一种低水箱气动虹吸马桶,利用双层水箱盖,水箱上沿内壁的容气圈,水箱盖上面的密封容器做为容气容器,配合气水容器实现气动虹吸,不仅节水,而且桶盆洗净率极大提高。

低水箱气动虹吸马桶

本发明汲及卫生洁具领域,具体说是马桶节水技术领域。
背景技术
3-5升节水马桶技术已开始普及,但是有些湿热体质粘腻的粪便冲不干净,只好用刷子刷,二次冲洗,反而不节水。查其原因,3-5升冲洗水的七成水是从虹吸喷射孔排出,盆腔的冲洗水只有三成,水量太少。目前尚未见到低水箱气动虹吸马桶面世。
发明内容
本发明的目的是利用气水容器产生的负压虹吸,使马桶冲洗水全部用于冲洗马桶的盆腔,彻底的真正的冲洗干净。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
1、一种低水箱气动虹吸马桶,其马桶部分的双水封排污管路(19)上的通气管(17)与水箱底(11)的通气管孔(12)相通,通气管孔(12)与导气管(18)相通;马桶水箱(8)内装置气水容器,气水容器由内桶壁(4)、外桶壁(3)及其顶部密封的桶顶(5)、桶底(10)构成;桶底(10)上有排水阀(6)的阀座安装孔(14)和桶底导气管过孔(13),导气管(18)与通气管孔(12)连接后穿过桶底导气管过孔(13)立于气水容器的桶顶(5)内,外桶壁(3)或桶底(10)上有进水口(9),(以上简称共用技术方案)其特征是:桶顶(5)上有导气管过孔(2C),与密封的可容气的双层水箱盖(1A)上导气管孔(2A)连通。
2、一种低水箱气动虹吸马桶,包括共用技术方案,其特征是:马桶水箱的上沿内壁上有密闭的容气圈(2B),容气圈(2B)上有导气管孔(2F)与桶顶导气管孔(2C)连通。
3、一种低水箱气动虹吸马桶,包括共用技术方案,其特征是:马桶水箱盖(1B)上有导气管孔(2D),该导气管孔(2D)部位的水箱盖(1B)上装置可容气的类别不同、形状不一的密封容器(16)与桶顶导气管孔(2C)连通,马桶水箱盖(1B)可以是单层的。
其有益效果是利用气动虹吸技术,实现低水箱马桶节水,马桶洗净率大大提高。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:参照示意图,双水封气动虹吸马桶的排污管道上,有通气管至水箱底开口与导气管相通,是业内公知技术,不再赘述。所述马桶水箱内的气水容器由内桶壁、外桶壁、桶顶、构底构成,一次注塑成型,气水容器的容量一般为1-2升足够,这也就确定了其容积,内桶壁中间是双水封排水阀,也可用单排阀,外桶壁的下沿与桶底连接,一般的可插接,阀座穿过阀座安装孔与水箱底固定,也就固定了气水容器,导气管下部穿过桶底上的导气管过孔与水箱底的通气管孔密封对接。导气管上部立于桶顶内,(以上为共用技术)双层水箱盖的下水箱盖上导气管孔与桶顶导气管孔连通,实际是利用双层水箱盖作为气体增容器。气水容器一般的设计为椭圆形或长方形形状。
实施例2:包括实施例1的共用技术,在马桶水箱上沿内壁上成型一个容气圈,容气圈形状不限,容气圈上导气管与气水容器上的桶顶导气管孔相通。
实施例3:包括实施例1的共用技术,在水箱盖上装置一个密封的、类别不同的、形状不一的、有导气孔的密封容器,密封容器的导气孔通过水箱盖上的导气管孔与气水容器上的桶顶导气管孔相连通。
简而言之,本发明及三个实施例是利用双层水箱盖、容气圈、密封容器做为容气容器,与气水容器上的桶顶导气管孔连通后,增加了容气量,保证了气动虹吸用气量。
三个实施例共同的工作原理是,当水箱进水同时气水容器的水位上升,导致气水容器内的空气通过导气管进入双水封排污管路内,当马桶冲洗时,水箱及气水容器内的水位速降,排污管道内的压缩空气回流到气水容器内,回流的空气同时拉动排污管路虹吸。由于马桶无喷射孔,全部水冲洗桶盆,洗净率极大提高。

1.一种低水箱气动虹吸马桶,其马桶部分的双水封排污管路(19)上的通气管(17)与水箱底(11)的通气管孔(12)相通,通气管孔(12)与导气管(18)相通;马桶水箱(8)内装置气水容器,气水容器由内桶壁(4)、外桶壁(3)及其顶部密封的桶顶(5)、桶底(10)构成;桶底(10)上有排水阀(6)的阀座安装孔(14)和桶底导气管过孔(13),导气管(18)与通气管孔(12)连接后穿过桶底导气管过孔(13)、立于气水容器的桶顶(5)内,外桶壁(3)或桶底(10)上有进水口(9),(以上简称共用技术)其特征是:桶顶(5)上有导气管孔(2C)与密封的可容气的双层水箱盖(1A)上导气管孔(2A)连通。
2.一种低水箱气动虹吸马桶,包括权利要求1的共用技术,其特征是:马桶水箱的上沿内壁上有密闭的容气圈(2B),容气圈(2B)上有导气管孔(2F)与桶顶导气管孔(2C)连通。
3.一种低水箱气动虹吸马桶,包括权利要求1的共用技术,其特征是:马桶水箱盖(1B)上有导气管孔(2D),该导气管孔(2D)部位的水箱盖(1B)上装置可容气的类别不同、形状不一的密封容器(16)与桶顶导气管孔(2C)连通,马桶水箱盖(1B)可以是单层的。
