一种保健型热敷中药包，包括中药组合物以及用于包装所述中药组合物的外药包，其中，按重量份数计，所述中药组合物由以下组分制成艾绒：40g、红花：20g、石菖蒲：20g、姜：10g、香茅：10g、桑枝：20g、桂枝：25g、菟丝子：25g、黄芪：20g、独活：10g。将各组分去除杂质并洗净后，按所述重量份数混合均匀并粉碎成5-20目，然后将粉 碎后的组分按每份50g装入外药包中封口即得所述的保健型热敷中药包。
实施例2
一种保健型热敷中药包，包括中药组合物以及用于包装所述中药组合物的外药包，其中，按重量份数计，所述中药组合物由以下组分制成：艾绒：40g、红花：10g、石菖蒲：10g、姜：20g、香茅：20g、桑枝：30g、桂枝：15g、菟丝子：15g、黄芪：30g、独活：20g。将各组分去除杂质并洗净后，按所述重量份数混合均匀后，粉碎成5-20目，然后将粉碎后的组分按每份60g装入外药包中封口即得所述的保健型热敷中药包。
实施例3
一种保健型热敷中药包，包括中药组合物以及用于包装所述中药组合物的外药包，其中，按重量份数计，所述中药组合物由以下组分制成：艾绒：30g、红花：15g、石菖蒲：18g、姜：12g、香茅：12g、桑枝：28g、桂枝：20g、菟丝子：20g、黄芪：23g、独活：16g。将各组分去除杂质并洗净后，按所述重量份数混合均匀后，粉碎成5-20目，然后将粉碎后的组分按每份40g装入外药包中封口即得所述的保健型热敷中药包。
实施例4
一种保健型热敷中药包，包括中药组合物以及用于包装所述中药组合物的外药包，其中，按重量份数计，所述中药组合物由以下组分制成：艾绒：50g、红花：15g、石菖蒲：12g、姜：20g、香茅：18g、桑枝：25g、桂枝：18g、菟丝子：23g、黄芪：28g、独活：12g。将各组分去除杂质并洗净后，按所述重量份数混合均匀后，粉碎成5-20目，然后将粉碎后的组分按每份60g装入外药包中封口即得所述的保健型热敷中药包。
将本发明所述的热敷中药包加热后，热敷于各作用部位，促使皮肤的血管扩张充血、加快机体代谢，由于中药包在热敷时能在作用部位形成汗水难以蒸发扩散的密闭状态、促 进微化的中药药物成分的渗透、吸收、进入血液循环，有效缓解并治疗各种身体不适。例如，将本发明的热敷中药包加热后热敷于腰部，可具有滋肾养血、改善血液循环障碍的作用，适用于缓解和治疗腰酸腰痛、脾胃不和、经寒不调、宫寒宫冷、盆腔炎、腹腔囊肿、失眠等症状。而将本发明的热敷中药包加热后热敷于腹部，则具有软坚化结、散瘀止痛的作用，适用于腕腹冷痛、盆腔炎、前列腺炎、便秘等症状。另外，还可将本发明的热敷中药包加热后热敷于各关节处，可适用于缓解和治疗各种骨病痛、腰腿疼痛、关节疼痛、腰椎盘突出、坐骨神经痛等症状。
针对本发明实施例1-4的保健型热敷中药包，均各自进行100例腰椎盘突出患者的临床研究，其中，6个月以上病程的患者50例，治疗有效率均达到95％以上，6个月以内病程的患者50例，治疗有效率达到99％以上。其中一典型病例，徐某，男，48岁，私企职工，腰椎病突出1年以上，经过多次治疗，但未能根治。经本发明实施例1的中药包加热后热敷于腰椎处，每日一次，2周后疼痛症状有所缓解，1月后治愈，至今未再复发。
针对本发明实施例1-4的保健型热敷中药包，均各自进行100例体质虚弱者的临床研究，治疗有效率达到98％以上，其中一典型病例，王某，女，22岁，学生，身体瘦弱，抵抗力差，长期失眠，且月经不调。经本发明实施例2的中药包加热后热敷于腹部，每日一次，3周后失眠症状得到有效缓解，2月后月经不调症状得到有效治愈，且自身免疫力有了明显提高。
本发明所描述的具体实施例只用于对本发明所述的保健型热敷中药包的具体实现过程的详细描述，而不是对其实现过程的限定。任何对此方法进行的修饰与改良，在专利范围或范畴内同类或相近物质的替代与使用，均属于本发明专利保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种保健型热敷中药包，包括中药组合物以及用于包装所述中药组合物的外药包，其特征在于，按重量份数计，所述中药组合物由以下组分制成：艾绒：30-50g、红花：10-20g、石菖蒲：10-20g、姜：10-20g、香茅：10-20g、桑枝：20-30g、桂枝：15-25g、菟丝子：15-25g、黄芪：20-30g、独活：10-20g。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保健型热敷中药包，其特征在于：按重量份数计，所述中药组合物由以下组分制成：艾绒：40g、红花：20g、石菖蒲：20g、姜：10g、香茅：10g、桑枝：20g、桂枝：25g、菟丝子：25g、黄芪：20g、独活：10g。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的保健型热敷中药包，其特征在于：按重量份数计，所述中药组合物由以下组分制成：艾绒：40g、红花：10g、石菖蒲：10g、姜：20g、香茅：20g、桑枝：30g、桂枝：15g、菟丝子：15g、黄芪：30g、独活：20g。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的保健型热敷中药包，其特征在于：所述外药包采用棉布或无纺布制成。
  5. 如权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的保健型热敷中药包的制备方法，其制备步骤包括：将各组分按所述重量份数混合均匀后，粉碎成5-20目，然后将粉碎后的组分按每份30-60g装入外药包中即可。
