本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
棉型面料多年来因其穿着舒适，价格低廉而受到广大消费者的青睐。传统的棉型面料表面平平的，没有立体感。且尺寸稳定性不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有立体感的带有吸汗面料层的条纹拉绒尺寸稳定性好面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种带有吸汗面料层的条纹拉绒尺寸稳定性好面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体上设有若干条纹，所述条纹横竖交叉分布，所述条纹镶嵌于面料本体所在平面，并与面料本体连接为一体，形成凹凸结构，所述条纹和面料本体的背面设置拉绒层，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构。织物下设置吸汗面料层，吸汗面料层包括导湿层、吸水层和位于导湿层与吸水层之间的抗菌剂层，所述导湿层为天然纤维、化学纤维或天然纤维与化学纤维的混合，所述吸水层为超吸水纤维，所述抗菌剂层为银系纳米抗菌剂粉末。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、带有吸汗面料层的条纹拉绒尺寸稳定性好面料的凹凸结构增强了面料的立体感，而面料背面的拉绒层增强了面料的保暖性能。
2、本发明经纱和纬纱之间的空间大，具有较好的弹力和舒适感。本发明使用了涤纶低弹丝，既具有象氨纶类尺寸稳定性好的优点，又比氨纶类尺寸稳定性好的价格低，且织物的尺寸稳定性好。

参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种带有吸汗面料层的条纹拉绒尺寸稳定性好面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1上设有若干条纹2，所述条纹2横竖交叉分布。所述条纹2镶嵌于面料本体1所在平面，并与面料本体1连接为一体。所述条纹2的材质为尼龙。所述条纹2和面料本体1的背面设置拉绒层3，增强了保暖性能。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成，所述的经纱和纬纱为二上二下设置，所述的经纱为50D/72F涤纶低弹丝，纬纱为5D/36F涤纶低弹丝，且所述的经纱和纬纱为斜纹组织结构。织物下设置吸汗面料层，吸汗面料层包括导湿层、吸水层和位于导湿层与吸水层之间的抗菌剂层，所述导湿层为天然纤维、化学纤维或天然纤维与化学纤维的混合，所述吸水层为超吸水纤维，所述抗菌剂层为银系纳米抗菌剂粉末。
