Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于机房的抗静电地垫,包括底层和表层,其特征在于,所述底层采用导电橡胶层,表层为具有抗静电性能的树脂层,所述底层和表层通过热复合的方式粘接形成抗静电地垫,所述表层的表面电阻要小于所述底层的表面电阻。表层和底层结合的方式使得本发明所述地垫具有良好的防静电性能,同时由于底层橡胶,使得本发明所述的地垫不容易发生翘曲,方便安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地垫,尤其涉及一种抗静电地垫。
背景技术
在机房由于存在多种电子元器件,需要对整个机房进行防静电处理,特别是地垫上要防定点处理,目前常规的处理方法是在地垫上铺设防静电的PVC垫,但是这种PVC垫是通过在其中添加炭黑等抗静电剂的方式来实现抗静电,为了具有更佳的抗静电效果,就需要加入更多的抗静电剂,但是静电剂例如炭黑加入过多后会影响到PVC的强度,会造成PVC垫的翘曲,影响了PVC垫作为地垫的使用。因此可以说传统的PVC垫的抗静电性能一般,达到一定值后就难以再提高。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中存在的以上问题,本发明提供了一种防静电效果佳的地垫。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种抗静电地垫,包括底层和表层,其特征在于,所述底层采用导电橡胶层,表层为具有抗静电性能的树脂层,所述底层和表层通过热复合的方式粘接形成抗静电地垫,所述表层的表面电阻要小于所述底层的表面电阻;
所述表层包括位于中间的芯层和位于芯层两侧的覆盖层,所述芯层的表面电阻大于覆盖层的表面电阻;
所述芯层由77.3%重量比的聚对本二甲酸乙二醇酯和22.7%重量比的聚苯胺在235℃下聚合而成;所述覆盖层由热塑性聚氨酯和抗静电剂组成,所述热塑性聚氨酯由60.5%重量比的聚乙二醇、32.8%重量比的4-亚甲基双(苯基异氰酸酯)和6.7%重量比的1,6-乙二醇在220℃下聚合反应得到,所述抗静电剂为溴化锂;
所述覆盖层的加工方法为:将聚乙二醇、4-亚甲基双(苯基异氰酸酯)和1,6-乙二醇混合,然后再加入占聚乙二醇、4-亚甲基双(苯基异氰酸酯)和1,6-乙二醇重量之和1.8%的溴化锂,上述物质加入到挤出机在220℃的高温下聚合,然后使用造粒机将挤出机中聚合的树脂造粒,然后用注射模塑机将粒料注塑成片层状。
本发明的特点或有益效果是:
表层和底层结合的方式使得本发明所述地垫具有良好的防静电性能,同时由于底层橡胶,使得本发明所述的地垫不容易发生翘曲,方便安装。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1
一种抗静电地垫,包括底层和表层,所述底层采用具有导电性能且有一定弹性的导电橡胶层,底层和表层通过热复合的方式粘接在一起形成抗静电地垫。
所述底层3由在异戊二烯橡胶中加入占异戊二烯橡胶重量1.2%的金属粉得到。
所述表层包括位于中间的芯层和位于芯层两侧的覆盖层,所述芯层由77.3%重量比的聚对本二甲酸乙二醇酯和22.7%重量比的聚苯胺在235℃下聚合而成,所述覆盖层由热塑性聚氨酯和抗静电剂组成,所述热塑性聚氨酯由60.5%重量比的聚乙二醇、32.8%重量比的4-亚甲基双(苯基异氰酸酯)和6.7%重量比的1,6-乙二醇在220℃下聚合反应得到,所述抗静电剂为溴化锂。具体的方法为:将聚乙二醇、4-亚甲基双(苯基异氰酸酯)和1,6-乙二醇混合,然后再加入占聚乙二醇、4-亚甲基双(苯基异氰酸酯)和1,6-乙二醇重量之和1.8%的溴化锂,上述物质加入到挤出机在220℃的高温下聚合,然后使用造粒机将挤出机中聚合的树脂造粒,然后用注射模塑机将粒料注塑成片层状。芯层的制作也采用同样的方法。
按照上述方法制作的芯层和覆盖层,覆盖层的表面电阻要大于芯层的表面电阻,这样组成的表层相对单独的芯层或单独的覆盖层具有更好的导电性,即具有更好的防静电效果。
分别对底层、芯层、覆盖层、表面层进行导电性能测试,具有如下结果:
表面电阻(Ω)

芯层 5.3×107
覆盖层 3.1×107
表面层 2.8×107
整个地垫 2.6×107
可以看出使用本发明所述的地垫结构后,整个地垫的抗静电效果要好过单独的底层或芯层的抗静电性能。可见本发明所述的地垫具有优良的静电耗散性能。

Claims (1)

1.一种抗静电地垫,包括底层和表层,其特征在于,所述底层采用导电橡胶层,表层为具有抗静电性能的树脂层,所述底层和表层通过热复合的方式粘接形成抗静电地垫,所述表层的表面电阻要小于所述底层的表面电阻;
所述表层包括位于中间的芯层和位于芯层两侧的覆盖层,所述芯层的表面电阻大于覆盖层的表面电阻;
所述芯层由77.3%重量比的聚对本二甲酸乙二醇酯和22.7%重量比的聚苯胺在235℃下聚合而成;所述覆盖层由热塑性聚氨酯和抗静电剂组成,所述热塑性聚氨酯由60.5%重量比的聚乙二醇、32.8%重量比的4-亚甲基双(苯基异氰酸酯)和6.7%重量比的1,6-乙二醇在220℃下聚合反应得到,所述抗静电剂为溴化锂;
