本发明公开一种双叶轮驱动轴流式水轮发电组,使原有设计装制大体不变的情况下,为更好的发挥再生水能源的利用将原主轴安一组叶片改增为上下两组同样的叶片,驱动发电机,使其的驱动力加大从而达到增加发电量,如果新生产制造则应将发电机增加功率30%-50%这样发电效果更佳,打破了传统的单叶片驱动的方式,是构思新颖制造,改装简单,投资小,效益高,低成本,是充分利用再生能源的有效方法,为电力事业发展开辟了新途经。

技术背景:
水轮发电机是一种以水能转为电能的动力设备,现有的水轮发电机均是一组叶片推动发电机,为充分利用再生水能,现将单组叶片更改为上下两组叶片,推动发电机,这样可以使原单叶片的推动力提高50-70%的发电功能,从而达到增电不增机的效果。 
新生产制造机组时,可将电机功率增大50-70%这样发电效果更佳更明显。 
发明内容:
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开的双叶轮驱动轴流式水轮发电机是根据多叶轮深井泵的原理,形成的思路,利用其再生能源,打破了原单组叶片推动发电机的方式,是一项构思新颖,制造改装简单,投资小、效益高,是充分利用再生能源的有效方法,为发展水电事业开创了新的途径。 
具体实施方式:
实施例1: 
参照说明书附,本发明公开一种双叶轮驱动轴流式水轮发电机,利用原设计制造机组,只要将安装叶片的主轴加长到能安装一组叶片的技术要在不影响蜗壳的情况下即可使用。 
实施例2: 
参照说明书附图,新生产制造,则按双组叶片组上下而设计的要求设计主轴,除外还需将发电机功率加大50%-70%进行实施,这样发电效果更佳。

Claims (4)

1.双叶轮驱动水轮发电机组,同样以水动力推动发电机发电,其特点是将原一组叶片改增为上下两组叶片,增加推动力,使发电机提高转速增加发电量。
2.根据上述双叶轮驱动水轮发电机的特征在于将水轮机安装叶片的主轴下端加长到可装一组叶片的要求在不影响尾水管道的情况下,即可使水动力增加,速度也响应的提高,促使发电量增大。新生产制造时除增加叶轮外,还可以将发电机功率加大到50%左右,这样效果更明显。
3.在设计主轴时键漕位置,上下叶片要错开,不可重叠,以保证水流的畅通。
4.新生产制造需经设计部门计算如双叶片对蜗壳有影响,应将蜗壳尺寸适当调整,后进行生产。
