【技术领域】
本发明涉及窗户的技术领域,特别是一种可防尘换气的智能窗户的技术领域。
【背景技术】
窗户是房屋的必备设施,有采光换气的效果,保证室内明亮清新,可是由于环境的日益恶化,雾霾严重,空气不再清新,人们出门都要戴上厚重的口罩。在许多北方地区,尤其是山西河北这些盛产煤炭钙的地方,尘土是比雾霾更加严重的问题,天气干燥,尘土飞扬,通过窗户的缝隙进入室内,每日都要蒙上一层灰尘,室外空气质量差,无法开窗换气,室内空气不流通,使人们的日常生活受到极大影响。传统窗户有木窗、合金窗和塑钢窗,开窗方式有推拉式和开合式两种,功能简单,已经不能很好的满足人们的需求。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种可防尘换气的智能窗户,能够使通过在窗框内安装净化装置,净化室内的空气,通过在窗户外侧安装空气质量检测仪,当空气质量较好时自动换气,使用方便,智能化高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种可防尘换气的智能窗户,包括外框、横框、竖框、风扇壳、玻璃片、开关、微型空气检测仪和电源线,所述横框一端和外框固定安装,所述竖框一端和外框固定安装,所述横框另一端和风扇壳固定安装,所述竖框另一端和风扇壳固定安装,所述玻璃片和外框、横框、竖框配合安装,所述风扇壳内侧设置有开关,所述风扇壳外侧设置有微型空气检测仪,所述外框上设置有电源线。
作为优选,所述外框的外侧设置有太阳能薄膜,所述外框的内侧设置有若干出风扇叶。
作为优选,所述外框内部设置有滤网和滤芯。
作为优选,所述横框内部设置有隔板一,所述竖框内部设置有隔板二。
作为优选,所述风扇壳的内侧设置有若干风孔,所述风扇壳的外侧设置有若干进风扇叶。
作为优选,所述风扇壳内部设置有风扇。
作为优选,所述玻璃片包括外层玻璃片和内层玻璃片,所述玻璃片的数量为2-8片。

参阅图1-7,本发明一种可防尘换气的智能窗户,包括外框1、横框2、竖框3、风扇壳4、玻璃片5、开关6、微型空气检测仪7和电源线8,所述横框2一端和外框1固定安装,所述竖框3一端和外框1固定安装,所述横框2另一端和风扇壳4固定安装,所述竖框3另一端和风扇壳4固定安装,所述玻璃片5和外框1、横框2、竖框3配合安装,所述风扇壳4内侧设置有开关6,所述风扇壳4外侧设置有微型空气检测仪7,所述外框1上设置有电源线8。所述外框1的外侧设置有太阳能薄膜11,所述外框1的内侧设置有若干出风扇叶12。所述外框1内部设置有滤网13和滤芯14。所述横框2内部设置有隔板一21,所述竖框3内部设置有隔板二31。所述风扇壳4的内侧设置有若干风孔41,所述风扇壳4的外侧设置有若干进风扇叶42。所述风扇壳4内部设置有风扇43。所述玻璃片5包括外层玻璃片51和内层玻璃片52,所述玻璃片5的数量为2-8片。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种可防尘换气的智能窗户在工作过程中,首先将电源线8和电源连接,感觉室内空气较差,想要换气时,按下开关6,空气质量检测仪7检测室外此时的空气质量,若室外空气质量好,则进风扇叶42向上翻起,风扇43转动,加速室内外空气流动,进行换气;若室外空气质量差,则出风扇叶12向上翻起,风扇43转动,吸进室内的空气,沿横框2和竖框3进入外框1中,通过滤网13和滤芯14,将空气净化,再从出风扇叶12进入到室内。
本发明一种可防尘换气的智能窗户,设备通过将微型空气检测仪7、滤网13和滤芯14应用在窗户中,能够在室外空气质量差时,净化室内的空气,能够在室外空气质量较好时,开窗换气,同时使用方便,智能控制。

1.一种可防尘换气的智能窗户,其特征在于:包括外框(1)、横框(2)、竖框(3)、风扇壳(4)、玻璃片(5)、开关(6)、微型空气检测仪(7)和电源线(8),所述横框(2)一端和外框(1)固定安装,所述竖框(3)一端和外框(1)固定安装,所述横框(2)另一端和风扇壳(4)固定安装,所述竖框(3)另一端和风扇壳(4)固定安装,所述风扇壳(4)的内侧设置有若干风孔(41),所述风扇壳(4)内部设置有风扇(43),所述风扇壳(4)的外侧设置有若干进风扇叶(42),所述玻璃片(5)和外框(1)、横框(2)、竖框(3)配合安装,所述风扇壳(4)内侧设置有开关(6),所述风扇壳(4)外侧设置有微型空气检测仪(7),所述外框(1)内部设置有滤网(13)和滤芯(14),所述外框(1)上设置有电源线(8);首先将电源线(8)和电源连接,感觉室内空气较差,想要换气时,按下开关(6),空气质量检测仪(7)检测室外此时的空气质量,若室外空气质量好,则进风扇叶(42)向上翻起,风扇(43)转动,加速室内外空气流动,进行换气;若室外空气质量差,则出风扇叶(12)向上翻起,风扇(43)转动,吸进室内的空气,沿横框和竖框进入外框中,通过滤网(13)和滤芯(14),将空气净化,再从出风扇叶(12)进入到室内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可防尘换气的智能窗户,其特征在于:所述外框(1)的外侧设置有太阳能薄膜(11),所述外框(1)的内侧设置有若干出风扇叶(12)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种可防尘换气的智能窗户,其特征在于:所述横框(2)内部设置有隔板一(21),所述竖框(3)内部设置有隔板二(31)。
