本发明涉及一种硅胶布浸制机,包括机架、送料辊和收料辊,送料辊和收料辊分别设置于机架的前端和后端,机架内下层为浸制区,上层为烘干区,所述浸制区的机架下部从前至后挂接有多个胶槽,所述胶槽包括槽体,槽体的截面底部为圆弧形,槽体的一侧设有隔板,隔板将槽体分为一侧中转进料槽和另一侧的乳液浸制槽,隔板下部设有连通两侧的通孔,乳液浸制槽内可架空穿接上料辊的支座,中转进料槽的底部设有带阀门的出液口,槽体为通水恒温的中空结构,槽体两端底部设有万向轮。

技术领域
本发明型涉及一种玻纤布生产设备,具体说是一种硅胶布浸制机。
背景技术
特氟龙高温布以其优异的各项性能,故被广泛应用在航空、造纸、食品、环保、印染、服装、化工、玻璃、医药、电子、绝缘、建筑(棚顶膜结构基布)、砂轮切片、机械等领域。可用于防腐包覆、内衬及衬垫、防粘运输带、高频覆铜板、建筑膜材、绝缘材料、微波干燥输送带、柔性补偿器、摩擦材料等。特氟龙高温布是以聚四氟乙烯乳液为原料,浸渍高性能玻璃纤维布而成的纤维布,是一种高性能,多用途的复合材料新产品。传统生产过程中,盛放浸制乳液的胶槽为固定结构,胶槽固定不便于更换、维修、清洗,其内残留乳液在更换乳液成分时影响后续产品的性能。浸制乳液后的玻纤布在烘干箱内依次经过高温、低温区间,高低温区连通,乳液的烘干不均匀,影响最终产品的性能。盛放浸制乳液的胶槽为固定结构,胶槽固定不便于更换、维修、清洗,其内残留乳液在更换乳液成分时影响后续产品的性能。并且,为了确保乳液的浸制上挂效果,通常需要进行加温乳液,传统采用的加热棒加热,易导致温度集中,乳液加温不均匀,影响使用性能。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构紧凑,能便捷更换、维修盛放乳液的胶槽,能有效隔离高低温烘干区,确保产品性能的硅胶布浸制机。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种硅胶布浸制机,包括机架、送料辊和收料辊,送料辊和收料辊分别设置于机架的前端和后端,其特征在于:所述机架内下层为浸制区,上层为烘干区,上层中部设有阻隔前后的高低温格挡将烘干去分为高、低温烘干区,高低温格挡包括不锈钢外壳和保温材料内里,所述浸制区和烘干区之间设有风扇降温区或风管降温区,所述浸制区的机架下部从前至后挂接有多个胶槽,烘干区的机架上设有轨道,轨道上滑动设置胶槽起吊架,胶槽起吊架对应胶槽伸出机架的两端,所述胶槽包括槽体,槽体的截面底部为圆弧形,槽体的一侧设有隔板,隔板将槽体分为一侧中转进料槽和另一侧的乳液浸制槽,隔板下部设有连通两侧的通孔,乳液浸制槽内可架空穿接上料辊的支座,中转进料槽的底部设有带阀门的出液口,槽体为通水恒温的中空结构,槽体两端底部设有万向轮。
浸制区内设在浸制乳液中的上料辊,烘干区内设转料辊,上料基材绕接在上料辊和转料辊间依次完成多道次的上料、烘干。
本发明采用可更换胶槽挂接在机架上,配合机架上对应胶槽的胶槽起吊架在轨道上移动运输胶槽,胶槽更换、维修、清洗便捷,在机架内由下至上设置浸制区、降温区和烘干区,并将烘干区采用高低温格挡分隔成高低温烘干区,浸制、烘干稳定,采用可通水恒温加热的中空槽体,通热水加热乳液满足使用性能要求,结合采用隔板分隔中转进料槽和乳液浸制槽,通过中转进料槽添加或排放乳液,避免生产过程中的添料冲击乳液浸制槽内乳液影响乳液浸制效果,采用支座架空穿接料辊,满足玻纤布绕接料辊充分浸制乳液,配合万向轮结构使胶槽可移动更换、维修、清洗便捷,以确保高温布产品的性能。

图1-4所示:一种硅胶布浸制机,包括机架2、送料辊1和收料辊3,送料辊1和收料辊3分别设置于机架2的前端和后端,所述机架内下层为浸制区4,上层为烘干区,浸制区的机架下部从前至后挂接有多个胶槽6,烘干区的机架上设有轨道,轨道上滑动设置胶槽起吊架7,胶槽起吊架对应胶槽伸出机架的两端,上层烘干区中部设有阻隔前后的高低温格挡10将烘干去分为高、低温烘干区8、9,高低温格挡包括不锈钢外壳和保温材料内里,所述浸制区和烘干区之间设有风扇降温区5或风管降温区。胶槽6包括槽体11,槽体的截面底部为圆弧形,槽体的一侧设有隔板12,隔板12将槽体11分为一侧中转进料槽13和另一侧的乳液浸制槽15,隔板12下部设有连通两侧的通孔121,乳液浸制槽16内可架空穿接料辊18的支座17,中转进料槽13的底部设有带阀门15的出液口14,槽体11的槽壁为中空腔110,中空腔内通水恒温加热其内乳液,槽体11两端底部设有万向轮19。
