技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种胶合板。
背景技术
在目前试验系统中,现有的并联补偿大多数是用固定电感量的补偿电抗器,因为没有传动机构,电感无法改变,这种补偿只能部分补偿,无法达到谐振,使试品容量与输入容量之比较小,节能效果不明显,电压等级固定,只能通过单一的调压器来改变输出电压,只适用规格的单一电容。而极少数的可调补偿电抗器,也只是靠几个相同规格的补偿电抗器就通过串、并联的方式来调节总的电感量,费时费钱不说,时常由于几个补偿电抗器技术参数不同,导致个别补偿电抗器发热现象的出现,不能够很好的保证试验数据的准确性,电感量的线性部分很难保证稳定,电抗器的能量消耗较大,不符合节能减排的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防火耐热、防水防腐和不易形变的胶合板。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种胶合板,包括托盘和板体,所述托盘包括底架和封盖,所述封盖位于底架的上方,所述封盖与底架相固定,所述板体位于托盘内,所述板体包括下夹板层、阻燃芯板和上夹板层,所述下夹板层与阻燃芯板无缝贴合,所述下夹板层的下方设置有下木皮层,所述下木皮层与下夹板层相贴合,所述下木皮层为热压设置,所述阻燃芯板内设置有抗贝特板和胶合层,所述上夹板层与阻燃芯板无缝贴合,所述上夹板层的上方设置有上木皮层,所述上木皮层与上夹板层相贴合,所述上木皮层为热压设置。
进一步的,所述托盘为塑料托盘,能够固定胶合板,并在搬运过程降低胶合板的附加重量。
进一步的,所述托盘的内部设置有垫板,有利于承托板体。

一种抗贝特板的制备方法,由以下重量份数配比的材料制成,包括实木板20-30份、装饰色纸4-8份、三聚氰胺树脂2-4份、牛皮纸4-8份、酚醛树脂2-8份、石棉纤维3-6份、钛白粉1-3份、滑石粉2-6份、云母粉2-4份、纳米氧化锌0.4-0.8份、废塑粉10-16份、玻璃纤维4-7份、偶联剂0.8-1.2份和油酸乙酯0.5-0.9份,包括以下步骤:
1)取三聚氰胺树脂2-4份投入熔炉加热融化,制得三聚氰胺胶液,然后取装饰色纸4-8份放入三聚氰胺胶液中浸泡,制得装饰纸板,备用;
2)取酚醛树脂2-8份投入熔炉加热融化,制得酚醛树脂胶液,然后将牛皮纸4-8份放入酚醛树脂胶液中浸泡,制得牛皮纸板,备用;
3)将步骤1)制得的装饰纸板叠在牛皮纸板上,然后通过150摄氏度的高温以及1430psi的压力进行挤压成型,制得高压板材,备用;
4)取废塑粉10-16份先加热融化,然后添加石棉纤维3-6份、钛白粉1-3份、滑石粉2-6份、云母粉2-4份、纳米氧化锌0.4-0.8份和玻璃纤维4-7份,并通过搅拌机进行搅拌,制得混合胶液,同时保持高温,备用;
5)取偶联剂0.8-1.2份和油酸乙酯0.5-0.9份添加到步骤4)中,然后通过与混合胶液高温搅拌,并反应,制得塑胶中心填料,备用;
6)将步骤5)制得的塑胶中心填料浇铸成3mm厚的塑胶板,备用;
7)将步骤3)制得的高压板材夹持步骤5)制得的塑胶板,并高温加热至120摄氏度,使得高压板材与塑胶板相熔合,制得中心夹层,备用;
8)取实木板20-30份夹持中心夹层,然后通过热压机将实木板与中心夹层相固定,即得。
本发明的有益效果是:由于设置有托盘,通过托盘能够固定胶合板,由于设置有下夹板层和上夹板层,能够保护阻燃芯板,由于设置有下木皮层和上木皮层,能够起到防水防火的作用,由于设置有抗贝特板,能够增强胶合板的强度,由于设置有胶合层,能够使得抗贝特板相互贴合固定。

