最长的跨海江底的管段预制用钢丝网片代替模板方法钢丝网片和水泥砂浆代替钢模板,钢丝网片代替钢筋,预防漏水渗水,利用钢丝网片千年不锈万年不烂的特点,钢丝网片和水泥砂浆代替钢壳模沉管法中的钢壳模,用钢丝网和水泥砂浆预制成钢壳模,用老办法混凝土浇一段留一段,也可以浇几段留一段放水,让管段浮起来,再把留下来的管段浇上混凝土连接成正根管道,可以预制成几百米几千米或上万米一支,可以预制一支管段跨越长江口上海浦西跨越崇明岛南门。

本发明涉及公共的总管道系统的预制方法
实施大型最长的跨海江底的交通公共管道预制方法,工程需要在跨江跨海的公路铁路的水下隧道,管段预制的方法。这些管道有高度10米左右宽度40至50米左右,长度最长只有一百多米不能预制长管是因为热胀冷缩的原因。本发明可以预制管段长度几百米几千米甚至上万米更长一支不漏水。要在铺管道一条线的陆地上开挖一条沟同深于江底沟用井干抽水抽干管段底部垫层浇混凝土插钢筋铺钢丝网片再扎钢筋,浇管段底板混凝土,再扎立面钢筋和钢丝网片,钢丝网片上搞上水泥砂浆,管段两头也用钢丝网片扎在钢筋扎实拌上水泥浆,内外拌水泥砂浆。
预制管段老办法,分段预浇一段留一段,新办法用浇几段留一段,然后停止抽水,也就是停井干抽水不要开通土坝放水进来,让管段起浮,那么管段不会受到热胀冷缩的影响而开裂损坏,在水的浮托在水面上把留下来的每一段浇上混凝土连接成管道。管道内不用压水箱,就用管道放水或放砂石子,要用的建材压管道平衡挖通土坝水流平于江海面,管道不浮在水只能浮在沟底部,用船代替浮子向上拉管段离地拉到海江对岸连接处,那么没有风浪和潮水的影响。管道上用砂石压实或两侧打桩压住,然后把水抽了,黄砂石子可以里面做路。
上述所说千年不锈万年不烂,对比我们国家六十年代水泥船代替木头船,就是用钢丝网片和水泥砂浆制造水泥船,磕磕碰碰用了六十年,用榔头锤子敲出来钢丝网片是全部新的,一点锈都没有,它却只有2厘米厚度的水泥砂浆,这样的对比可不可说千年不锈万年不烂。
本发明就是用钢丝网片和水泥砂浆制成代替钢壳模,就是用钢壳模沉管法中的一种钢壳模,本发明是在陆地开挖好的沟底里用钢丝网片和水泥砂浆制造好代替钢壳模,就是水沟底里浇好混凝土再跨越海底或江底,从海江的沟底里拉出去过海江底,这样就不会受到风浪的影响也不会受到潮水的影响,更不会受到航道的影响。

1.最长的跨海江底的管段预制用钢丝网片代替模板方法,包括钢丝网样板制造水泥船,其特征是:
a、钢丝网片代替钢模板,钢丝网片可以代替钢筋,可以防水,不会漏水、渗水,可以千年不锈万年不烂
b、漏水处都用钢丝网片
c、管段内不用做压水箱,也可以用水压、杂物、最好用建材代替压水箱。
2.如权利要求1所述,最长的跨海江底的管段预制用钢丝网片代替模板方法,用有钢性铁丝网片和水泥砂浆代替钢壳模,然后浇混凝土。
