背景技术
中药泡脚是利用热水能促进药物渗透进人体的作用，既可保证药物通过脚部抵达周身经络，又不会出现口服药物过量导致不良反应的情况，合适的中药泡脚可以调理人体机能，达到养生保健的目的。现有的泡脚粉虽然对于调节体质、脚汗、异味有一定的效果，但在治疗失眠方面还存在不足。