3)将步骤1)制得的装饰纸板叠在牛皮纸板上,然后通过150摄氏度的高温以及1430psi的压力进行挤压成型,制得高压板材,备用;
4)取废塑粉16份先加热融化,然后添加石棉纤维6份、钛白粉3份、滑石粉6份、云母粉4份、纳米氧化锌0.8份和玻璃纤维7份,并通过搅拌机进行搅拌,制得混合胶液,同时保持高温,备用;

4)取废塑粉13份先加热融化,然后添加石棉纤维4.5份、钛白粉2份、滑石粉4份、云母粉3份、纳米氧化锌0.6份和玻璃纤维5.5份,并通过搅拌机进行搅拌,制得混合胶液,同时保持高温,备用;

实验例:
实验对象:150个由三种抗贝特板体制成的箱包,按照实验方法分为3组,每组50个箱包。
实验方法与时间:对照组1采用普通的抗贝特板,对照组2通过现有的抗贝特板,实验组使用本发明的抗贝特板,实验时间为3个月,记录次数为3次,记录地板情况。
判断标准:
牢固稳定:承载重物后,箱包无明显变化,牢固稳定;
挤压变形:承载重物后,箱包有明显的变形,抗贝特板体出现折弯;
变形碎裂:承载重物后,箱包变形严重,抗贝特板体出现折弯和裂缝;
三组箱包进行第一个月效果比较,结果见图表1.
经过第一个月实验,三组情况有明显差异。
三组箱包进行第二个月效果比较,结果见图表2.
经过第二个月实验,三组情况有高度显著性差异。
三组箱包进行第三个月效果比较,结果见图表3.
经过三个月实验,三组情况有高度显著性差异。
由以上实验结果可知,本发明的抗贝特板制成的箱包的效果最好。
本发明的有益效果是:由于设置有托盘,通过托盘能够固定胶合板,由于设置有下夹板层和上夹板层,能够保护阻燃芯板,由于设置有下木皮层和上木皮层,能够起到防水防火的作用,由于设置有抗贝特板,能够增强胶合板的强度,由于设置有胶合层,能够使得抗贝特板相互贴合固定。

1.一种胶合板,其特征在于:包括托盘和板体,所述托盘包括底架和封盖,所述封盖位于底架的上方,所述封盖与底架相固定,所述板体位于托盘内,所述板体包括下夹板层、阻燃芯板和上夹板层,所述下夹板层与阻燃芯板无缝贴合,所述下夹板层的下方设置有下木皮层,所述下木皮层与下夹板层相贴合,所述下木皮层为热压设置,所述阻燃芯板内设置有抗贝特板和胶合层,所述上夹板层与阻燃芯板无缝贴合,所述上夹板层的上方设置有上木皮层,所述上木皮层与上夹板层相贴合,所述上木皮层为热压设置,所述抗贝特板由以下重量份数配比的材料制成,包括实木板20-30份、装饰色纸4-8份、三聚氰胺树脂2-4份、牛皮纸4-8份、酚醛树脂2-8份、石棉纤维3-6份、钛白粉1-3份、滑石粉2-6份、云母粉2-4份、纳米氧化锌0.4-0.8份、废塑粉10-16份、玻璃纤维4-7份、偶联剂0.8-1.2份和油酸乙酯0.5-0.9份。
2.如权利要求1所述的胶合板,其特征在于:所述托盘为塑料托盘。
3.如权利要求2所述的胶合板,其特征在于:所述托盘的内部设置有垫板。
4.如权利要求3所述的胶合板,其特征在于:所述下夹板层和上夹板层皆为实木夹板。
5.如权利要求4所述的胶合板,其特征在于:所述下夹板层和上夹板层的厚度皆为1cm。
6.如权利要求5所述的胶合板,其特征在于:所述下木皮层和上木皮层上皆设置有油漆层。
7.如权利要求6所述的胶合板,其特征在于:所述阻燃芯板的厚度为2cm。
8.如权利要求7所述的胶合板,其特征在于:所述抗贝特板设置有一片以上。
