本发明涉及一种条纹拉绒尺寸稳定性好面料，包括面料本体（1），面料本体（1）上设有若干条纹（2），所述条纹（2）横竖交叉分布，条纹（2）镶嵌于面料本体（1）所在平面，并与面料本体（1）连接为一体，形成凹凸结构，条纹（2）和面料本体（1）的背面设置拉绒层（3），所述面料本体（1）由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构。条纹拉绒尺寸稳定性好面料的凹凸结构增强了面料的立体感，而面料背面的拉绒层增强了面料的保暖性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
棉型面料多年来因其穿着舒适，价格低廉而受到广大消费者的青睐。传统的棉型面料表面平平的，没有立体感。且尺寸稳定性不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有立体感的条纹拉绒尺寸稳定性好面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种条纹拉绒尺寸稳定性好面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体上设有若干条纹，所述条纹横竖交叉分布，所述条纹镶嵌于面料本体所在平面，并与面料本体连接为一体，形成凹凸结构，所述条纹和面料本体的背面设置拉绒层，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构，面料本体与拉绒层之间还设置有透气面料，所述透气面料包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、条纹拉绒尺寸稳定性好面料的凹凸结构增强了面料的立体感，而面料背面的拉绒层增强了面料的保暖性能。
2、本发明经纱和纬纱之间的空间大，具有较好的弹力和舒适感。本发明使用了涤纶低弹丝，既具有象氨纶类尺寸稳定性好的优点，又比氨纶类尺寸稳定性好的价格低，且织物的尺寸稳定性好。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种条纹拉绒尺寸稳定性好面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1上设有若干条纹2，所述条纹2横竖交叉分布。所述条纹2镶嵌于面料本体1所在平面，并与面料本体1连接为一体。所述条纹2的材质为尼龙。所述条纹2和面料本体1的背面设置拉绒层3，增强了保暖性能。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构。
面料本体与拉绒层之间还设置有透气面料，所述透气面料包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
