Abstract

本发明是一种液化天然气车载气罐内胆保温层缠绕装置,包括底座及设置在底座上的转动器、基座、支架,其特征在于:所述的转动器上设置有转动轴,并在转动轴的一端设置有转轮,所述的基座上设置有滚动轴承座,并在滚动轴承座上设置有定位块,所述的滚动轴承座内设置有滚动轴承,所述的支架上设置有承载块,所述的垫板与承载块上均设置有垫圈,所述的垫板上的垫圈上设置有承载轴一,所述的承载块上的垫圈上设置有承载轴二。本发明将绝热纸放置在承载轴一和承载轴二上,将气罐内胆放置在转轮与滚动轴承之间,转动轮带动气罐内胆转动,从而实现了对气罐内胆的缠绕工作,提高了绝热纸的一致性,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种缠绕装置,具体是涉及一种液化天然气车载气罐内胆保温层缠绕装置。
背景技术
液化天然气(LiquefiedNaturalGas,简称LNG)是当今世界公认的清洁能源,它热值高,燃烧充分,价格低,运输经济及安全性好,深受广大用户欢迎。以LNG为燃料的液化天然气汽车已投入运行。LNG车载气罐作为液化天然气汽车车载燃料系统的关键部位,也受到广泛关注。LNG车载气罐有内外两层,气罐内胆要进行绝热纸缠绕,一般缠绕机只有简单的架子和一些顶针,缠绕绝热纸时要手工转动,提高了操作人员的劳动强度,同时手工转动导致缠绕速度很难一致,降低了绝热纸在气罐内胆表面的一致性,给后续工序带来困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有液化天然气车载气罐内胆缠绕绝热纸存在的劳动强度大、绝热纸在气罐表面一致性较低的问题,提供一种结构设计合理、操作简单、劳动强度低、工作效率高的液化天然气车载气罐内胆保温层缠绕装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种液化天然气车载气罐内胆保温层缠绕装置,包括底座及设置在底座上的转动器、基座、支架,其特征在于:所述的转动器上设置有转动轴,并在转动轴的一端设置有转轮,所述的基座上设置有滚动轴承座,并在滚动轴承座上设置有定位块,所述的滚动轴承座内设置有滚动轴承,并在滚动轴承一端设置有手轮,气罐内胆放置在转轮与滚动轴承之间,通过手轮调节滚动轴承,提高气罐内胆在转轮与滚动轴承之间的稳固度,调整好位置后,定位块将滚动轴承定位,便于气罐内胆随转轮转动,实现绝热纸对气罐内胆的缠绕工作,所述的手轮上设置有手柄,手柄便于手轮对滚动轴承的调节,操作简单,所述的支架上设置有承载块,并在支架顶端设置有垫板,所述的垫板与承载块上均设置有垫圈,所述的垫板上的垫圈上设置有承载轴一,所述的承载块上的垫圈上设置有承载轴二,所述的承载轴一、承载轴二上均设置有限位块,并在限位块上设置有定位螺栓,承载轴一与承载轴二上的限位块可以将绝热纸牢固固定在承载轴一与承载轴二上,能够将气罐内胆的表面全部覆盖,提高了保温性能,通过转轮带动气罐内胆转动,提高了绝热纸在气罐内胆上的一致性,劳动强度低,工作效率高。
进一步,所述的限位块设置为楔形结构。
有益效果:本发明将绝热纸放置在承载轴一和承载轴二上,将气罐内胆放置在转轮与滚动轴承之间,转动轮带动气罐内胆转动,从而实现了对气罐内胆的缠绕工作,提高了绝热纸的一致性,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

以下将结合附图对本发明进行较为详细的说明。
一种液化天然气车载气罐内胆保温层缠绕装置,包括底座1及设置在底座1上的转动器2、基座3、支架4,其特征在于:所述的转动器2上设置有转动轴5,并在转动轴5的一端设置有转轮6,所述的基座3上设置有滚动轴承座7,并在滚动轴承座7上设置有定位块8,所述的滚动轴承座7内设置有滚动轴承9,并在滚动轴承9一端设置有手轮10,气罐内胆放置在转轮6与滚动轴承9之间,通过手轮10调节滚动轴承9,提高气罐内胆在转轮6与滚动轴承7之间的稳固度,调整好位置后,定位块8将滚动轴承9定位,便于气罐内胆随转轮6转动,实现绝热纸对气罐内胆的缠绕工作,所述的手轮10上设置有手柄11,手柄11便于手轮10对滚动轴承9的调节,操作简单,所述的支架4上设置有承载块13,并在支架4顶端设置有垫板12,所述的垫板12与承载块13上均设置有垫圈14,所述的垫板12上的垫圈14上设置有承载轴一15,所述的承载块13上的垫圈14上设置有承载轴二16,所述的承载轴一15、承载轴二16上均设置有限位块17,并在限位块17上设置有定位螺栓18,所述的限位块17设置为楔形结构,承载轴一15与承载轴二16上的限位块17可以将绝热纸牢固固定在承载轴一15与承载轴二16上,能够将气罐内胆的表面全部覆盖,提高了保温性能,通过转轮6带动气罐内胆转动,提高了绝热纸在气罐内胆上的一致性,劳动强度低,工作效率高。

1.一种液化天然气车载气罐内胆保温层缠绕装置,包括底座及设置在底座上的转动器、基座、支架,其特征在于:所述的转动器上设置有转动轴,并在转动轴的一端设置有转轮,所述的基座上设置有滚动轴承座,并在滚动轴承座上设置有定位块,所述的滚动轴承座内设置有滚动轴承,并在滚动轴承一端设置有手轮,所述的手轮上设置有手柄,所述的支架上设置有承载块,并在支架顶端设置有垫板,所述的垫板与承载块上均设置有垫圈,所述的垫板上的垫圈上设置有承载轴一,所述的承载块上的垫圈上设置有承载轴二,所述的承载轴一、承载轴二上均设置有限位块,并在限位块上设置有定位螺栓。
