本发明涉及一种贴墙面的砖，具体涉及一种用玻璃制成的泡沫玻璃墙砖。
背景技术
至目前，楼房外墙的贴砖均用面积很小的瓷砖或泡沫塑料墙砖，然而这两种砖都有缺陷；小块瓷砖面积小，贴时施工太慢效率低，且制造时耗能高，贴墙后不隔热保温；有机泡沫塑料墙砖虽质量轻，成本低施工方便，有隔热保温作用，但其耐久性差。
发明内容
为了克服以上缺陷，必须用一种具有优越性能的新产品替代，本发明采取的技术方案是：用一种熔点低硬度好的无机材料制成泡沫墙砖。具体是：一种泡沫玻璃墙砖，其由玻璃和气泡组成，其特征为：所述玻璃为无色或有色；所述泡沫为非常密集且体积小于2cm3，泡沫玻璃墙砖的规格为30×30×1.2cm。此种墙砖具有以下特点：生产成本低、轻巧、施工效率高、隔热、保温、隔音效果好，经久耐用。

具体实施方式
1、泡沫玻璃墙砖的制作：一种方法是用模具加热法，模具内空为30×30×1.2cm，上面有平盖。具体是将无机发泡剂和玻璃分别粉碎为细沫后混匀，再均匀放入模具中，厚度为模具内空高度的1/3，盖上盖扣紧加热，在玻璃熔化时有密集均匀气泡产生，使其降温，即成为泡沫玻璃墙砖。
2、用法：此砖的用法与以往贴墙的瓷砖用法完全相同。此种砖贴上外墙后，其在玻璃1和气泡2的共同作用下，起到很好的隔热保温、隔音作用，其价格低廉，经久耐用，轻巧、施工效率高。
从以上实施例可看出泡沫玻璃砖具有许多优点，是理想的墙砖，值得大量推广使用。
