本发明涉及一种带有透气层的条纹拉绒起圈织物面料，包括面料本体（1），面料本体（1）上设有若干条纹（2），所述条纹（2）横竖交叉分布，条纹（2）镶嵌于面料本体（1）所在平面，并与面料本体（1）连接为一体，形成凹凸结构，条纹（2）和面料本体（1）的背面设置拉绒层（3），所述面料本体（1）由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱交织而成，其中经纱包括起圈纱和底纱，起圈纱跨过一定数量的纬纱后形成固定地组织。其中，起圈纱形成的毛圈的起点和终点之间间隔三根纬纱；底纱形成的固定地组织，相邻交织点之间间隔三根纬纱。带有透气层的条纹拉绒起圈织物面料的凹凸结构增强了面料的立体感，而面料背面的拉绒层增强了面料的保暖性能。

本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
棉型面料多年来因其穿着舒适，价格低廉而受到广大消费者的青睐。传统的棉型面料表面平平的，没有立体感。且不产品不丰满、不蓬松、不柔软、手感不厚实。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有立体感的带有透气层的条纹拉绒起圈织物面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种带有透气层的条纹拉绒起圈织物面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体上设有若干条纹，所述条纹横竖交叉分布，所述条纹镶嵌于面料本体所在平面，并与面料本体连接为一体，形成凹凸结构，所述条纹和面料本体的背面设置拉绒层，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱交织而成，其中经纱包括起圈纱和底纱，起圈纱跨过一定数量的纬纱后形成固定地组织。其中，起圈纱形成的毛圈的起点和终点之间间隔三根纬纱；底纱形成的固定地组织，相邻交织点之间间隔三根纬纱。织物下设置透气层，所述透气层包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、带有透气层的条纹拉绒起圈织物面料的凹凸结构增强了面料的立体感，而面料背面的拉绒层增强了面料的保暖性能。
2、本发明可以使产品丰满、蓬松、柔软、手感厚实。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种带有透气层的条纹拉绒起圈织物面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1上设有若干条纹2，所述条纹2横竖交叉分布。所述条纹2镶嵌于面料本体1所在平面，并与面料本体1连接为一体。所述条纹2的材质为尼龙。所述条纹2和面料本体1的背面设置拉绒层3，增强了保暖性能。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱交织而成，其中经纱包括起圈纱和底纱，起圈纱跨过一定数量的纬纱后形成固定地组织。其中，起圈纱形成的毛圈的起点和终点之间间隔三根纬纱；底纱形成的固定地组织，相邻交织点之间间隔三根纬纱。织物下设置透气层，所述透气层包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
