背景技术
超声图像诊断是医学中重要诊断方法之一。在消化科临床上,检查前常规需要使用胃肠道造影剂,用以充盈胃肠道,提高腹部疾病诊断和鉴别诊断的准确性。通过胃肠钡剂造影检查观察胃肠道状况,对食管肿瘤、胃溃疡、胃下垂、胃癌、十二指肠溃疡、溃疡性结肠炎等疾病的诊断都很有价值。
造影剂(又称对比剂,contrastmedia)是为增强影像观察效果而注入(或服用)到人体组织或器官的化学制品。这些制品的密度高于或低于周围组织,形成的对比用某些器械显示图像。如X线观察常用的碘制剂、硫酸钡等。目前常用的造影剂有钡餐和水对比剂,在临床上存在口感差、胃肠道充盈不理想、准备时间长、容易导致交叉感染等问题,同时这类造影剂对胃肠道溃疡、结石等病症不但没有诊治作用,也不可避免会给胃肠道增加额外的负担,增加了病人的痛苦,给医务人员带来了极大的麻烦。

本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂,以改变胃肠道的功能或消除某些功能异常,达到详尽显示病变的目的。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂,按质量百分比计,主要是由以下成分组成:中药提取物2~5%、硫酸钡62~65%、余量为去离子水。

本发明的有益效果是:在现有造影剂的基础上加入一定的具有改变胃肠道的功能或消除某些功能异常的中药提取物,来降低胃肠道张力,消除胃肠道痉挛,以利于显示胃肠道粘膜面的细微结构及微小病变,帮助疾病的诊断和鉴别。另外,本发明造影剂的中药提取物还具有清热解毒、行气活血、温中散寒、理气止痛、温暖脾胃的功效,对人体无副作用,安全性高。能有效提高胃肠道早期病变的检出率和胃肠道恶性肿瘤的分期准确性,是一种理想的胃肠道超声检查口服造影剂,适于临床推广使用。

