本发明专利用于建筑施工中脚手架的安装,它是由脚手架钢管或铝合金管(1),剪刀撑杆(2),可调节扣件(3),圆螺柱(4),螺栓(5),孔洞(6),磁铁(7),牙扣(8)组成,通过螺栓将剪刀撑杆在纵横两个方向上安装在钢管上,钢管和剪刀撑杆共同形成一个整体的脚手架组,使用时可一次展开一个脚手架组来达到提高劳动效率,减轻劳动强度的目的。

本发明主要用于建筑施工中脚手架的安装,属于建筑工程施工领域。
背景技术
建筑施工中脚手架的安装一般采用逐根安装,劳动强度大,劳动效率低。
发明内容
本发明解决了上述问题,它是由脚手架钢管或铝合金管(1),剪刀撑杆(2),可调节扣件(3),圆螺柱(4),螺栓(5),孔洞(6),磁铁(7),牙扣(8)组成,圆螺柱(3)焊接在脚手架钢管或铝合金管(1),剪刀撑杆(2)中间的孔洞(6)套在圆螺柱(3)的上面,螺栓(5)拧在圆螺柱(3)上,固定剪刀撑杆(2),剪刀撑杆(2)的边上的孔洞(6)和另一个剪刀撑杆边上的孔洞通过螺栓及螺柱连接,可调节扣件(3)顶部的孔洞(6)与2个剪刀撑杆(2)边上的孔洞通过螺栓及螺柱连接,可调节扣件不是每个剪刀撑杆都必须要有的部件,每一行及每一列钢管只需要一至两个可调节扣件即可,可调节扣件(3)未使用时,可用剪刀撑杆(2)上的磁铁(7)吸住,使之与剪刀撑杆重合,使用时旋转可调节扣件,固定相应牙扣(8)到螺柱上,可固定剪刀撑杆展开的长度,可达到固定两根钢管之间间距的作用,在钢管的纵横两个方向上安装剪刀撑杆及可调节扣件等组件,使钢管和剪刀撑杆共同形成脚手架组,在钢管纵横两个方向安装剪刀撑杆时,要上下错开,防止纵横两个方向的剪刀撑杆在收放时相互干扰,脚手架组可根据需要,拼接成2X4根钢管,3X3根钢管,5X4根钢管等不同组合方式,以适应不同的现场情况。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式,参见图1,2,3,4,5,圆螺柱(3)焊接在脚手架钢管或铝合金管(1),剪刀撑杆(2)中间的孔洞(6)套在圆螺柱(3)的上面,螺栓(5)拧在圆螺柱(3)上,固定剪刀撑杆(2),剪刀撑杆(2)的边上的孔洞(6)和另一个剪刀撑杆边上的孔洞通过螺栓及螺柱连接,可调节扣件(3)顶部的孔洞(6)与2个剪刀撑杆(2)边上的孔洞通过螺栓及螺柱连接,可调节扣件不是每个剪刀撑杆都必须要有的部件,每一行及每一列钢管只需要一至两个可调节扣件即可,可调节扣件(3)未使用时,可用剪刀撑杆(2)上的磁铁(7)吸住,使之与剪刀撑杆重合,使用时旋转可调节扣件,固定相应牙扣到螺柱上,可固定剪刀撑杆展开的长度,可达到固定两根钢管之间间距的作用,在钢管的纵横两个方向上安装剪刀撑杆及可调节扣件等组件,钢管及剪刀撑杆共同形成脚手架组,在钢管纵横两个方向安装剪刀撑杆时,要上下错开,防止纵横两个方向的剪刀撑杆在收放时相互干扰,脚手架组可根据需要,拼接成2X4根钢管,3X3根钢管,5X4根钢管等不同组合方式,以适应不同的现场情况。使用时可两人分别将最外面对角线上的钢管向外拉即可一次展开一个脚手架组,达到提高劳动效率,减轻劳动强度的目的,使用完后,将可调节扣件(3)旋转吸附到磁铁(7)上,将钢管组收起,用捆绑带捆紧后可整体运输到下一工作地点。

Claims (2)

1.可快速展开的脚手架,其特征是:它是由钢管或铝合金管(1),剪刀撑杆(2),可调节扣件(3),圆螺柱(4),螺栓(5)孔洞(6),磁铁(7),牙扣(8)组成,剪刀撑杆在纵横两个方向上安装在钢管或铝合金管(1)上,钢管和剪刀撑杆共同形成脚手架组,使用时可一次展开一个脚手架组。
2.使用可调节扣件(3)可调整剪刀撑杆的展开角度来达到调整钢管之间间距的目的。
