本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
棉型面料多年来因其穿着舒适，价格低廉而受到广大消费者的青睐。传统的棉型面料表面平平的，没有立体感。且不产品不丰满、不蓬松、不柔软、手感不厚实。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有立体感的条纹拉绒起圈织物面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种条纹拉绒起圈织物面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体上设有若干条纹，所述条纹横竖交叉分布，所述条纹镶嵌于面料本体所在平面，并与面料本体连接为一体，形成凹凸结构，所述条纹和面料本体的背面设置拉绒层，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱交织而成，其中经纱包括起圈纱和底纱，起圈纱跨过一定数量的纬纱后形成固定地组织。其中，起圈纱形成的毛圈的起点和终点之间间隔三根纬纱；底纱形成的固定地组织，相邻交织点之间间隔三根纬纱，面料本体与拉绒层之间还设置有防火面料层，防火面料层的原料包括：酚醛纤维、氯纶纤维和阻燃剂，所述的酚醛纤维所占的重量百分比为65%~70%，所述的氯纶纤维所占的重量百分比为15%~20%，所述的阻燃剂所占的重量百分比为10%~15%。防火面料层的内表面设置有柔软透气层，所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成，所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为：所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%，所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%，所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%，所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、条纹拉绒起圈织物面料的凹凸结构增强了面料的立体感，而面料背面的拉绒层增强了面料的保暖性能。
2、本发明可以使产品丰满、蓬松、柔软、手感厚实。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种条纹拉绒起圈织物面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1上设有若干条纹2，所述条纹2横竖交叉分布。所述条纹2镶嵌于面料本体1所在平面，并与面料本体1连接为一体。所述条纹2的材质为尼龙。所述条纹2和面料本体1的背面设置拉绒层3，增强了保暖性能。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱交织而成，其中经纱包括起圈纱和底纱，起圈纱跨过一定数量的纬纱后形成固定地组织。其中，起圈纱形成的毛圈的起点和终点之间间隔三根纬纱；底纱形成的固定地组织，相邻交织点之间间隔三根纬纱。
面料本体与拉绒层之间还设置有防火面料层，防火面料层的原料包括：酚醛纤维、氯纶纤维和阻燃剂，所述的酚醛纤维所占的重量百分比为65%~70%，所述的氯纶纤维所占的重量百分比为15%~20%，所述的阻燃剂所占的重量百分比为10%~15%。
防火面料层的内表面设置有柔软透气层，所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成，所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为：所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%，所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%，所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%，所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
