Abstract
本发明涉及一种排出室内空气,过滤室外进气尘霾的室内换气装置,其特征是:在房间墙体或窗户玻璃上打穿2个墙洞,分别作为排气孔和进气孔,其中排气孔室内侧安装排气电扇,排气孔里安装排气管,进气孔里安装进气管,室内、室外由进气管和排气孔组成一个开放式的空气循环系统,通过人工和空气质量传感自动控制排气电扇,由排气管排出室内空气和尘霾,将室外大自然的空气过滤尘霾后由进气管引入室内来置换室内原有空气。进气管的室外管口安装防尘、防虫过滤网,室内侧管口安装防霾过滤网,排气电扇运转时,室外空气通过进气管过滤尘霾后引入到室内来置换室内原有不新鲜的空气。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种把室内不新鲜的空气排出室外,将室外大自然的空气过滤尘霾后通过进气管引入室内,以置换室内空气的换气装置,属于健康环保技术领域。
背景技术
目前,置换室内空气一般是通过打开门窗自然通风进行的。 在无风或微风的情况下,自然换气的置换效率很低,不便于过滤室外尘霾,特别是沙尘雾霾天气,往往只能禁闭门窗;夏天空调开放,往往也是长期门窗禁闭;甚至有的个别房间根本就没有窗户,通风本来就不畅,室内空气很不新鲜,室内空气中的污染程度往往是室外的数倍,且不能及时排出室外。目前的室内排气电扇是单独应用,没有安装进气管过滤进气尘霾来与之配合组成室内、室外一个开放式的空气循环系统;室内空气净化装置一般是通过室内空气自身的循环来过滤尘霾,室内空气是相对封闭的,与室外空气相互隔离,人体消耗室内的氧气难以补充,呼出的二氧化碳也难以排出,使得室内空气质量不断下降,甚至危及室内人员的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明装置涉及一种人工和空气质量传感自动控制排气电扇,通过排气管排出室内空气和尘霾,将室外大自然的空气过滤尘霾后通过进气管引入室内来置换室内原有空气的换气装置,克服了沙尘雾霾天气室内禁闭门窗,不能自然换气,打开门窗又不能较好的阻止室外沙尘雾霾的不足。本发明结构简单,排气电扇运行时,排出室内原有不新鲜甚至被污染了的空气和尘霾,引入过滤沙尘雾霾后的清洁室外空气到室内来置换原有空气,以保持室内空气清新,达到健康环保的目的。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在房间或密闭的空间墙体或窗户玻璃上打穿2个墙洞,分别作为排气孔和进气孔,其中排气孔里安装排气管,排气孔室内侧安装排气电扇,进气孔里安装进气管,排气管与进气管是相互独立且不相连的两根管子。排气孔和进气孔是组合配对来使用的,相对应的排气管和进气管也是组合配对来使用的。排气孔和进气孔安排在不同的墙体上或同一堵墙面的不同位置。排气孔和进气孔分别安装1根独立的空心PVC管或金属管,作为相对应的排气管和进气管。排气管和进气管这2根管子均是一头在室外,另一头在室内,其中一根管子作为排出室内空气和尘霾的排气管,另一根管子则作为引进室外空气的进气管。排气管的室外管口安装防虫阻隔网,室内侧管口安装排气扇。进气管的室外管口安装防尘、防虫过滤网,室内侧管口安装防霾过滤网,室外空气经过这2层过滤后进入室内来置换被排出的空气。在室内和室外分别安装一个空气质量传感器,用于自动控制排气电扇。通过人工和自动开启排气扇来排出室内空气和尘霾,直接引入室外大自然的空气过滤沙尘雾霾后到室内来置换成清新的空气。本发明装置使用人工状况时,由人来开启或关闭排气扇来置换室内空气。本发明装置使用自动状态时,通过室内空气质量传感器和室外空气质量传感器来控制电风扇运转:如果室内空气质量不佳,室内空气污染值高于设定的数值时,室内空气质量又劣于室外空气时,自动启动排气电扇运转排出室内空气,引进过滤沙尘雾霾后的室外空气来置换和净化室内空气,以提高室内空气质量。室外、室内空气由进气管将室内空气与室外空气通过2层过滤网相通,室内、室外通过进气和排气管组成一个开放式的空气循环系统。
本发明的有益效果是:排气电扇通过排气管排出室内质量相对较差的空气和尘霾,通过进气管引进室外过滤尘霾后的新鲜空气来置换室内的劣质空气,以达到提高室内空气质量,提高室内人员生活质量和保护室内人员身体健康的效果。本发明装置结构简单,成本低廉,实现方便,适合于住宅、办公室、棋牌室、饭店包间等人员生活、活动的相对密闭空间的新鲜空气置换。

在附图中,排气管(1)安装在房间墙壁(9)的排气孔(11)里;进气管(2)安装在房间墙壁(9)的进气孔(12)里;排气管(1)室外孔口安装排气防虫阻隔网(6),排气管(1)室内孔口安装排气电扇(3);进气管(2)室外孔口安装进气防尘、防虫过滤网(4);进气管(2)室内孔口安装进气防霾过滤网(5);室内空气传感器(7)安装在房间墙壁(9)的室内;室外空气传感器(8)安装在房间墙壁(9)的室外。排气电扇(3)运转时,通过排气管(1)排出室内空间(10)的空气;进气管(2)引入室外空气到室内空间(10)来置换原有空气。
Claims (6)
1.本发明涉及一种排出室内空气,过滤室外进气尘霾的室内换气装置,其特征是:在房间墙体或窗户玻璃上打穿2个墙洞,分别作为排气孔和进气孔,其中排气孔室内侧安装排气电扇,排气孔里安装排气管,进气孔里安装进气管,室内、室外由进气管和排气管组成一个开放式的空气循环系统,通过人工和空气质量传感自动控制排气电扇,由排气管排出室内空气和尘霾,将室外大自然的空气过滤尘霾后由进气管引入室内来置换室内原有空气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的换气装置,其特征是:排气管的室外侧管口安装防虫阻隔网,室内侧管口安装排气扇;排气电扇运转时,通过排气管排出室内原有不新鲜的空气。
3.根据权利要求1所述的换气装置,其特征是:进气管的室外管口安装防尘、防虫过滤网,室内侧管口安装防雾霾过滤网,室外空气通过进气管这2层过滤沙尘雾霾清洁后引入到室内来置换室内原有不新鲜的空气。
4.根据权利要求1所述的换气装置,其特征是:排气孔和进气孔是组合配对来使用的,相对应的排气管和进气管也是组合配对来使用的,排气管与进气管是相互独立且不相连的两根管子。
5.根据权利要求1所述的换气装置,其特征是:排气管与进气管均是一头在室外,另一头在室内;管子室外端口与室外空气相连接,管子室内端口和室内空气相连接;进气管与排气管安装在不同的墙面或者安装在同一堵墙面的不同位置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的换气装置,其特征是:在室内安装室内空气质量传感器,室外安装室外空气质量传感器,空气质量传感器自动控制排气电扇运转。
