技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种制作袜子的面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
袜子是人们生活的必需品，传统的袜子多用棉制成，且为单层，结构简单，没有立体感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有立体感的格子发光面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种格子发光面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体上设有若干个格子，所述格子呈长方形且交错排列，镶嵌于面料本体所在平面，格子与面料本体连接成一体，形成凹凸结构，所述面料本体和格子的背面设置提花层，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物包括织物本体和发光线材，所述发光线经针织或刺绣方式固定设置于织物本体上，并于织物本体上形成造型体。织物下设置复合层，复合层由正层防皱层、中间抗菌层以及背层耐磨层组成。复合层的内表面设置有柔软透气层，所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成，所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为：所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%，所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%，所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%，所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、格子发光面料的凹凸结构，增强了格子发光面料的立体感，同时面料本体和格子的背面设置的提花层增强了格子发光面料的保暖性。
2、本发明采用一种经过发光处理过的发光线材，即这种发光线材可以在黑暗中产生光亮，采用上述结构后，发光线材穿插在织物之中，其结构稳固，不会脱落，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种格子发光面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1上设有若干个格子2。所述格子2呈长方形且交错排列，镶嵌于面料本体1所在平面，格子2与面料本体1连接成一体。所述格子2的材质为尼龙。由于所述面料本体1和格子2材质的收缩性不同，形成了格子2内陷、面料本体1外凸的凹凸结构。所述面料本体1和格子2的背面设置提花层3。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物包括织物本体和发光线材，所述发光线经针织或刺绣方式固定设置于织物本体上，并于织物本体上形成造型体。
织物下设置复合层，复合层由正层防皱层、中间抗菌层以及背层耐磨层组成。复合层的内表面设置有柔软透气层，所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成，所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为：所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%，所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%，所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%，所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。

1.一种格子发光面料，包括面料本体，其特征在于：所述面料本体上设有若干个格子，所述格子呈长方形且交错排列，并镶嵌于面料本体所在平面，格子与面料本体连接成一体，形成凹凸结构，所述面料本体和格子的背面设置提花层，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物包括织物本体和发光线材，所述发光线经针织或刺绣方式固定设置于织物本体上，并于织物本体上形成造型体，织物下设置复合层，复合层由正层防皱层、中间抗菌层以及背层耐磨层组成，复合层的内表面设置有柔软透气层，所述柔软透气层由菠萝叶纤维、桑皮纤维、贡缎纤维、进口长棉绒纤维四种纤维混纺编织而成，所述柔软透气层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为：所述的菠萝叶纤维占5%-11%，所述的桑皮纤维占11%-16%，所述的贡缎纤维占18%-22%，所述的进口长棉绒纤维占41%-55%。
