本实用新型涉及一种泡沫混泥土墙体制成的隔热保温节能墙体。内墙体(1)、中墙体(2)、外墙体(3)依次砌筑,无缝连接,内墙体(1)和外墙体(3)由泡沫混泥土制成,中墙体(2)内部筑有连续的半圆柱环形的腔体(5),并在腔体的上方设有开口(4),通过开口(4)向中墙体(2)中灌满蜂窝状聚氨酯泡沫层。中墙体(2)内部的半圆柱环形的腔体(5)因其独特的形状对外来热量的反射有很好的效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种隔热保温节能墙体,尤其涉及一种泡沫混泥土墙体。
背景技术
目前,全国建筑物外墙约有60%以上的墙体仍在使用粘土做成的墙体,造成了土地面积减少,生态环境恶化,并且粘土做成的墙体保温隔热性能较差,为节省粘土材料,保护生态环境,适应节能型社会的发展,隔热保温节能材料应运而生。然而若将保温节能材料涂在墙体的表面,经过长期的日晒雨淋,墙体表面的材料会脱落,给该墙体的维护带来不便,因而产生了这种新型隔热保温节能墙体。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种新型的隔热保温节能墙体的方案,原料来源广泛、结构简单、砌筑方便,且寿命较长、成本较低的隔热保温节能泡沫墙体。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种隔热保温节能墙体,由内墙体、中墙体和外墙体组成,其特征在于:所述内墙体和外墙体是由泡沫混凝土预制砌块砌筑而成的墙体,中墙体的内部设有连续的半圆柱环形的腔体,腔体里充满蜂窝状聚氨酯泡沫层。
优选的,内墙体和外墙体涂有具有抗裂抗渗功能的柔性聚合物胶泥层。
优选的,在中墙体的上部设有一开口处,便于蜂窝状聚氨酯泡沫的倒入。
上述技术方案,完全摒弃了传统的粘土做成的墙体,保护了生态环境,而且相对于传统的墙体,具有更好的保温节能效果,并且能耐得住长期的日晒雨淋,使用寿命长,便于维护,其需要的原材料来源广泛,便于大批量生产。

具体实施方式
先用泡沫混凝土预制砌块,然后用泡沫混泥土制成的砌块砌筑成的内墙体1,然后紧挨着内墙体1砌中墙体2,再紧挨着中墙体2砌用泡沫混泥土制成的砌块砌筑成的外墙体3,在中墙体2内部筑有连续的半圆柱环形的腔体5,并在腔体的上方设有开口4,通过开口4向中墙体2中灌满蜂窝状聚氨酯泡沫层。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型隔热保温节能墙体,其特征在于:所述内墙体(1)和外墙体(3)的外层涂有具有抗裂抗渗功能的柔性聚合物胶泥层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型隔热保温节能墙体,其特征在于:在所述中墙体(2)的上部设有一开口处(4),便于蜂窝状聚氨酯泡沫的倒入。