(1)制备中药提取物:按所述配比称取颠茄草、红药子、甜瓜子、野芫荽、铁树叶、卷柏、铁线牡丹、拐芹、苎麻花、南枳椇、秋枫、山桂皮、炮掌果、绿珊瑚,切碎成小块,加入5倍量水,回流提取1次,每次1小时,收集水提取液;药渣用60%乙醇溶液回流提取1次,每次加入11倍量乙醇、提取时间为0.5小时,合并提取液,回收乙醇,得醇提液,与上述水提取液混合,过滤,收集滤液,按1:1.2的比例加入纯净水混匀,用石灰乳进行沉淀,去除杂质,得到纯净药液,加入适量活性炭,调pH值至7.0,冷却至20℃,滤过,减压浓缩成含水量为60%的药液,高温瞬时用UHT高温瞬时灭菌机灭菌,即得到所述中药提取物;
(2)将所述硫酸钡与去离子水混合,形成均匀的混悬液,加入所述中药提取物,搅拌均匀,即得到所述用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂。
实施例2:
一种用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂,按质量百分比计,主要是由以下成分组成:中药提取物3.5%、硫酸钡63.5%、余量为去离子水。所述中药提取物是由以下重量份的中药材提取制备而成:颠茄草20份、红药子15份、甜瓜子16.5份、野芫荽14份、铁树叶11.5份、卷柏10.5份、铁线牡丹8份、拐芹7.5份、苎麻花7.5份、南枳椇7份、秋枫6份、山桂皮4.5份、炮掌果4份、绿珊瑚3.5份。
其中,所述中药提取物的提取制备方法为:按所述配比称取颠茄草、红药子、甜瓜子、野芫荽、铁树叶、卷柏、铁线牡丹、拐芹、苎麻花、南枳椇、秋枫、山桂皮、炮掌果、绿珊瑚,切碎成小块,加入6.5倍量水,回流提取2次,每次1.25小时,收集水提取液;药渣用65%乙醇溶液回流提取1次,每次加入12倍量乙醇、提取时间为0.75小时,合并提取液,回收乙醇,得醇提液,与上述水提取液混合,过滤,收集滤液,按1:1.2的比例加入纯净水混匀,用石灰乳进行沉淀,去除杂质,得到纯净药液,加入适量活性炭,调pH值至7.0,冷却至25℃,滤过,减压浓缩成含水量为70%的药液,用UHT高温瞬时灭菌机灭菌,即得到所述中药提取物。
所述的用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂的制备方法为:
(1)制备中药提取物:按所述配比称取颠茄草、红药子、甜瓜子、野芫荽、铁树叶、卷柏、铁线牡丹、拐芹、苎麻花、南枳椇、秋枫、山桂皮、炮掌果、绿珊瑚,切碎成小块,加入6.5倍量水,回流提取2次,每次1.25小时,收集水提取液;药渣用65%乙醇溶液回流提取1次,每次加入12倍量乙醇、提取时间为0.75小时,合并提取液,回收乙醇,得醇提液,与上述水提取液混合,过滤,收集滤液,按1:1.2的比例加入纯净水混匀,用石灰乳进行沉淀,去除杂质,得到纯净药液,加入适量活性炭,调pH值至7.0,冷却至25℃,滤过,减压浓缩成含水量为70%的药液,用UHT高温瞬时灭菌机灭菌,即得到所述中药提取物;
(2)将所述硫酸钡与去离子水混合,形成均匀的混悬液,加入所述中药提取物,搅拌均匀,即得到所述用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂。
实施例3:
一种用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂,按质量百分比计,主要是由以下成分组成:中药提取物5%、硫酸钡65%、余量为去离子水。所述中药提取物是由以下重量份的中药材提取制备而成:颠茄草30份、红药子20份、甜瓜子25份、野芫荽20份、铁树叶15份、卷柏15份、铁线牡丹10份、拐芹10份、苎麻花10份、南枳椇9份、秋枫9份、山桂皮6份、炮掌果5份、绿珊瑚5份。
其中,所述中药提取物的提取制备方法为:按所述配比称取颠茄草、红药子、甜瓜子、野芫荽、铁树叶、卷柏、铁线牡丹、拐芹、苎麻花、南枳椇、秋枫、山桂皮、炮掌果、绿珊瑚,切碎成小块,加入8倍量水,回流提取3次,每次1.5小时,收集水提取液;药渣用70%乙醇溶液回流提取2次,每次加入13倍量乙醇、提取时间为1小时,合并提取液,回收乙醇,得醇提液,与上述水提取液混合,过滤,收集滤液,按1:1.2的比例加入纯净水混匀,用石灰乳进行沉淀,去除杂质,得到纯净药液,加入适量活性炭,调pH值至7.0,冷却至30℃,滤过,减压浓缩成含水量为80%的药液,用UHT高温瞬时灭菌机灭菌,即得到所述中药提取物。
所述的用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂的制备方法为:
(1)制备中药提取物:按所述配比称取颠茄草、红药子、甜瓜子、野芫荽、铁树叶、卷柏、铁线牡丹、拐芹、苎麻花、南枳椇、秋枫、山桂皮、炮掌果、绿珊瑚,切碎成小块,加入8倍量水,回流提取3次,每次1.5小时,收集水提取液;药渣用70%乙醇溶液回流提取2次,每次加入13倍量乙醇、提取时间为1小时,合并提取液,回收乙醇,得醇提液,与上述水提取液混合,过滤,收集滤液,按1:1.2的比例加入纯净水混匀,用石灰乳进行沉淀,去除杂质,得到纯净药液,加入适量活性炭,调pH值至7.0,冷却至30℃,滤过,减压浓缩成含水量为80%的药液,用UHT高温瞬时灭菌机灭菌,即得到所述中药提取物;
(2)将所述硫酸钡与去离子水混合,形成均匀的混悬液,加入所述中药提取物,搅拌均匀,即得到所述用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂。
临床资料:
本发明用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂共应用于600例患者,明确诊断各种胃肠道疾病,其中食管肿瘤53例、胃溃疡114例、胃下垂65例、胃癌128例、十二指肠溃疡82例、溃疡性结肠炎158例,充盈效果理想,受检者在口服2~3小时后到达或通过回肠末端,肠道内对比剂分布均匀,对比密度值理想,显像清晰,无伪影。受检者在口服后一周内未出现腹痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐和全身症状,且患者服用后能明显缓解胃肠道不适感。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,主要是由以下成分组成:中药提取物2~5%、硫酸钡62~65%、余量为去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂,其特征在于,所述中药提取物是由以下重量份的中药材提取制备而成:颠茄草10~30份、红药子10~20份、甜瓜子8~25份、野芫荽8~20份、铁树叶8~15份、卷柏6~15份、铁线牡丹6~10份、拐芹5~10份、苎麻花5~10份、南枳椇5~9份、秋枫3~9份、山桂皮3~6份、炮掌果3~5份、绿珊瑚2~5份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂,其特征在于,所述中药提取物的提取制备方法为:按所述配比称取颠茄草、红药子、甜瓜子、野芫荽、铁树叶、卷柏、铁线牡丹、拐芹、苎麻花、南枳椇、秋枫、山桂皮、炮掌果、绿珊瑚,切碎成小块,加入5~8倍量水,回流提取1~3次,每次1~1.5小时,收集水提取液;药渣用60%~70%乙醇溶液回流提取1~2次,每次加入11~13倍量乙醇、提取时间为0.5~1小时,合并提取液,回收乙醇,得醇提液,与上述水提取液混合,过滤,收集滤液,减压浓缩成含水量为60~80%的药液,灭菌,即得到所述中药提取物。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂,其特征在于,所述灭菌方法为高温瞬时灭菌,所用设备为UHT高温瞬时灭菌机。
5.如权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂,其特征在于,制备方法为:
(1)制备中药提取物:按所述配比称取颠茄草、红药子、甜瓜子、野芫荽、铁树叶、卷柏、铁线牡丹、拐芹、苎麻花、南枳椇、秋枫、山桂皮、炮掌果、绿珊瑚,切碎成小块,加入5~8倍量水,回流提取1~3次,每次1~1.5小时,收集水提取液;药渣用60%~70%乙醇溶液回流提取1~2次,每次加入11~13倍量乙醇、提取时间为0.5~1小时,合并提取液,回收乙醇,得醇提液,与上述水提取液混合,过滤,收集滤液,减压浓缩成含水量为60~80%的药液,高温瞬时灭菌,即得到所述中药提取物;
(2)将所述硫酸钡与去离子水混合,形成均匀的混悬液,加入所述中药提取物,搅拌均匀,即得到所述用于超声诊断的中药辅助显像造影剂。
