在加热过程中不会有新的杂质生成,并且随时能够看到内部的反应情况。
其中电气石光学特性为非均质体,一轴晶,负光性,俗称碧玺,利于人体健康;砭石,含有30多种有益于人体的微量元素和矿物质,以及人体所必需的钙、镁、锌、铬、锶、硒等20多种抗衰老元素,具有奇异的能量场,作用于人体可产生红外热像并可循经而行;锗石,为稀有金属和重要的半导体材料,含有人体所需的硒、锌、镍、钴、锰、镁、钙等30多种对人体有益的微量元素,这些元素散发的启动波和人体细胞的启动波是同一种波动状态,人体细胞随着从锗石散发出的波动产生共鸣和共振,使人体细胞组织更具活力,并促进血液循坏、增强新陈代谢、及进排除体内废物;稀土,具有亲氧性;硅藻土不含毒,可吸附异味;阻燃剂,赋予易燃聚合物难燃性的功能性助剂,提高安全性。
优选的,包括以下重量份数的原料:电气石35份,砭石15份,锗石20份,稀土17份,硅藻土10份,阻燃剂8份,水8份。

将混合加热后的物料投入AC发泡剂中,AC发泡剂添加的重量分数为5-10份,AC发泡剂具有良好的分解发泡功能,性能稳定、不易燃、不污染、无毒无味、对模具不腐蚀对制品不染色,分解温度可调节,不影响固化和成型速度等特点。
之后通过搅拌机搅拌均匀,在搅拌过程中AC发泡剂促使各组分的原料重复混合,再加入适当数量的抗静电粉剂及碳酸钙、石英粉,加热升温到160摄氏度,,碳酸钙俗称石灰石、石灰粉等,遇到水会产生大量的气泡,抗静电粉剂具有优良的导电功能,这些物料加入以后,在加热过程中产生大量的空气负离子,这种空气负离子多是空气负氧离子,空气负氧离子具有极佳的净化除尘,吸收车内毒气,减少二手烟危害、改善预防呼吸道疾病、改善睡眠、抗氧化、防衰老、清除体内自由基、降低血液粘稠度的效果;
继续添加5%的稳定剂与PVC管材进行微空发泡成型,通过覆膜设备与优质透气的PU底面贴合,在与PU底面贴合的过程中,PU底面的贴合量为300g/m2;稳定剂能够增加溶液、胶体、固体、混合物的稳定性,可以减慢反应,保持化学平衡,降低表面张力,防止光、热分解或氧化分解等作用。微空发泡能够使气体与熔融原料充分混合扩散,形成单相混合溶胶。
在上述各个步骤中,根据实际情况,水分多次加入,且每次加入的数量由多到少。
降温到140℃,与天然优质橡胶贴合形成防滑层,后经裁剪加工制作成需要形状的的车内装饰物件,例如脚垫、座垫等,制作成的车内装饰物件在负离子吸收下不会再释放甲醛、氨、苯等有害物质,大大提高了车内空气质量,有利于人体身心健康。
本发明,制作方法简单、方便、成本低,制作成的车内装饰材料能够释放高浓度负离子,有效吸收车内空气中的有害气体,并快速分解甲醛、苯、TVOC等有害气体,起到净化空气的作用,有利于人体健康。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种消除有害气体且释放负离子的车内装饰材料制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将以下重量分数的原料放入容器内:电气石30-40份,砭石10-20份,锗石10-30份,稀土10-20份、硅藻土10-15份,阻燃剂1-10份,水1-10份,充分混合均匀,加热到130摄氏度,形成熔融状态;
将混合加热后的物料通过搅拌机搅拌均匀,再加入抗静电粉剂及碳酸钙、石英粉,加热升温到160摄氏度,在加热过程中产生大量的空气负离子;
继续添加5%的稳定剂与PVC管材进行微孔发泡成型,通过覆膜设备与优质透气的PU底面贴合;
降温到140℃,与天然优质橡胶贴合形成防滑层,后经裁剪加工制作成需要形状的的车内装饰物件,
