Abstract
本发明提供一种新型涡轮,包括轴、若干个涡轮单元和柱形壳体,其中所述若干个涡轮单元并行排列并安装于轴上,所述柱形壳体的内部具有封闭腔体,所述腔体沿轴向被隔离成若干个凹槽,每个涡轮单元对应安装于凹槽中,相邻两个凹槽之间通过柱形壳体外部设有的通道连通,在所述柱形壳体上还设有能量入口和能量出口,能量入口和能量出口分别与首端、末端的凹槽连通。本发明不仅结构简单、安装方便,而且可使得在上一个涡轮单元中散失的能量重新被回收利用,从而提高能源利用率;由于本发明提供的涡轮结构为封闭式结构,因此使得进入涡轮结构的水或蒸汽能够充分推动涡轮叶片旋转,而使能量散失降到最低,从而提高水或蒸汽的做功效率。本发明可应用于水利发电或者蒸汽发电。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型涡轮,属于涡轮技术领域。
背景技术
传统的水轮机涡轮结构分为两种,一种是反击式,一种冲击式。反击式是水从叶片之间流走带动水轮旋转;冲击式是水冲击水轮。由于冲击式水轮与外壳下部之间空隙大,水冲到水轮上就落到下部排水口中,导致水等能量物质从涡轮叶片与外壳之间流走,进而造成能量的流失与浪费。
汽轮机生产都是密排扇叶,生产成本高不易维护,蒸汽从扇叶之间流走,带动汽轮机转子转动,蒸汽从扇叶之间走,导致能量流失。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明提供一种新型涡轮,安装方便,节省能源,降低能耗。
本发明的技术方案:一种新型涡轮,包括轴、若干个涡轮单元和柱形壳体,其中所述若干个涡轮单元并行排列并安装于轴上,所述柱形壳体的内部具有封闭腔体,所述腔体沿轴向被隔离成若干个凹槽,每个涡轮单元对应安装于凹槽中,相邻两个凹槽之间通过柱形壳体外部设有的通道连通,在所述柱形壳体上还设有能量入口和能量出口,能量入口和能量出口分别与首端、末端的凹槽连通。
所述涡轮单元叶片的末端部是直齿状。
本发明的有益效果:本发明不仅结构简单、安装方便,而且可使得在上一个涡轮单元中散失的能量重新被回收利用,从而提高能源利用率;由于本发明提供的涡轮结构为封闭式结构,因此使得进入涡轮结构的水或蒸汽能够充分推动涡轮叶片旋转,而使能量散失降到最低,从而提高水或蒸汽的做功效率。本发明可应用于水利发电或者蒸汽发电。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示的一种新型涡轮,包括轴1、若干个涡轮单元4和柱形壳体3,其中所述若干个涡轮单元4并行排列并安装于轴1上,所述柱形壳体3的内部具有封闭腔体,所述腔体沿轴向被隔离成若干个凹槽2,每个涡轮单元4对应安装于凹槽2中,相邻两个凹槽2之间通过柱形壳体3外部设有的通道7连通,在所述柱形壳体3上还设有能量入口5和能量出口6,能量入口5和能量出口6分别与首端、末端的凹槽连通。所述涡轮单元叶片的末端部8是直齿状。所述柱形壳体3由两个半壳体连接构成。

1.一种涡轮,其特征在于:包括轴(1)、若干个涡轮单元(4)和柱形壳体(3),其中所述若干个涡轮单元(4)并行排列并安装于轴(1)上,所述柱形壳体(3)的内部具有封闭腔体,所述腔体沿轴向被隔离成若干个凹槽(2),每个涡轮单元(4)对应安装于凹槽(2)中,相邻两个凹槽(2)之间通过柱形壳体(3)外部设有的通道(7)连通,在所述柱形壳体(3)上还设有能量入口(5)和能量出口(6),能量入口(5)和能量出口(6)分别与首端、末端的凹槽连通;所述涡轮单元叶片的末端部(8)是直齿状;所述涡轮单元(4)的叶片的宽度从首端至末端依次增大,相对应的所述凹槽(2)以及相对应的所述通道(7)的宽度也相应增大。
