Abstract
本发明提供一种沥青型钢丝绳表面脂,由下列成分组成:沥青或改性沥青85~90%,结晶细化剂5~10%,粘度改进剂1~3%,防锈添加剂1~5%。本发明具有极好的耐低温性能,可以保证产品在严寒地区也可以正常使用;同时具有极好的耐高温性能,即使在80℃的高温条件下也不会流淌或滴落;对钢丝绳表面有极高的粘附力,不会因为拖、拉、甩等外力导致表面脂流失;防锈效果极佳,耐盐雾试验超过500h。

技术领域
本发明涉及防腐防锈材料,具体涉及一种沥青型钢丝绳表面脂。
背景技术
钢丝绳广泛应用于关系到国计民生的多个行业,如采矿、冶金、旅游、渔业、建筑、机械等。钢丝绳在使用过程中,因使用和维护不当引起的断丝和报废现象屡见不鲜。钢丝绳表面脂是近年来开发的一个新油种,它是涂敷于股和捻成后钢丝绳表面的一种润滑脂,其作用一方面是减少钢丝绳在使用过程中股中钢丝间的摩擦及钢丝绳与绳轮槽的摩擦,以减少钢丝绳的磨损;另一方面是使钢丝绳在运输、储存和使用过程中不受腐蚀。钢丝绳表面脂按其成分可分为烃基型钢丝绳表面脂、沥青型钢丝绳表面脂、皂基型润滑脂等类型。
目前钢丝绳表面脂主要使用烷基型钢丝绳表面脂,如专利CN103484218A、CN102618371A、CN102899142A,都是使用烷烃稠化基础油制备钢丝绳表面脂,这类表面脂使用温度较宽,可以在-30~55℃范围内使用,但这类钢丝绳表面高温粘附性能差,而且在低温条件如-55℃~-30℃条件下容易开裂而失去效果。
目前沥青类钢丝绳表面脂较少,如中国专利201210120014.8《一种钢丝绳涂层》,其使用沥青与普通钢丝表面脂混合使用,提高了钢丝绳表面脂的抗水、抗腐蚀性能和高温粘附性能,但是由于沥青低温固化,所以导致涂层在低温条件下容易开裂失效,不能满足钢丝绳表面脂在低温条件下的使用。
因此,现有烷烃类钢丝绳表面脂的低温使用温度可以达到-30℃,但高温条件下粘附性差,易滑落;而沥青类钢丝绳表面脂高温粘附性能好,但低温性能差。如何能够使钢丝绳表面脂在低温和高温时都具有良好的使用性能,成为亟待解决的一个难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种沥青型钢丝绳表面脂,特别是用于极端温度条件下的钢丝绳表面防护。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种沥青型钢丝绳表面脂,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,所述沥青型钢丝绳表面脂由下列成分组成:

优选的,所述沥青或改性沥青为70号沥青、90号沥青、SBS改性沥青、氯丁橡胶改性沥青中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述结晶细化剂为三元乙丙乙烯共聚物、聚顺式-1,4-异戊二烯、聚反式-1,4-异戊二烯、聚[双(三氟代乙氧基)膦腈]的中一种或多种。
优选的,所述粘度改进剂为聚异丁烯基橡胶、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚异丁烯中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述防锈添加剂选自石油磺酸钙、石油磺酸钡。
本发明使用粘附性能好的沥青作为稠化剂,通过特定的结晶细化剂改善沥青的晶体结构,使其在-55℃时也不会固化开裂,从而制备出一种低温使用温度-55℃、高温使用温度80℃的沥青钢丝绳表面脂。
本发明采用的沥青或改性沥青为基体材料,粘附性能好,防水、防锈性能好。
本发明采用三元乙丙乙烯共聚物、聚顺式-1,4-异戊二烯、聚反式-1,4-异戊二烯、聚[双(三氟代乙氧基)膦腈]作为结晶细化剂,这些材料玻璃化温度低,与沥青相容性好,可以明显改善沥青的低温性能。
本发明采用聚异丁烯基橡胶、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚异丁烯作为粘度改进剂,这些材料增粘效果好,粘度受温度影响小,增加表面脂内聚力。
本发明采用石油磺酸钙、石油磺酸钡作为防锈添加剂,能够提高表面脂防锈效果,保证钢丝绳表面脂在盐雾、湿热等恶劣条件下的使用效果。
本发明的有益效果在于:1)具有极好的耐低温性能,可以保证产品在严寒地区也可以正常使用;2)具有极好的耐高温性能,可以保证产品即使在80℃的高温条件下也不会流淌或滴落;3)对钢丝绳表面有极高的粘附力,不会因为拖、拉、甩等外力导致表面脂流失;4)防锈效果极佳,耐盐雾试验超过500h;5)低成本、无毒无害。

1.一种沥青型钢丝绳表面脂,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,所述沥青型钢丝绳表面脂由下列成分组成:
沥青或改性沥青 85~90%
结晶细化剂 5~10%
粘度改进剂 1~3%
防锈添加剂 1~5%;
所述沥青或改性沥青为70号沥青、90号沥青、SBS改性沥青、氯丁橡胶改性沥青中的一种或多种;
所述结晶细化剂为三元乙丙乙烯共聚物、聚顺式-1,4-异戊二烯、聚反式-1,4-异戊二烯、聚[双(三氟代乙氧基)膦腈]的中一种或多种。
2.如权利要求1所述的沥青型钢丝绳表面脂,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,所述沥青型钢丝绳表面脂由下列成分组成:
沥青或改性沥青 87%
结晶细化剂 7%
粘度改进剂 2%
防锈添加剂 4%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的沥青型钢丝绳表面脂,其特征在于,所述粘度改进剂为聚异丁烯基橡胶、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚异丁烯中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的沥青型钢丝绳表面脂,其特征在于,所述防锈添加剂选自石油磺酸钙、石油磺酸钡。
