技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
棉型面料多年来因其穿着舒适，价格低廉而受到广大消费者的青睐。传统的棉型面料表面平平的，没有立体感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有立体感的条纹拉绒发光织物面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种条纹拉绒发光织物面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体上设有若干条纹，所述条纹横竖交叉分布，所述条纹镶嵌于面料本体所在平面，并与面料本体连接为一体，形成凹凸结构，所述条纹和面料本体的背面设置拉绒层，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物包括织物本体和发光线材，所述发光线经针织或刺绣方式固定设置于织物本体上，并于织物本体上形成造型体，面料本体与拉绒层之间还设置有复合丝织物层，复合丝织物层的经线采用桑蚕丝，纬线采用珍珠纤维和茶纤维混纺纱线，所述的混纺纱线中，珍珠纤维的重量百分数为40-50%，茶纤维的重量百分数为50-60%。复合丝织物层的内表面设置有柔软透气层，所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成，所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为：所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%，所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%，所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%，所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、条纹拉绒发光织物面料的凹凸结构增强了面料的立体感，而面料背面的拉绒层增强了面料的保暖性能。
2、本发明采用一种经过发光处理过的发光线材，即这种发光线材可以在黑暗中产生光亮，采用上述结构后，发光线材穿插在织物之中，其结构稳固，不会脱落，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种条纹拉绒发光织物面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1上设有若干条纹2，所述条纹2横竖交叉分布。所述条纹2镶嵌于面料本体1所在平面，并与面料本体1连接为一体。所述条纹2的材质为尼龙。所述条纹2和面料本体1的背面设置拉绒层3，增强了保暖性能。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物包括织物本体和发光线材，所述发光线经针织或刺绣方式固定设置于织物本体上，并于织物本体上形成造型体。
面料本体与拉绒层之间还设置有复合丝织物层，复合丝织物层的经线采用桑蚕丝，纬线采用珍珠纤维和茶纤维混纺纱线，所述的混纺纱线中，珍珠纤维的重量百分数为40-50%，茶纤维的重量百分数为50-60%。
复合丝织物层的内表面设置有柔软透气层，所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成，所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为：所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%，所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%，所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%，所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
