Abstract
本发明公开了一种食品机械专用润滑油,以重量份计,该专用润滑油包括:植物基础油80~90份,二丁基羟基甲苯0.5~1份,乳化硅油0.01~0.02份,煤油0.2~0.3份,二烷基二硫代硫酸锌0.2~0.5份,亚磷酸二正丁酯3~5份,N,N’?二亚水杨基丙二胺0.05~0.1份。本发明的优点是:润滑效果较好,且较为安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化工制品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种食品机械专用润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油相对于机械设备,不亚于血液相对于人体,其重要性不言而喻。可以这么说,无论多么昂贵和先进的机械设备,如果不能使用恰当的润滑油,机械设备就是一堆废铜烂铁,其开始工作之时,也就是其接近寿命终结之时。
然而,多数机械设备并没有使用合适的润滑油。究其原因,并非设备拥有者不愿意添加合适的润滑油,而是对于某些设备而言,市场上并没有专用的润滑油,尤其是对于要求较为严格的食品机械。现实是,目前的食品机械大多添加通用润滑油,不仅造成设备的过早损坏,更有造成所制食品存在安全隐患的可能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种食品机械专用润滑油,它具有润滑效果较好,且较为安全的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
食品机械专用润滑油,以重量份计,该专用润滑油包括:植物基础油80~90份,二丁基羟基甲苯0.5~1份,乳化硅油0.01~0.02份,煤油0.2~0.3份,二烷基二硫代硫酸锌0.2~0.5份,亚磷酸二正丁酯3~5份,N,N’-二亚水杨基丙二胺0.05~0.1份。
优化的,以重量份计,该专用润滑油包括:植物基础油88份,二丁基羟 基甲苯0.6份,乳化硅油0.015份,煤油0.25份,二烷基二硫代硫酸锌0.3份,亚磷酸二正丁酯4份,N,N’-二亚水杨基丙二胺0.08份。
本发明中:
以植物油作为基础油,确保了使用的安全性,且具有极好的润滑效果;二丁基羟基甲苯基于自身发生自动氧化而作为抗氧化剂,不仅效果较好,且使用较为安全;以乳化硅油作为消泡剂,使润滑油具有优异的稳定性,且具有较好的耐热耐寒性、耐侯性、润滑性和低表面张力,且对人体无毒无害;以煤油作为防起蜡的组分,虽然具有一定的挥发性,但是由于其用量较小,且该类润滑油主要在密闭环境中使用,从而极好的防止了植物基础油的起蜡现象,同时,由于其具有特殊的味道,在润滑油一旦泄露时,生产者从成品中即可知晓,便于有效地杜绝不合格食品的外流;采用二烷基二硫代硫酸锌作为磁护组分,使润滑油能够较好的附着于金属部件的表面;采用亚磷酸二正丁酯作为抗磨剂,使用较为安全;采用N,N’-二亚水杨基丙二胺作为金属钝化剂,不仅较为可靠,且对人体基本无伤害。
综上所述,本发明的食品机械专用润滑油不仅润滑效果较好,且较为安全。
具体实施方式
实施例1
食品机械专用润滑油,包括:植物基础油80kg,二丁基羟基甲苯0.5kg,乳化硅油0.01kg,煤油0.2kg,二烷基二硫代硫酸锌0.2kg,亚磷酸二正丁酯3kg,N,N’-二亚水杨基丙二胺0.05kg。
制备方法为:在植物基础润滑油中,添加其余组分,然后在室温下,采用型超声波振荡器中震荡混合的方式混合均匀即可。
实施例2
食品机械专用润滑油,包括:植物基础油88kg,二丁基羟基甲苯0.6kg,乳化硅油0.015kg,煤油0.25kg,二烷基二硫代硫酸锌0.3kg,亚磷酸二正丁酯4kg,N,N’-二亚水杨基丙二胺金属钝化剂0.08kg。
制备方法同于实施例1。
实施例3
食品机械专用润滑油,包括:植物基础油90kg,二丁基羟基甲苯1kg,乳化硅油0.02kg,煤油0.3kg,二烷基二硫代硫酸锌0.5kg,亚磷酸二正丁酯5kg,N,N’-二亚水杨基丙二胺0.1kg。
制备方法同于实施例1。
实验例
将前述实施例1~3制成的润滑油,经常规方法试验后,摩擦系数的平均值比机动车合成润滑油的摩擦系数至少降低5~8%,说明本发明的润滑油能够满足食品机械的润滑需要。

1.食品机械专用润滑油,以重量份计,该专用润滑油包括:植物基础油80~90份,二丁基羟基甲苯0.5~1份,乳化硅油0.01~0.02份,煤油0.2~0.3份,二烷基二硫代硫酸锌0.2~0.5份,亚磷酸二正丁酯3~5份,N,N’-二亚水杨基丙二胺0.05~0.1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品机械专用润滑油,以重量份计,该专用润滑油包括:植物基础油88份,二丁基羟基甲苯0.6份,乳化硅油0.015份,煤油0.25份,二烷基二硫代硫酸锌0.3份,亚磷酸二正丁酯4份,N,N’-二亚水杨基丙二胺0.08份。
